Abstract

本发明涉及一种电磁感应封口垫片,所述垫片热封粘合层的厚度为0.01~0.025mm,热封材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),针对于该垫片,本发明还提出一种密封方法,分别是手持式电磁感应封口法,控制封口机的功率为500~700W,封口时间0.8~2.4s;水冷却电磁感应封口法,控制封口机的功率为1500~3500W,封口直径20~220mm,传送带的速度为28~32HZ。使用本发明所述的垫片结合本发明的方法可理想地实现对PET瓶的密封。

Description

一种电磁感应封口垫片及封口方法
技术领域
本发明属于商品包装领域,具体涉及一种电磁感应封口垫片及其封口方法。
背景技术
电磁成形是一种高速成形工艺,具有模具简单、成形精度高、精确可控等特点,同时被公认是一种适用于异种材料联接的装配方法。它适用于药品、食品、饮料、化妆品和化学物品等,国外六十年代已开始研制并应用于包装工业上。但早期的封口材料主要采用塑料或泡沫材料。八十年代始英国Glaxo公司首先发表铝箔电磁封口技术并通过美国艾乐康(Enercon)公司提供的设备推向市场。
电磁成形封口是一种非接触式加热。它由频率发生器、电磁感应工作线圈、水再循环冷却器,以及配套装置组成。包装容器(塑料瓶、玻璃瓶、瓷瓶等)的瓶盖内衬垫片由印刷膜(里印)、白卡纸、膜胶、铝箔、PET热封粘合剂组成。当已旋紧瓶盖的容器通过电磁感应工作线圈时,由于磁场在铝箔内感应产生涡流而发热,使垫片中铝箔上的PET热封粘合剂涂层在磁感温度下与瓶口粘合密封,从而使复合铝箔牢固密封在瓶口上。
食品包装除了对包装材料(PET瓶、垫片等)的材质和洁净度的要求外,必须保证封口质量的可靠性。如果由于瓶封口不严,将造成食品吸湿、氧化而变质或由于泄露造成污染。因此,要求食品包装容器的封口密闭,合格率达到100%。而本方案正是对具体电磁感应参数进行优化修正的基础上,提高合格率。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的利用电磁感应封口不严的缺陷,本发明提供一种电磁感应封口中使用的垫片和封口方法。
(二)技术方案
本发明中,所述垫片热封粘合层的厚度为0.01~0.025mm,优选0.015~0.020mm。在利用电磁感应加热使热封粘合层熔融而实现密封的过程中,若热封粘合层的厚度过小,无法实现与瓶盖的充分密封,若厚度过大,需对其加热较长的时间方可实现熔融,较长的加热时间有可能引起垫片底部的瓶口发生变形,因此选择厚度为0.01~0.025mm,其中效果最佳的是0.015~0.020mm。
本发明中,所述热封粘合层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),它在经过电磁封口机时会受热熔融,密封在瓶口上,起封口作用。
本发明中,所述垫片的结构从上到下依次为印刷膜、背衬板、阻隔层、铝箔层和热封粘合剂层。
本发明中,所述印刷膜为PET印刷膜。
本发明中,所述背衬板为白卡纸。使用白卡纸可起到增加垫片厚度,提高垫片耐戳穿性能的效果
本发明中,所述阻隔层为PET膜,其功能为封口后起阻隔作用,防止内容物渗漏。
本发明中,所述印刷膜、背衬板、阻隔层和铝箔层的厚度分别为0.01~0.014mm、0.25~0.35mm、0.01~0.02mm、0.015~0.025mm。
优选的,本发明所述的垫片为从上到下依次包括印刷膜、背衬板、阻隔层、铝箔层和热封粘合剂层,其厚度分别为0.012mm、0.3mm、0.015mm、0.02mm、0.015~0.02mm;其中,印刷膜为PET印刷膜,背衬板为白纸板,阻隔层为PET膜、热封粘合剂层为热熔型PET。
本发明的另一目的是提供本发明所述垫片的密封方法,包括如下步骤,使用手持式电磁感应封口法,控制封口机的功率为500~700W,封口时间0.8~2.4S,封口直径为60~130s;优选的,封口机的功率为600W,封口时间为1.6~2s。
本发明的最后一个目的是提供另一种该发明所述垫片的密封方法,使用水冷却电磁感应封口法,控制封口机的功率为1500~3500W,封口直径20~220mm,传送带的速度为28~32HZ;优选的,封口机的功率为2500W~3500W,传送带的速度为31HZ。
本发明所述的垫片,印刷膜直接粘贴于背衬板上,背衬板、阻隔层和铝箔层之间均通过胶进行粘贴。
(三)有益效果
本发明所述的垫片具有如下的有益效果:本发明所述的组合垫片通过对垫片热封粘合层的厚度的优化和对热封工艺的优化,可大大改善密封效果,尤其在PET塑料瓶的密封方面取得了良好的效果。而且本发明所述的产品易于制备,方法简单易行,具有广阔的应用前景。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。

