Abstract

本发明涉及切割机械领域,特指一种用于将管型薄壁材料进行圆周切割的圆周切割装置。主要由机架,导向环,切割总成,装夹总成,气缸I和圆导柱构成。本发明结构合理,操作简便,能对管型薄壁材料的圆周进行方便、高效地切割。

圆周切割装置
技术领域
本发明涉及切割机械领域,特指一种用于将管型薄壁材料进行圆周切割的圆周切割装置。
背景技术
在生产实践中经常需要对管型薄壁材料进行切割。但常见的切割机械切割管型薄壁材料时容易使工件变扁、变形,目前尚未见针对管型薄壁材料进行切割的有效机械。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种圆周切割装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
所述圆周切割装置主要由机架,导向环,切割总成,装夹总成,气缸I和圆导柱构成。所述切割总成主要由切割座II,卡簧I,切割刀组合,主动齿轮,切割座I和电机构成。所述装夹总成主要由定位座,装夹座,撑紧棒,气缸II,压板螺丝和压板螺母构成。所述切割刀组合主要由卡簧II,弹簧,从动齿轮和切割刀构成。
所述机架有气缸I安装孔,圆导柱安装孔I和圆导柱安装孔II。所述切割刀有卡簧槽II,刀体和刀柄。所述从动齿轮有切割刀槽,弹簧安装孔和弹簧安装档。所述电机的转子轴有卡簧槽I和切口。所述切割座I有传感器安装孔,切割刀组合安装孔和电机安装孔。所述装夹座有弹性夹头,气缸II安装孔,圆孔I,滑动孔I,滑动孔II和切割位置槽。
将所述刀柄从里向外装入所述从动齿轮的所述弹簧安装孔,将所述刀体嵌入所述切割刀槽,将所述弹簧从外向里装入所述弹簧安装孔至所述弹簧安装档,用所述卡簧II压缩所述弹簧并将所述卡簧II装入所述卡簧槽II。将所述电机装入所述电机安装孔并用三枚螺丝与所述切割座I固联。将所述主动齿轮的带切口的内孔套入所述电机的所述切口并用所述卡簧I作轴向固定。将所述切割刀组合装入所述切割刀组合安装孔,所述主动齿轮与所述从动齿轮啮合,然后装入所述切割座II,用两枚螺丝将其与所述切割座I固联并装配两枚定位销。
用两枚螺丝将所述导向环与所述机架固联并装配两枚定位销。用四枚螺丝将所述切割总成的所述切割座I与所述机架固联并装配两枚定位销。
将一根所述圆导柱依次装入所述圆导柱安装孔I、所述滑动孔I,将另一根所述圆导轨依次装入所述圆导柱安装孔II、所述滑动孔II。将所述气缸I装入所述气缸I安装孔并用三枚螺丝固联。将所述气缸I的活动头与所述圆孔I固联。
将所述撑紧棒插入所述气缸II安装孔,将所述撑紧棒的圆柱头与所述气缸II的活动头固联,将所述气缸II装入所述气缸II安装孔并用三枚螺丝固联。
用两对所述压板螺丝、所述压板螺母通过两条T型槽将所述定位座与所述装夹座连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构合理,操作简便,能对管型薄壁材料的圆周进行方便、高效地切割。

