Abstract

本发明公开了一种轻型客车用地毯，包括挤出PVC层、无纺布层和纤维板，所述挤出PVC层为地毯表皮，挤出PVC层下方为无纺布层，无纺布层下方为纤维板，纤维板为地毯底层，无纺布层通过粘胶分别与挤出PVC层和纤维板粘接。本发明表皮采用后挤出PVC表皮+无纺布+中密度纤维板结构，替代原设计结构挤出PVC表皮喷胶后+中密度纤维板结构，减少了喷胶用量，降低了采购成本，增加了粘接牢度，增强了撕裂强度。同时挤出成型PVC应用于发泡地毯表层，耐磨性好，吸音系数达到0.69，能够降低噪音。

一种轻型客车用地毯
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车驾驶室内饰件，具体是一种轻型客车用地毯。
背景技术
轻型客车在2005年之前，是指车长大于3.5米、小于7米的载客汽车，从2005年开始，全国汽车行业的统计工作归口中国汽车工业协会，汽车行业实行新的车型统计分类，根据新的车型统计分类，轻型客车指不超过9座的客车。现在的轻型客车多采用全承载式车身，轿车化底盘。
在汽车驾驶座舱地毯结构领域中，目前大部分采用聚氯乙烯（PVC）发泡片材经过加热吸塑成型，或者在产品底部粘接再生棉、聚氨酯泡沫。直接发泡成型的地毯，产品结构单一，隔热隔音效果差，机械性能和耐热性能不稳定；粘贴再生棉或聚氨酯泡沫的地毯由于受季节或其它因素的影响，再生棉会发生脱落等质量问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻型客车用地毯，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种轻型客车用地毯，包括挤出PVC层、无纺布层和纤维板，所述挤出PVC层为地毯表皮，挤出PVC层下方为无纺布层，无纺布层下方为纤维板，纤维板为地毯底层，无纺布层通过粘胶分别与挤出PVC层和纤维板粘接。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述挤出PVC层的厚度为1.2mm。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明表皮采用后挤出PVC表皮+无纺布+中密度纤维板结构，替代原设计结构挤出PVC表皮喷胶后+中密度纤维板结构，减少了喷胶用量，降低了采购成本，增加了粘接牢度，增强了撕裂强度。同时挤出成型PVC应用于发泡地毯表层，耐磨性好，吸音系数达到0.69。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1～2，一种轻型客车用地毯，包括挤出PVC层1、无纺布层2和纤维板4，所述挤出PVC层1为地毯表皮，挤出PVC层1下方为无纺布层2，无纺布层2下方为纤维板4，纤维板4为地毯底层，无纺布层2通过粘胶3分别与挤出PVC层1和纤维板4粘接。
进一步的，本发明所述挤出PVC层1的厚度为1.2mm。
本发明后地毯总成表皮采用后挤出PVC表皮（1.2mm）+无纺布+中密度纤维板结构，挤出成型PVC应用于发泡地毯表层，吸音系数达到0.69；中密度纤维板是民用材料，现用于地毯结构中。降低了采购成本，减少了喷胶用量，增加了粘接牢度，增强了撕裂强度。同时挤出PVC应用于发泡地毯表层，硬度高、耐磨、撕裂强度好。
本发明采用木工雕刻机雕刻工艺，按产品数据编程，精度达0.5mm以内，一次切割2-3件，保证每一种类不出错，确保尺寸和精度，合格率达100%。

1.一种轻型客车用地毯，包括挤出PVC层（1）、无纺布层（2）和纤维板（4），其特征在于：所述挤出PVC层（1）为地毯表皮，挤出PVC层（1）下方为无纺布层（2），无纺布层（2）下方为纤维板（4），纤维板（4）为地毯底层，无纺布层（2）通过粘胶（3）分别与挤出PVC层（1）和纤维板（4）粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻型客车用地毯，其特征在于：所述挤出PVC层（1）的厚度为1.2mm。
