Claims (4)
- 섬유를 포함하는 모르타르에 있어서,모르타르는 분말 성분, 액상 성분 및 하이브리드 섬유체를 포함하고, 분말 성분: 액상 성분의 중량 비율은 100: 14~25가 되고 그리고 하이브리드 섬유체는 직경 10 내지 100 ㎛ 그리고 길이 2 내지 12 ㎜인 섬유로 내열성 고강도 섬유, 고강도 합성 섬유 및 알루미나 섬유를 포함하고,상기에서 액상 성분은 40 내지 90 wt%의 물; 5 내지 30 wt%의 아크릴계 수지; 및 5 내지 15 wt%의 시온 안료로 형성되고, 분말 성분:내열성 고강도 섬유; 분말성분: 고강도 합성 섬유; 및 분말 성분: 알루미나 섬유의 부피비는 각각 100: 0.8 내지 1.7;100: 0.5 내지 1.6; 그리고 100: 0.5 내지 1.6이 되고, 그리고 고강도 합성 섬유는 PVA 섬유 또는 PE 섬유가 되고; 내열성 고강도 섬유는 내알칼리 유리 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 강 섬유 또는 금속으로 코팅이 된 알루미나 섬유가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유를 포함하는 모르타르.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 분말 성분은 분말 성분 전체에 대하여 20 내지 45 wt%의 시멘트, 13 내지 34 wt%의 알루미나 시멘트, 20 내지 44 wt%의 규사, 2 내지 7 wt%의 알루미나 미분말, 1 내지 10 wt%의 CSA(Calsium Sulfo Aluminium) 팽창제; 0.2 내지 1 wt%의 수축 저감제; 1 내지 15 wt%의 실리카 흄(Silica Fume); 0.1 내지 1 wt%의 고성능 유동화제; 및 0.02 내지 0.3 wt%의 지연제를 포함하고 그리고 액상 성분은 액상 성분 전체에 대하여 55 내지 90 wt%의 물, 5 내지 30 wt%의 아크릴계 수지, 및 5 내지 15 wt%의 시온 안료를 포함하는 모르타르.
- 모르타르를 사용하여 콘크리트의 보수를 위한 시공 방법에 있어서,고압으로 분사되는 물에 투사제를 첨가하여 구체콘크리트의 열화부를 제거하는 단계;앵커를 설치하는 단계;모르타르를 제조하여 필요한 두께의 일부를 1차 도포하는 단계;1차 도포된 면에 내알칼리성 유리섬유, 금속으로 코팅된 알루미나섬유망 또는 이방성 소결 알루미나 격자를 앵커에 고정하는 단계;모르타르를 제조하여 2차 도포하는 단계;2차 도포된 면에 40 내지 60℃의 물에 녹는 열수용성필름을 덮어 양생하는 단계; 및내화학성 코팅제를 도포하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기에서 1차 및 2차 도포를 위한 모르타르는 청구항 1에 따른 모르타르가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시공 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 양생포는 PVA 재질로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시공 방법.
