Abstract
本发明公开了一种商用汽车车用地毯,包括地毯本体,所述地毯本体包括上表层和下底层,下底层浇注在上表层上;上表层从上到下依次为PE层、TPO层和EPDM层;下底层为聚氨酯PU发泡沫材质;地毯本体左右两侧均设有筋沿,地毯本体前端和后端均设有棱角。本发明中使用聚氨酯PU泡沫层作为下底层粘接层,具有隔热隔音的作用,外表层是由PE+TPO+EPDM新型环保材料复合而成,无毒,对人体无伤害,而且重量轻,耐腐蚀性和耐磨性能优良,符合当前汽车内饰环保和轻量化的发展要求,在产品外观、环保性能方面均优于现有的PVC和SBR地毯。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车驾驶室内饰件,具体是一种商用汽车车用地毯。
背景技术
车用地毯是一种被普遍应用于机动车驾驶室的内饰配件,目前大部分仍然采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)和发泡片材经过加热吸塑成型,或者在产品底部粘接再生棉、聚氨酯泡沫,表皮直接抽吸成型的地毯,产品结构单一,隔热隔音效果差,机械性能和耐热性能不稳定;粘贴再生棉或聚氨酯泡沫的地毯由于受季节或其它因素的影响,其再生棉会发生脱落等质量问题。我公司先后开发出多种新型复合材料专利产品,包括PVC+EVA+PUF+PE复合地毯和SBR橡胶发泡片材地毯新技术与工艺,其中PVC+EVA+PUF+PE产品比使用聚氯乙烯材料耐磨、隔音隔热、使用舒适性好,满足国标要求。其缺点是:PVC材料致密层小、撕裂强度差、不耐磨,表皮抽吸后花纹会有些变形;SBR橡胶发泡地毯是以聚氨酯PUF泡沫层作为粘接层、隔热隔音的作用使用的,橡胶SBR层大幅增加了地毯的抗撕裂强度、耐磨性能和耐气候性能,减少了PVC材料在气味性、雾翳性、VOC性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种成型方便、价格低廉,新型复合型的商用汽车车用地毯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种商用汽车车用地毯,包括地毯本体,所述地毯本体包括上表层和下底层,下底层浇注在上表层上;上表层从上到下依次为PE层、TPO层和EPDM层;下底层为聚氨酯PU发泡沫材质;地毯本体左右两侧均设有筋沿,地毯本体前端和后端均设有棱角。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述上表层中PE层的厚度为0.15mm,TPO层的厚度为0.5mm,EPDM层的厚度为1.85mm。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述下底层的厚度为10~20mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明中使用聚氨酯PU泡沫层作为下底层粘接层,具有隔热隔音的作用,外表层是由PE+TPO+EPDM新型环保材料复合而成,无毒,对人体无伤害,而且重量轻,耐腐蚀性和耐磨性能优良,符合当前汽车内饰环保和轻量化的发展要求,在产品外观、环保性能方面均优于现有的PVC和SBR地毯。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1~2,一种商用汽车车用地毯,包括地毯本体1,所述地毯本体1包括上表层5和下底层4,下底层4浇注在上表层5上,通过粘接模压成型;上表层5从上到下依次为PE层、TPO层和EPDM层,由吸塑机吸塑成型;下底层4为聚氨酯PU发泡沫材质;地毯本体1左右两侧均设有筋沿2,地毯本体1前端和后端均设有棱角3。
进一步的,本发明所述上表层5中PE层的厚度为0.15mm,TPO层的厚度为0.5mm,EPDM层的厚度为1.85mm。上表层5的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性及其隔热降噪效果均较为出色,所述聚氨酯PU发泡层下底层4的发泡材料制件的噪音隔绝能力较好,且其热屏蔽性能出色,能够使得所述车用地毯的整体隔音隔热能力得以相应提高。
进一步的,本发明所述下底层4的厚度为10~20mm。
本发明在制作时,先将PE+TPO+EPDM复合材料放置在吸塑机的抽吸模具内,加热,等待外表层1抽吸后成型,然后取出,放置在发泡成型模具内,再在上面浇注聚氨酯PU发泡沫下底层4,锁模后聚氨酯PU泡沫层将下模的PE+TPO+EPDM外表层1半成品粘合在一起成型后,取出即为驾驶室车用地毯A产品。
本发明所述的复合材料没有气味,无毒环保,比PVC的耐低温性能更好,同时又具有橡胶材料的弹性和耐磨性,其价格比橡胶材料更便宜;而且耐压缩变形,更符合地毯作为内饰件的使用特性和装配物理性能。产品的禁用物质、VOC、气味性均能满足GB/T27630-2012《乘用车内空气质量评价指南》和DFLCJ-1128《材料禁限用物质》标准要求,在满足各项需要的性能前提下,达到了欧洲环保要求,这是复合型新材料在汽车内饰件方面的应用的一款商用汽车驾驶室车用地毯。

Claims (3)
1.一种商用汽车车用地毯,包括地毯本体(1),其特征在于:所述地毯本体(1)包括上表层(5)和下底层(4),下底层(4)浇注在上表层(5)上;上表层(5)从上到下依次为PE层、TPO层和EPDM层;下底层(4)为聚氨酯PU发泡沫材质;地毯本体(1)左右两侧均设有筋沿(2),地毯本体(1)前端和后端均设有棱角(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的商用汽车车用地毯,其特征在于:所述上表层(5)中PE层的厚度为0.15mm,TPO层的厚度为0.5mm,EPDM层的厚度为1.85mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的商用汽车车用地毯,其特征在于:所述下底层(4)的厚度为10~20mm。
