本发明是飞机铆钉机气液增压缸,其结构包括气压缸(1)和液压缸(2),液压缸(2)端部设气缸盖(3),气缸盖(3)内设弹簧(4),弹簧(4)端部连接连接头(5),连接头(5)端部连接活塞组件(6),气压缸(1)内的活塞组件(6)外侧为预压储油仓(7),液压缸(2)内为回程气腔(8),活塞组件(6)的端部在回程气腔(8)内,液压缸(2)端部设A压缩空气接口(9),气缸盖(3)端部设B压缩空气接口(10)。本发明的优点:可自动控制推臂的伸缩,起到活塞的作用,受力匀称,配备此气液增压缸的飞机铆钉机结构紧凑、性能稳定、操作方便安全,具有自动坐标系,实现自动定位旋转打孔,准确高效、坚固耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是飞机铆钉机气液增压缸。
背景技术
在飞机的制造生产中,铆钉孔以前是人工打孔,效率低,速度慢,还存在打孔位置不准确的情况。
铆钉机是依据冷辗原理研制而成的铆接设备,指能用铆钉把物品铆接起来机械装备。常见的有气动、油压和电动,单头及双头等规格型号。常见的类型主要有自动铆钉机和旋铆机。
但是普通的铆钉机强度不够,受力不匀称,无法满足飞机铆钉孔高精度的要求。
发明内容
本发明提出的是飞机铆钉机气液增压缸,其目的旨在克服现有技术存在的上述不足,实现高精度飞机铆钉孔打孔。
本发明的技术解决方案:飞机铆钉机气液增压缸,其结构包括气压缸和液压缸,液压缸端部设气缸盖,气缸盖内设弹簧,弹簧端部连接连接头,连接头端部连接活塞组件,气压缸内的活塞组件外侧为预压储油仓,液压缸内为回程气腔,活塞组件的端部在回程气腔内,液压缸端部设A压缩空气接口,气缸盖端部设B压缩空气接口。
优选的,所述的气缸盖表面发蓝。
优选的,所述的弹簧表面发蓝。
优选的,所述的活塞组件与气压缸之间设密封圈和63X59隔圈。
优选的,所述的活塞组件与液压缸之间设密封圈和32X28隔圈。
本发明的优点:可自动控制推臂的伸缩,起到活塞的作用,受力匀称,配备此气液增压缸的飞机铆钉机结构紧凑、性能稳定、操作方便安全,具有自动坐标系,实现自动定位旋转打孔,准确高效、坚固耐用。

如图1所示,飞机铆钉机气液增压缸,其结构包括气压缸1和液压缸2,液压缸2端部设气缸盖3,气缸盖3内设弹簧4,弹簧4端部连接连接头5,连接头5端部连接活塞组件6,气压缸1内的活塞组件6外侧为预压储油仓7,液压缸2内为回程气腔8,活塞组件6的端部在回程气腔8内,液压缸2端部设A压缩空气接口9,气缸盖3端部设B压缩空气接口10。
所述的气缸盖3表面发蓝,防止氧化。
所述的弹簧4表面发蓝,防止氧化。
所述的活塞组件6与气压缸1之间设密封圈12和63X59隔圈13,增强密封性。
所述的活塞组件6与液压缸2之间设密封圈12和32X28隔圈14,增强密封性。
根据以上结构,装配后自由状态,活塞组件在缸筒内抽拉阻力20~30N。

4.如权利要求1所述的飞机铆钉机气液增压缸,其特征是所述的活塞组件(6)与气压缸(1)之间设密封圈(12)和63X59隔圈(13)。