实施例5
本实施例涉及本发明所述垫片的密封方法,包括如下步骤:采用手持式电磁感应封口机,控制封口机的额定功率600W,封口时间范围1.6~2.4s,控制PET瓶的口径为60~130mm。对实施例1~4的瓶盖进行密封。
实施例6
本实施例涉及本发明所述垫片的密封方法,包括如下步骤:采用水冷却式电磁感应封口机,控制封口机的额定功率2500~3500W,封口直径20~220mm,传送带速度为31HZ。对实施例1~4的瓶盖进行密封。
实验例
按实施例5和实施例6所述封口方法封口后所得产品封口特性如下:
实验对象:PET瓶。
操作方法:将实施例1和2每一种垫片分别放入装有内容物乳清蛋白2.27kg的PET瓶盖上,手工旋盖旋紧,按照实施例5所示的方法,将手持式电磁感应封口机中心对准瓶盖,封口时间为1.6s、2.0s、2.4s,每种封口时间封两瓶。
将实施例1和2每一种垫片分别放入装有内容物乳清蛋白2.27kg的PET瓶盖上,手工旋盖旋紧,按照实施例6所示的方法,调节水冷却式封口机的功率分别为2500W、3000W和3500W,每种封口功率封2瓶。
美观度:封口完成后打开瓶盖的第一感官印象,未成形为纸片未分离,属于美观度不合格;成形为正常现象,属于合格产品;泛黄为封口感应时间过长造成的印刷层温度过高变黄,基本上属于合格产品。
气密性:封口完成后将产品放入密封度测试仪中检测,使用测试压力6MPa,并在仪器中坚持5S中。5s内瓶口出现气泡视为不合格、5s内未出现气泡视为合格。
牢固度(2m自由落体实验):封口完成后将实验对象瓶口向下放置在2m高的平台上,水平用力将其推下,查看瓶口破损程度,重复三次。瓶盖未损坏且漏粉视为严重不合格、瓶盖损坏且漏粉视为不合格、未漏粉视为合格。实施例1~4所得产品的性能如表1和表2。

由以上表格可以看出,采用本发明所述的方法,可以完成对瓶口的良好的密封,进一步进行大量测试,密封的合格率为100%。
对比例1
同实施例1相比,其区别在于,所述热封粘合层的厚度为0.030mm,采用实施例5和实施例6所示的方法对其进行密封。
对比例2
同实施例1相比,其区别在于,所述热封粘合层的厚度为0.005mm,采用实施例5和实施例6所示的方法对其进行密封。
对比例1~2所得产品的性能如表3和表4。

由以上数据可知,采用本发明的垫片和方法可实现对PET瓶的良好密封。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明、具体实施方式及试验,对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种电磁感应封口垫片,其特征在于,所述垫片热封粘合层的厚度为0.01~0.025mm,优选为0.015~0.020mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垫片,其特征在于,所述热封粘合层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的垫片,其特征在于,所述垫片的结构从上到下依次为印刷膜、背衬板、阻隔层、铝箔层和热封粘合剂层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的垫片,其特征在于,所述印刷膜为PET印刷膜。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的垫片,其特征在于,所述背衬板为白卡纸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的垫片,其特征在于,所述阻隔层为PET膜。
7.根据权利要求3~6任一项所述的垫片,其特征在于,所述印刷膜、背衬板、阻隔层和铝箔层的厚度分别为0.01~0.014mm、0.25~0.35mm、0.01~0.02mm、0.015~0.025mm。
8.一种密封权利要求1~7任何一种垫片的方法,其特征在于,使用手持式电磁感应封口法,控制封口机的功率为500~700W,封口时间0.8~2.4s,封口直径60~130mm;优选的,封口机的功率为600W,封口时间为1.6~2s。
9.一种密封权利要求1~7任何一种垫片的方法,其特征在于,使用水冷却电磁感应封口法,控制封口机的功率为1500~3500W,封口直径20~220mm,传送带的速度为28~32HZ;优选的,封口机的功率为2500W~3500W,传送带的速度为31HZ。
