本发明涉及一种竹材胶合热压机,属于胶合板加工领域。所述热压机包括上托板、下托板、机架和安装在上托板和下托板之间的多层加热板,所述每层的加热板两端佘鸥有导热油进出口,所述导热油进出口与固定在所述机架两侧的导热油分流管相连,所述导热油分流管通过循环泵与加热装置连接,形成循环管路,其特征在于,与所述循环管路并联或串联有过滤装置,可以提高设备中加热板的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种竹材胶合热压机,属于胶合板加工领域。
背景技术
通过导热油加热热压机,导热油在封闭的循环环境里使用,热能可循环使用,高效、节能的特点很明显,但是导热油在高温环境中产生的大分子聚合物容易,容易附着在加热板上,长时间下来,加热板加热不均匀,影响产品质量,加热板的寿命短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种延长热压机上加热板的使用寿命的竹材胶合热压机。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种竹材胶合热压机,包热压机和加热装置,所述热压机包括上托板、下托板、机架和安装在上托板和下托板之间的多层加热板,所述每层的加热板两端佘鸥有导热油进出口,所述导热油进出口与固定在所述机架两侧的导热油分流管相连,所述导热油分流管通过循环泵与加热装置连接,形成循环管路,与所述循环管路并联或串联有过滤装置。
优选的,所述过滤装置包括容器罐和过滤模块,所述容器罐内设有一个或多个过滤模块,所述过滤模块一侧设有为进油口,另一侧设有出油口3,所述过滤模块底部设有排污口,所述进油口、出油口和排污口上设有流量阀。
优选的,所述过滤模块包括滤芯、滤网和固定架,所述滤芯外包裹一层滤网,并安装在固定架上。
优选的,所述过滤模块还包括清洗单元,所述清洗单元包括连杆、清洁块和液压筒,所述清洁块固定在连杆上,所述连杆与液压筒连接,所述清洁块设在所述滤网过滤一侧。滤网过滤被堵塞后,可以通过清洗单元,将杂质推入到排污口,进行清理。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在导热油循环管路上串联或是并联过滤装置,可以将导热油进行过滤,排除杂质或产生的大分子聚合物,防止它们附着到热压机的加热板上面,提高加热板的使用寿命。

一种竹材胶合热压机,包热压机和加热装置,所述热压机包括上托板、下托板、机架和安装在上托板和下托板之间的多层加热板,所述每层的加热板两端都有导热油进出口,所述导热油进出口与固定在所述机架两侧的导热油分流管相连,所述导热油分流管通过循环泵与加热装置连接,形成循环管路,与所述循环管路并联或串联有过滤装置。
进一步的,所述过滤装置包括容器罐1和过滤模块,所述容器罐1内设有一个或多个过滤模块,所述过滤模块一侧设有为进油口2,另一侧设有出油口3,所述过滤模块底部设有排污口4,所述进油口2、出油口3和排污口4上设有流量阀。多个过滤模块可以多级过滤,提高过滤效果。
进一步的,所述过滤模块包括滤芯5、滤网6和固定架7,所述滤芯5外包裹一层滤网6,并安装在固定架7上。
进一步的,所述过滤模块还包括清洗单元,所述清洗单元包括连杆9、清洁块8和液压筒10,所述清洁块8固定在连杆9上,所述连杆9与液压筒10连接,所述清洁块8设在所述滤网6过滤一侧。

1.一种竹材胶合热压机,包热压机和加热装置,所述热压机包括上托板、下托板、机架和安装在上托板和下托板之间的多层加热板,所述每层的加热板两端佘鸥有导热油进出口,所述导热油进出口与固定在所述机架两侧的导热油分流管相连,所述导热油分流管通过循环泵与加热装置连接,形成循环管路,其特征在于,与所述循环管路并联或串联有过滤装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的竹材胶合热压机,其特征在于,所述过滤装置包括容器罐和过滤模块,所述容器罐内设有一个或多个过滤模块,所述过滤模块一侧设有为进油口,另一侧设有出油口,所述过滤模块底部设有排污口,所述进油口、出油口和排污口上设有流量阀。
3.如权利要求2所述的竹材胶合热压机,其特征在于,所述过滤模块包括滤芯、滤网和固定架,所述滤芯外包裹一层滤网,并安装在固定架上。
4.如权利要求3所述的竹材胶合热压机,其特征在于,所述过滤模块还包括清洗单元,所述清洗单元包括连杆、清洁块和液压筒,所述清洁块固定在连杆上,所述连杆与液压筒连接,所述清洁块设在所述滤网过滤一侧。
