本发明公开了一种结构紧凑、能耗小的lyocell长丝纺丝箱,包括:保温箱体,在所述保温箱体的外侧设置有原液输入管和保温介质输入总管,在所述原液输入管的外侧套设有保温介质回流管,所述保温介质输入总管上连接有保温介质第一分配支管和保温介质第二分配支管,在所述保温箱体的内部设置有计量泵安装腔和上装式纺丝组件安装腔,在所述计量泵安装腔内设置有计量泵,在所述计量泵安装腔上端的保温箱体上设置有保温罩,在所述上装式纺丝组件安装腔内设置有上装式纺丝组件、上装式纺丝组件保温内套和上装式纺丝组件保温内套。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺丝机,尤其涉及一种lyocell长丝纺丝箱。
背景技术
Lyocell纤维被誉为21世纪绿色纤维,特别是Lyocell长丝可以用于高端丝绸、面料针织,具有广阔的市场前景。目前国内只能生产Lyocell短纤维,Lyocell长丝只有采用国外的纺丝设备生产,国外进口设备的纺丝箱结构复杂,价格昂贵,生产成本太高,占用空间大,能耗大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构紧凑、能耗小的lyocell长丝纺丝箱。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:lyocell长丝纺丝箱,包括:保温箱体,在所述保温箱体的外侧设置有原液输入管和保温介质输入总管,在所述原液输入管的外侧套设有保温介质回流管,所述保温介质输入总管上连接有保温介质第一分配支管和保温介质第二分配支管,在所述保温箱体的内部设置有计量泵安装腔和上装式纺丝组件安装腔,在所述计量泵安装腔内设置有计量泵,在所述计量泵安装腔上端的保温箱体上设置有保温罩,在所述上装式纺丝组件安装腔内设置有上装式纺丝组件、上装式纺丝组件保温内套和上装式纺丝组件保温内套,在所述上装式纺丝组件安装腔上端的保温箱体上设置有保温套,所述原液输入管通过设置在箱体内的原液分配管与计量泵相连接,所述计量泵通过原液输送管与上装式纺丝组件相连接,在所述上装式纺丝组件保温内套和上装式纺丝组件保温内套之间设置有保温空腔,所述保温介质第一分配支管进入保温箱体的部分通过保温介质第一进入孔进入保温空腔,所述保温空腔通过保温介质回流套管与计量泵安装腔相连通,所述原液输送管从保温介质回流套管内穿过,所述保温介质第二分配支管进入保温箱体的部分通过保温介质第二进入孔进入计量泵安装腔,在所述计量泵的外侧设置有计量泵隔离罩,所述保温介质回流管进入保温箱体的部分固定在计量泵隔离罩上,在所述保温介质回流管进入保温箱体的部分上设置有保温介质回流孔。
本发明的优点是:上述lyocell长丝纺丝箱,用于生产Lyocell长丝,结构紧凑,占用空间小,能耗小,设备投入成本小,大大降低了生产成本。

如图1、图2所示,lyocell长丝纺丝箱,包括:保温箱体1,在所述保温箱体1的外侧设置有原液输入管2和保温介质输入总管3,在所述原液输入管2的外侧套设有保温介质回流管4,所述保温介质输入总管3上连接有保温介质第一分配支管5和保温介质第二分配支管6,在所述保温箱体1的内部设置有计量泵安装腔7和上装式纺丝组件安装腔8,在所述计量泵安装腔7内设置有计量泵9,在所述计量泵安装腔7上端的保温箱体1上设置有保温罩11,在所述上装式纺丝组件安装腔8内设置有上装式纺丝组件111、上装式纺丝组件保温内套112和上装式纺丝组件保温内套113,在所述上装式纺丝组件安装腔8上端的保温箱体1上设置有保温套114,所述原液输入管2通过设置在箱体1内的原液分配管115与计量泵9相连接,所述计量泵9通过原液输送管116与上装式纺丝组件111相连接,在所述上装式纺丝组件保温内套112和上装式纺丝组件保温内套113之间设置有保温空腔117,所述保温介质第一分配支管5进入保温箱体1的部分通过保温介质第一进入孔122进入保温空腔117,所述保温空腔117通过保温介质回流套管118与计量泵安装腔7相连通,所述原液输送管116从保温介质回流套管118内穿过,所述保温介质第二分配支管6进入保温箱体1的部分通过保温介质第二进入孔119进入计量泵安装腔7,在所述计量泵9的外侧设置有计量泵隔离罩120,所述保温介质回流管4进入保温箱体1的部分固定在计量泵隔离罩120上,在所述保温介质回流管4进入保温箱体1的部分上设置有保温介质回流孔121。
上述lyocell长丝纺丝箱使用时,原液通过原液输入管2进入,原液输入管2内的原液分别通过四路原液分配管115分别进入计量泵9,计量泵9对原液进行计量后通过原液输送管116进入上装式纺丝组件111进行纺丝。在本实施例中,采用的保温介质为水,保温介质通过保温介质输入总管3,保温介质输入总管3内的水分别通过保温介质第一分配支管5和保温介质第二分配支管6进入到保温箱体1内。保温介质第二分配支管6内的水通过保温介质第一进入孔122进入保温空腔117,然后通过保温介质回流套管118进入计量泵安装腔7,然后通过保温箱体1内的保温介质回流孔121进入保温介质回流管4内;保温介质第一分配支管5内的水通过保温介质第二进入孔119进入计量泵安装腔7,然后通过保温箱体1内的保温介质回流孔121进入保温介质回流管4内。

1.lyocell长丝纺丝箱,其特征在于:包括:保温箱体(1),在所述保温箱体(1)的外侧设置有原液输入管(2)和保温介质输入总管(3),在所述原液输入管(2)的外侧套设有保温介质回流管(4),所述保温介质输入总管(3)上连接有保温介质第一分配支管(5)和保温介质第二分配支管(6),在所述保温箱体(1)的内部设置有计量泵安装腔(7)和上装式纺丝组件安装腔(8),在所述计量泵安装腔(7)内设置有计量泵(9),在所述计量泵安装腔(7)上端的保温箱体(1)上设置有保温罩(11),在所述上装式纺丝组件安装腔(8)内设置有上装式纺丝组件(111)、上装式纺丝组件保温内套(112)和上装式纺丝组件保温外套(113),在所述上装式纺丝组件安装腔(8)上端的箱体(1)上设置有保温套(114),所述原液输入管(2)通过设置在保温箱体(1)内的原液分配管(115)与计量泵(9)相连接,所述计量泵(9)通过原液输送管(116)与上装式纺丝组件(111)相连接,在所述上装式纺丝组件保温内套(112)和上装式纺丝组件保温外套(113)之间设置有保温空腔(117),所述保温介质第一分配支管(5)进入保温箱体(1)的部分通过保温介质第一进入孔(122)进入保温空腔(117),所述保温空腔(117)通过保温介质回流套管(118)与计量泵安装腔(7)相连通,所述原液输送管(116)从保温介质回流套管(118)内穿过,所述保温介质第二分配支管(6)进入保温箱体(1)的部分通过保温介质第二进入孔(119)进入计量泵安装腔(7),在所述计量泵(9)的外侧设置有计量泵隔离罩(120),所述保温介质回流管(4)进入保温箱体(1)的部分固定在计量泵隔离罩(120)上,在所述保温介质回流管(4)进入保温箱体(1)的部分上设置有保温介质回流孔(121)。
