本发明公开一种用于磨削铜合金的树脂CBN研磨盘,所述研磨盘由基体和工作磨料层两部分组成,所述工作磨料层包括树脂结合剂、混合填料;所述树脂结合剂为超细酚醛树脂;所述混合填料按体积比计:粒径10-20μm超细碳化硅15-20,粒径0.03-0.05μm纳米级SiO23-5,粒径8-15μm玻璃珠5-10,粒径0.5-1.0μm超微细铜粉5-15,粒径15-20μm超细高岭土1-10,粒径15-20μm超细滑石粉1-3,粒径0.03-0.05μm纳米级聚四氟乙烯粉1-5;金刚石1-10,CBN?10-25。本发明优点:1)导热性能好,工件不易烧伤;2)磨削效率高、切削刃锋利;3)工件不易变形;4)粗糙度值低,尺寸精度0.003mm以内;5)砂轮不易堵塞。

技术领域
本发明涉及砂轮制造技术领域,具体说是一种CBN研磨盘。
背景技术
铜合金磨削过程中常见问题:1)磨屑容易堵塞砂轮;2)工件表面容易划伤,粗糙度值高;3)工件容易变形;4)磨削效率低等问题,生产中废品率很高。现有的研磨盘一般采用进口产品,如日本丰田万磨系列产品,其产品配方无法知晓。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种CBN研磨盘,可满足生产中的技术要求,具体技术方案如下:
一种用于磨削铜合金的树脂CBN研磨盘,其特征在于:所述研磨盘由基体和工作磨料层两部分组成,所述工作磨料层包括树脂结合剂、混合填料;所述树脂结合剂为超细酚醛树脂;所述混合填料按体积比计:粒径10-20μm超细碳化硅15-20,粒径0.03-0.05μm纳米级SiO23-5,粒径8-15μm玻璃珠5-10,粒径0.5-1.0μm超微细铜粉5-15,粒径15-20μm超细高岭土1-10,粒径15-20μm超细滑石粉1-3,粒径0.03-0.05μm纳米级聚四氟乙烯粉1-5;金刚石1-10,CBN10-25。
本发明具有下列优点:1)导热性能好,工件不易烧伤;2)磨削效率高、切削刃锋利;3)工件不易变形;4)粗糙度值低,尺寸精度0.003mm以内;5)砂轮不易堵塞。

实施例1
1.按通用方法制备基体;
2.工作磨料层的制备;所述工作磨料层包括树脂结合剂、混合填料;所述树脂结合剂为超细酚醛树脂;所述混合填料按体积比计:粒径20μm超细碳化硅15,粒径0.05μm纳米级SiO23,粒径8μm玻璃珠10,粒径0.5μm超微细铜粉5,粒径20μm超细高岭土1,粒径20μm超细滑石粉1,粒径0.05μm纳米级聚四氟乙烯粉1;金刚石1,CBN25。
将工作磨料层按通用的方法与基体制备成一体,即CBN研磨盘;
实施例2

将工作磨料层按通用的方法与基体制备成一体,即CBN研磨盘;

1.按通用方法制备基体;
2.工作磨料层的制备;所述工作磨料层包括树脂结合剂、混合填料;所述树脂结合剂为超细酚醛树脂;所述混合填料按体积比计:粒径15μm超细碳化硅17,粒径0.04μm纳米级SiO24,粒径12μm玻璃珠8,粒径0.7μm超微细铜粉10,粒径17μm超细高岭土5,粒径18μm超细滑石粉2,粒径0.04μm纳米级聚四氟乙烯粉3;金刚石6,CBN15。
将工作磨料层按通用的方法与基体制备成一体,即CBN研磨盘;

将工作磨料层按通用的方法与基体制备成一体,即CBN研磨盘;

2.工作磨料层的制备;所述工作磨料层包括树脂结合剂、混合填料;所述树脂结合剂为超细酚醛树脂;所述混合填料按体积比计:粒径10μm超细碳化硅18,粒径0.05μm纳米级SiO23,粒径13μm玻璃珠10,粒径0.5μm超微细铜粉15,粒径17μm超细高岭土10,粒径15μm超细滑石粉2,粒径0.05μm纳米级聚四氟乙烯粉5;金刚石1,CBN19。
将工作磨料层按通用的方法与基体制备成一体,即CBN研磨盘;
本发明中,采用了超微细铜粉与聚四氟乙烯粉的结合,明显改善了所制备的砂轮的耐磨性能及抗折强度;并且能改善位移比,这里的位移比指在生产过程中,除了满足加工零件的形状要求所做的进给运动外,还需对砂轮的磨损进行位置修正而进行的位移,该数据越小越好。表1为实施例1-5的有关数据;

由表1可见,超微细铜粉用量为8-10时耐磨性能最好,抗折性能也最好。
表2为本发明的实施例2制成品与日本丰田万磨产品的数据对比;

由此可见,本发明的配方远远优于丰田万磨的产品性能。
