本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗麻痹性斜视的中药组合物。
背景技术
麻痹性斜视是指由于支配眼外肌的神经核、神经或眼外肌本身器质性病变而引起的眼位偏斜。任何年龄均可发病，但多见于成年人，且无明显性别差异。临床多表现为单眼或双眼呈目珠偏视状态，眼球运动受限，有的向一个方位运动受限，有的向几个方位运动受限，眼球运转受限程度或轻或重。患者自觉眼球运转失灵，视一物为二物，甚者伴有头晕目眩，恶心呕吐等症状。目前，西医主要采用口服或肌注维生素B1、B12及三磷酸腺苷等疗法，以助神经功能恢复。其治疗麻痹性斜视虽有一定的疗效，但存在治标不治本及易复发的不足。
祖国医学认为麻痹性斜视多由脾胃虚弱，阳气下陷，内有郁热，外受风邪，肌腠疏开，脉络失畅，风邪客于眼肌，则眼睑不能上举，眼球活动受限所致；或因感受风邪，侵犯目络，脉络受阻，则眼肌麻痹；或肾阴不足，肝阳上亢，虚风内动，上扰于目；或肾阳虚损，阳气下陷，火衰气弱，脉络不通所致。
根据中医理论，针对麻痹性斜视的发病机理，采用益气健脾、滋阴补肾、清肝明目、通经活络、熄风止痉、泻火解毒、活血祛瘀的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

一种治疗麻痹性斜视的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：钩藤10g、红花菜20g、覆盆子12g、玄参25g、秦艽5g、豨莶草20g、刺五加10g、枸杞15g、怀牛膝5g、紫贝齿25g、合欢花10g、蜈蚣8g、白蒺藜5g、红花20g、络石藤10g、龙齿25g、海风藤5g、水红花子20g、太子参10g、天南星15g、枣仁5g、车前子20g、甘草8g。
实施例5
一种治疗麻痹性斜视的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：钩藤30g、红花菜5g、覆盆子20g、玄参10g、秦艽15g、豨莶草5g、刺五加20g、枸杞12g、怀牛膝25g、紫贝齿5g、合欢花20g、蜈蚣4g、白蒺藜25g、红花12g、络石藤20g、龙齿5g、海风藤25g、水红花子12g、太子参20g、天南星5g、枣仁25g、车前子10g、甘草15g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗麻痹性斜视的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例50例，男29例，女21例，年龄20～70岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、眼位偏斜，患眼向麻痹肌作用的相反方向偏斜；
2、眼球活动障碍，患眼向麻痹肌作用方面活动受限；
3、第二斜视角大于第一斜视角；
4、代偿头位，头向麻痹肌方向偏斜；
5、复视、双眼视一为二，（复视象检查确定麻痹肌）；
6、头晕目眩，或有恶心呕吐。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：眼位正，眼球运动自如，复视消失；
2、有效：患眼偏斜度减轻，复视象距离缩小，眼球运动受限部分恢复；
3、无效：眼位仍偏斜，程度无好转，症状未减轻。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈37例，随访未见复发；有效11例，无效2例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
黄某，男，29岁。左眼视物成双已1月余，曾到医院检查，诊断为：左眼麻痹性斜视。服用中西药治疗，效果不佳。检查：左眼球偏向内眦，转动不灵，自觉微干涩。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，视物已不成双，眼球转动灵活；继续服用3个疗程，眼位正，眼球运动自如，复视消失，痊愈。已随访1年未见复发。
病例2：
谭某，女，46岁。患者右眼斜视，活动受限，视一为二，并伴有眼疼，头晕耳鸣，面赤心烦，颈项拘紧，肢麻。诊见：舌红，苔黄，脉弦。诊断为：右麻痹性斜视。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，偏斜度减轻，眼疼，头晕耳鸣等症明显减轻；继续服用2个疗程，眼位正，眼球运动自如，复视及其他症状完全消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗麻痹性斜视的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：钩藤10-30份、红花菜5-25份、覆盆子5-20份、玄参5-25份、秦艽5-20份、豨莶草5-25份、刺五加5-25份、枸杞5-20份、怀牛膝5-25份、紫贝齿5-25份、合欢花5-25份、蜈蚣2-8份、白蒺藜5-25份、红花5-20份、络石藤5-25份、龙齿5-25份、海风藤5-25份、水红花5-20份、太子参5-25份、天南星5-20份、枣仁5-25份、车前子5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗麻痹性斜视的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：钩藤20份、红花菜15份、覆盆子10份、玄参15份、秦艽10份、豨莶草15份、刺五加15份、枸杞10份、怀牛膝15份、紫贝齿15份、合欢花15份、蜈蚣5份、白蒺藜15份、红花10份、络石藤15份、龙齿15份、海风藤15份、水红花子10份、太子参15份、天南星10份、枣仁15份、车前子15份、甘草10份。
