Abstract

车载移动终端固定装置由支撑总成和夹持总成两部分组成。支撑总成主要包括上压盘橡胶座垫、上压盘座、上球头压杆、中部球头支撑杆、压杆弹簧、下球头压杆、下压盘座和下压盘橡胶座垫；夹持总成主要包括中部固定座、左压紧弹簧、左球头压紧块、右球头压紧块、右压紧弹簧、右夹持臂和左夹持臂。支撑总成通过中部球头支撑杆和夹持总成相连。

本发明涉及一种固定装置，具体地说，是关于车载移动终端固定装置。
背景技术
汽车上使用各种移动终端越来越普遍，移动终端通常具有导航、通信、控制行车安全等功能，但移动终端在汽车上的固定却缺乏有效、便捷的方法。
现有移动终端的固定通常采取改动仪表盘、吸盘单侧吸附于风挡玻璃或直接浮置于仪表板上平面等方法，这些方法存在结构复杂，对车内结构改动较大；单侧吸附不稳，移动终端在车辆行驶过程中有晃动；移动终端在仪表盘上滑动，不便于车内人员使用等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种车载移动终端固定装置，能够克服现有固定装置的结构复杂、固定不稳、对车内结构改动大等缺点。
为解决上述问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：车载移动终端固定装置由支撑总成和夹持总成两部分组成。支撑总成主要包括上压盘橡胶座垫、上压盘座、上球头压杆、中部球头支撑杆、压杆弹簧、下球头压杆、下压盘座和下压盘橡胶座垫；夹持总成主要包括中部固定座、左压紧弹簧、左球头压紧块、右球头压紧块、右压紧弹簧、右夹持臂和左夹持臂。支撑总成通过中部球头支撑杆和夹持总成相连。
支撑总成通过上压盘橡胶座垫和下压盘橡胶座垫与风挡玻璃和仪表盘接触，并借助于风挡玻璃和仪表盘间的角度分别对风挡玻璃和仪表盘形成一定的压力，使车载移动终端固定装置固定在风挡玻璃和仪表盘之间。
夹持总成的左右夹持臂向两侧拉伸，同时将移动终端置于左右夹持臂中间，借助于左右夹紧弹簧的压紧力即可夹紧移动终端；左右夹持臂将移动终端夹紧的同时，也通过左右夹紧弹簧、左右球头压紧块将中部球头支撑杆压紧。
本发明的有益效果是：此装置体积小巧，结构简单，无需对车内结构做变动。此装置实现了相对于风挡玻璃和仪表盘的双向固定，车辆行驶过程中不会有晃动、移动；同时此装置借助于橡胶材料与风挡玻璃和仪表盘的摩擦力固定，无需使用胶粘剂等辅助材料，安装方便；此装置使用时可视使用人员身高、乘坐位置、座椅高度和角度等参数随时调节位置。

