本发明提出了一种快速高强度机场道路专用修补砂浆,钢纤维10%-20%、级配砂30%-50%、乳胶粉1%-5%、水泥1.4%-39.7%、膨胀剂3%-7%、钠米微硅粉3%-7%、四硼酸钠0.1%-0.5%、超早强剂0.1%-0.6%、羧酸减水剂3%-8%、消泡剂0.1%-0.5%,本发明常温20度左右,施工完成后4h后可通车,3h抗压强度可达30MPa,28d抗压强度可达70MPa近80MPa不收缩有微膨胀性,施工性、短时强度、高于同类砂浆,无收缩、抗裂性和冲击韧性更优于同类修补砂浆。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其是涉及一种快速高强度机场道路专用修补砂浆。
背景技术
机场道路一般要求较高的强度,并且在修补时需要能够快速成型,而现有的同类砂浆中,普遍流动性差,人工操性不强,干燥成型速度慢,并且承受强度小,并且28d时有收缩现象,长时间使用仍会致裂。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提出了一种快速高强度机场道路专用修补砂浆,钢纤维10%-20%、级配砂30%-50%、乳胶粉1%-5%、水泥1.4%-39.7%、膨胀剂3%-7%、钠米微硅粉3%-7%、四硼酸钠0.1%-0.5%、超早强剂0.1%-0.6%、羧酸减水剂3%-8%、消泡剂0.1%-0.5%。
优选的,钢纤维15%-18%、级配砂35%-45%、乳胶粉2%-4%、水泥12.5%-36%、膨胀剂3%-6%、钠米微硅粉4%-6%、四硼酸钠0.3%-0.4%、超早强剂0.4%-0.6%、羧酸减水剂4%-7%、消泡剂0.3%-0.5%。
优选的,所述级配砂粒径为0-2.5mm。
本发明提出的快速高强度机场道路专用修补砂浆有以下有益效果:常温20度左右,施工完成后4h后可通车,3h抗压强度可达30MPa,28d抗压强度可达70MPa近80MPa不收缩有微膨胀性,施工性、短时强度、高于同类砂浆,无收缩、抗裂性和冲击韧性更优于同类修补砂浆。

本发明提出了一种快速高强度机场道路专用修补砂浆,钢纤维20%、级配砂50%、乳胶粉5%、水泥39.7%、膨胀剂7%、钠米微硅粉7%、四硼酸钠0.5%、超早强剂0.6%、羧酸减水剂8%、消泡剂0.5%。
优选的,所述级配砂粒径为0-2.5mm。
实施例3
本发明提出了一种快速高强度机场道路专用修补砂浆,钢纤维15%、级配砂40%、乳胶粉4%、水泥22.6%、膨胀剂5%、钠米微硅粉6%、四硼酸钠0.5%、超早强剂0.5%、羧酸减水剂6%、消泡剂0.4%。
优选的,所述级配砂粒径为0-2.5mm。
因砂浆在此处用于地铁管片用和特殊用处的不规则弧面修补,要非常好的可塑形性能和抹灰不流挂性能,为了描述施工和易性,我们将其分为四级:
优--粘度适中、不规则塑形性好、抹灰不流挂不粘刀
良--粘度稍大、不规则塑形性好、抹灰不流挂有粘刀
中--粘度稍大、不规则塑形性一般、抹灰不流挂有粘刀
差--粘度稍大、不规则塑形性一般、抹灰有流挂有粘刀

2.根据权利要求1所述的快速高强度机场道路专用修补砂浆,其特征在于,钢纤维15%-18%、级配砂35%-45%、乳胶粉2%-4%、水泥12.5%-36%、膨胀剂3%-6%、钠米微硅粉4%-6%、四硼酸钠0.3%-0.4%、超早强剂0.4%-0.6%、羧酸减水剂4%-7%、消泡剂0.3%-0.5%。