具体实施方式
所述圆周切割装置主要由所述机架(1),所述导向环(3),所述切割总成(4),所述装夹总成(5),所述气缸I(6)和两根所述圆导柱(7)构成。见图1。
所述切割总成(4)主要由所述切割座II(41),所述卡簧I(42),所述切割刀组合(43),所述主动齿轮(44),所述切割座I(45)和所述电机(46)构成。见图2、图3。
所述装夹总成(5)主要由所述定位座(52),所述装夹座(51),所述撑紧棒(53),所述气缸II(54),两个所述压板螺丝(55)和两个所述压板螺母(56)构成。见图12、图13。
所述切割刀组合(43)主要由所述卡簧II(11),所述弹簧(12),所述从动齿轮(13)和所述切割刀(14)构成。见图4、图5、图6。
所述机架(1)有所述气缸I安装孔(21),所述圆导柱安装孔I(22)和所述圆导柱安装孔II(23)。见图14。
所述切割刀(14)有所述卡簧槽II(15),所述刀体(8)和所述刀柄(9)。见图7。
所述从动齿轮(13)有所述切割刀槽(16),所述弹簧安装孔(17)和所述弹簧安装档(18)。见图8、图9。
所述电机(46)的转子轴有所述卡簧槽I(19)和所述切口(20)。见图10。
所述切割座I(45)有所述传感器安装孔(47),所述切割刀组合安装孔(48)和所述电机安装孔(49)。见图11。
所述装夹座(51)有所述弹性夹头(24),所述气缸II安装孔(25),所述圆孔I(26),所述滑动孔I(27),所述滑动孔II(28)和所述切割位置槽(29)。见图15。
将所述刀柄(9)从里向外装入所述从动齿轮(13)的所述弹簧安装孔(17),将所述刀体(8)嵌入所述切割刀槽(16),将所述弹簧(12)从外向里装入所述弹簧安装孔(17)至所述弹簧安装档(18),用所述卡簧II(11)压缩所述弹簧(12)并将所述卡簧II(11)装入所述卡簧槽II(15)。将所述电机(46)装入所述电机安装孔(49)并用三枚螺丝与所述切割座I(45)固联。将所述主动齿轮(44)的带切口的内孔套入所述电机(46)的所述切口(20)并用所述卡簧I(42)作轴向固定。将所述切割刀组合(43)装入所述切割刀组合安装孔(48),所述主动齿轮(44)与所述从动齿轮(13)啮合,然后装入所述切割座II(41),用两枚螺丝将其与所述切割座I(45)固联并装配两枚定位销。
用两枚螺丝将所述导向环(3)与所述机架(1)固联并装配两枚定位销。用四枚螺丝将所述切割总成(4)的所述切割座I(45)与所述机架(1)固联并装配两枚定位销。
将一根所述圆导柱(7)依次装入所述圆导柱安装孔I(22)、所述滑动孔I(27),将另一根所述圆导轨(7)依次装入所述圆导柱安装孔II(23)、所述滑动孔II(28)。将所述气缸I(6)装入所述气缸I安装孔(21)并用三枚螺丝固联。将所述气缸I(6)的活动头与所述圆孔I(26)固联。
将所述撑紧棒(53)插入所述气缸II安装孔(25),将所述撑紧棒(53)的圆柱头与所述气缸II(54)的活动头固联,将所述气缸II(54)装入所述气缸II安装孔(25)并用三枚螺丝固联。
用两对所述压板螺丝(55)、所述压板螺母(56)通过两条T型槽将所述定位座(52)与所述装夹座(51)连接。
在所述传感器安装孔(47)安装传感器,并将传感器的信号传输线连接于所述圆周切割装置的控制电路。
使用时,松开两对所述压板螺丝(55)、所述压板螺母(56),调节所述定位座(52)在所述装夹座(51)上的位置,亦即调节切割长度,旋紧两对所述压板螺丝(55)、所述压板螺母(56)。
所述圆周切割装置作业时,所述气缸I(6)的活动头向外伸出,所述装夹座(51)的所述切割位置槽(29)移动到所述切割刀(14)的切割位置。
将所述管型薄壁材料(2)通过所述导向环(3)的导向并插入所述弹性夹头(24)。
所述气缸II(54)的活动头向外伸出,将所述撑紧棒(53)的圆锥端推向所述弹性夹头(24)的内孔,将所述弹性夹头(24)撑大,将所述管型薄壁材料(2)固定。
所述电机(46)转动,所述切割刀(14)转动,在所述切割位置槽(29)位置对所述管型薄壁材料(2)进行圆周切割。传感器将接收到的所述刀柄(9)经过所述传感器安装孔(47)次数的信号传给所述圆周切割装置的控制电路,按设定的所述切割刀(14)转动次数控制所述电机(46)的运行和停止。
所述气缸II(54)的活动头向里缩进,所述弹性夹头(24)恢复常态。
所述气缸I(6)的活动头向里缩进,所述装夹总成(5)退出,被切割的所述管型薄壁材料(2)掉落。

1.一种圆周切割装置,主要由机架,导向环,切割总成,装夹总成,气缸I和圆导柱构成;所述切割总成主要由切割座II,卡簧I,切割刀组合,主动齿轮,切割座I和电机构成;所述装夹总成主要由定位座,装夹座,撑紧棒,气缸II,压板螺丝和压板螺母构成;所述切割刀组合主要由卡簧II,弹簧,从动齿轮和切割刀构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种圆周切割装置,所述机架有气缸I安装孔,圆导柱安装孔I和圆导柱安装孔II;所述切割刀有卡簧槽II,刀体和刀柄;所述从动齿轮有切割刀槽,弹簧安装孔和弹簧安装档;所述电机的转子轴有卡簧槽I和切口;所述切割座I有传感器安装孔,切割刀组合安装孔和电机安装孔;所述装夹座有弹性夹头,气缸II安装孔,圆孔I,滑动孔I,滑动孔II和切割位置槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种圆周切割装置,将所述刀柄从里向外装入所述从动齿轮的所述弹簧安装孔,将所述刀体嵌入所述切割刀槽,将所述弹簧从外向里装入所述弹簧安装孔至所述弹簧安装档,用所述卡簧II压缩所述弹簧并将所述卡簧II装入所述卡簧槽II;将所述电机装入所述电机安装孔并用三枚螺丝与所述切割座I固联;将所述主动齿轮的带切口的内孔套入所述电机的所述切口并用所述卡簧I作轴向固定;将所述切割刀组合装入所述切割刀组合安装孔,所述主动齿轮与所述从动齿轮啮合,然后装入所述切割座II,用两枚螺丝将其与所述切割座I固联并安装两枚定位销;用两枚螺丝将所述导向环与所述机架固联并安装两枚定位销;用四枚螺丝将所述切割总成的所述切割座I与所述机架固联并安装两枚定位销;将一根所述圆导柱依次装入所述圆导柱安装孔I、所述滑动孔I,将另一根所述圆导轨依次装入所述圆导柱安装孔II、所述滑动孔II;将所述气缸I装入所述气缸I安装孔并用三枚螺丝固联;将所述气缸I的活动头与所述圆孔I固联;将所述撑紧棒插入所述气缸II安装孔,将所述撑紧棒的圆柱头与所述气缸II的活动头固联,将所述气缸II装入所述气缸II安装孔并用三枚螺丝固联;用两对所述压板螺丝、所述压板螺母通过两条T型槽将所述定位座与所述装夹座连接。