具体实施方式
结合图1、图2对具体实施方案和本发明做进一步详细描述：
支撑总成包括上压盘橡胶座垫3，上压盘座4，上球头压杆5，锁紧螺栓6，导向限位销7，中部球头支撑杆8，压杆弹簧9，下球头压杆10，下压盘座11，下压盘橡胶座垫12。夹持总成包括中部固定座13，左压紧弹簧14，左球头压紧块15，右球头压紧块16，右压紧弹簧17，右夹持臂18，左夹持臂19，固定座盖板20，盖板螺钉21。
支撑总成上部的上压盘橡胶座垫3利用自身弹性包裹在上压盘座4大径一侧，上球头压杆5球头一侧压入上压盘座4小径一侧；中部球头支撑杆8开通孔使上球头压杆5非球头一侧贯穿后，将压杆弹簧9压入下球头压杆10非球头一侧沉孔内，然后导向限位销7横穿下球头压杆10非球头一侧径向对称槽和上球头压杆5非球头一侧径向通孔，再旋转锁紧螺栓6使其压紧上球头压杆5；最后下压盘橡胶座垫12利用自身弹性包裹在下压盘座11大径一侧后，下压盘座11小径一侧再压入下球头压杆10球头一侧，即完成支撑总成安装。
夹持总成中的左球头压紧块15和右球头压紧块16分别有三个面开有对称于横向水平中心线的四个沉孔、四个矩形滑道和一个半球形凹槽。首先左压紧弹簧14对称于横向水平中心线置于左球头压紧块15的两个沉孔中；右压紧弹簧17对称于横向水平中心线置于右球头压紧块16的两个沉孔中，并与左球头压紧块15上左压紧弹簧14的位置错开，再将左球头压紧块15和右球头压紧块16、左压紧弹簧14和右压紧弹簧17置于中部固定座13中。
然后将左夹持臂19置于左球头压紧块15和右球头压紧块16对称于横向水平中心线的矩形滑道，其右侧弯头压住右压紧弹簧17的右侧；右夹持臂18置于右球头压紧块16和左球头压紧块15对称于横向水平中心线的矩形滑道，其左侧弯头压住左压紧弹簧14的左侧，并与左球头压紧块15和右球头压紧块16上左夹持臂19的位置错开。
再将中部球头支撑杆8球头部分穿过中部固定座13的后部圆孔，使中部球头支撑杆8球头部分置于左球头压紧块15和右球头压紧块16形成的球形凹槽中，从而实现支撑总成和夹持总成的连接。
最后使用盖板螺钉21将固定座盖板20固定于中部固定座13上。
安装车载移动终端固定装置时，首先将支撑总成中的上压盘橡胶座垫3和下压盘橡胶座垫12至于风挡玻璃和仪表板的相应位置，转动上压盘座4与上球头压杆5连接处、下压盘座11与下球头压杆10连接处进行车载移动终端固定装置支撑总成的角度调节，车载移动终端固定装置利用风挡玻璃和仪表板之间的角度分别对风挡玻璃和仪表盘形成一定的压力，实现双向压力固定；再旋紧锁紧螺栓6，进一步保证车辆行驶过程中车载移动终端固定装置不会出现晃动和滑落。
最后安装移动终端22，将左夹持臂19和右夹持臂18沿着左球头压紧块15和右球头压紧块16的矩形滑道分别向左右拉动，将移动终端22置于左夹持臂19和右夹持臂18中间，左夹持臂19和右夹持臂18依靠左压紧弹簧14和右压紧弹簧17的压紧力夹紧移动终端22。同时，左压紧弹簧14和右压紧弹簧17也通过左球头压紧块15和右球头压紧块16将中部球头支撑杆8球头部分压紧。移动终端22夹紧固定的同时，也实现了夹持总成相对于支撑总成的固定。
中部球头支撑杆8球头部分可以在左球头压紧块15和右球头压紧块16形成的球形凹槽中进行球形转动，即夹持总成带移动终端22可以以中部球头支撑杆8球头部分为中心做球形转动，实现移动终端22的球形角度调整，以适应不同人员的位置、角度，便于观察。
移动车载移动终端固定装置时，旋松锁紧螺栓6，导向限位销7沿着下球头压杆10非球头一侧的径向对称槽向下运动的同时带动上球头压杆5向下压紧压杆弹簧9，支撑总成长度变小，使车载移动终端固定装置对风挡玻璃和仪表盘的双向压力减小甚至消失，即可进行车载移动终端固定装置的移动。

Claims (3)

1.一种车载移动终端固定装置，其特征在于：车载移动终端固定装置由支撑总成和夹持总成两部分组成，支撑总成包括上压盘橡胶座垫、上压盘座、上球头压杆、锁紧螺栓、导向限位销、中部球头支撑杆、压杆弹簧、下球头压杆、下压盘座、下压盘橡胶座垫，夹持总成包括中部固定座、左压紧弹簧、左球头压紧块、右球头压紧块、右压紧弹簧、右夹持臂、左夹持臂、固定座盖板、盖板螺钉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载移动终端固定装置，其特征是：支撑总成通过上压盘橡胶座垫和下压盘橡胶座垫与风挡玻璃和仪表盘接触，利用风挡玻璃和仪表板之间的角度分别对风挡玻璃和仪表盘形成一定的压力，实现双向压力固定，使车载移动终端固定装置固定在风挡玻璃和仪表盘之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车载移动终端固定装置，其特征是：夹持总成带移动终端可以以中部球头支撑杆球头部分为中心做球形转动，实现移动终端的球形角度调整。
