本实用新型涉及的是飞机铆钉机读数头支架。
背景技术
在飞机的制造生产中,铆钉孔以前是人工打孔,效率低,速度慢,还存在打孔位置不准确的情况。
铆钉机是依据冷辗原理研制而成的铆接设备,指能用铆钉把物品铆接起来机械装备。常见的有气动、油压和电动,单头及双头等规格型号。常见的类型主要有自动铆钉机和旋铆机。
但是普通的铆钉机强度不够,且无法满足飞机铆钉孔高精度的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型提出的是飞机铆钉机读数头支架,其目的旨在克服现有技术存在的上述不足,固定安装光栅,实现高精度自动定位旋转打孔。
本实用新型的技术解决方案:飞机铆钉机读数头支架,其结构包括限位段和读数头段,限位段和读数头段通过连杆连接,读数头段上开有A螺钉孔,读数头段上开有B螺钉孔,限位段内侧设导轨槽和测量杆槽,读数头段内侧设光栅读数头槽。
优选的,所述的A螺钉孔的数量为8个,A螺钉孔适应M3X12螺钉。
优选的,所述的B螺钉孔的数量为2个,B螺钉孔适应M8X20螺钉。
