Abstract

本发明提供一种轴承保持架(1),具有与滚动体(20)的数量相对应的兜孔(10),用以规制在内、外圈之间滚动运行的多个滚动体(20)。所述保持架(1)的每一处兜孔(10)在其与滚动体(20)接触的内表面上都形成有用于储存润滑脂的凹槽或孔穴(13)。这种保持架能够确保至少有部分润滑脂始终停留在起凹槽或孔穴中,有利于消除保持架与滚动体之间在电机启动阶段时润滑不充分的问题。在上述保持架的基础上,本发明还提供多种应用该保持架的常规类型的滚动轴承。

轴承保持架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承保持架,适用于各种常规类型的滚动轴承。
背景技术
在高速铁路的应用中,列车牵引电机的轴承倾向于采用脂润滑的形式。这是因为在恶劣工况下,如果采用油润滑循环系统,杂质很容易侵入,从而导致轴承寿命的大幅减少。然而,脂润滑自身也存在问题,比如,其粘稠度较大,相对不易进入保持架的兜孔(cagepockets)中。因此,如果改用脂润滑,则容易造成轴承在启动阶段其滚动体与保持之间的润滑不足,导致部件磨损和轴承寿命的减少。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种轴承保持架。该轴承保持架形成为具有与滚动体的数量相对应的兜孔,用以规制在内、外圈之间滚动运行的滚动体。每一处兜孔在其与滚动体接触的内表面上都形成有用于储存润滑脂的凹槽或孔穴。在上述保持架的基础上,本发明还提供应用该保持架的多种常规类型的滚动轴承。
上述保持架能够确保至少有部分润滑脂始终停留在起凹槽或孔穴中,因而有利于消除保持架与滚动体之间在电机启动阶段时润滑不充分的问题。
以下结合附图详细描述本发明的具体实施方式和有益效果。

具体实施方式
图1a为沿轴向观察时本发明所述保持架的局部截面示意图;图1b显示的是图1a中A区域所限定的保持架上的一处兜孔。如图中所示,保持架1上形成有与滚动体(rollingelements)20数量相对应的若干处兜孔10。所述兜孔10由在圆周方向上限定滚动体20的保持架梁(cagebars)11和在轴向上限定滚动体20的保持架边框(cagesiderings)12合围而成。保持架边框12在其与滚动体20接触的内表面上形成至少一处凹槽(grooves)或者孔穴(cavities)13,用于润滑脂的停留和储存。孔穴13可以是通透的(throughholes),从而有利于润滑脂在兜孔10的内外循环流动;也可以是具有一定深度的封闭孔(dead-endedholes),用户润滑脂的储存。不仅如此,凹槽或孔穴13的形状也并不限于图中所示的圆形。实际上,任何常规的几何形状,只要有利于润滑脂的贮存,都可以予以采用。
图2a为沿图1a中2-2线截取的保持架的局部截面示意图;图2b是图2a中B区域的局部放大图中。如图2b所示,保持架梁11上可以形成有至少一处凹槽或者孔穴13,大致呈圆形,呈点状分布;也可以类似于保持架边框12的情形,采用任何其他常规的几何形状和分布形式。如图3a和3b所示,凹槽或者孔穴13可以是正六边形或者直线型号。当然,出于脂润滑循环之目的,这些凹槽或者孔穴13也可以是通透的。
有必要指出,出于示例之目的,图1至3显示的实际是圆柱滚子轴承(cylindricalrollerbearing)的保持架。不难理解,对于任何其他常规类型的滚动轴承,比如圆锥滚子轴承(taperedrollerbearing)、角接触球轴承(angularcontactbearing)、深沟球轴承等(deepgrooveballbearing)、自调心球轴承(self-aligningballbearing)、球面滚子轴承(sphericalballbearing)、CARB圆环滚子轴承(toroidalrollerbearing)等,只要其保持架兜孔的内壁上可以设置凹槽或者孔穴,都可以用于润滑脂贮存之目的。换而言之,在内、外圈包夹滚动体的常规类型的滚动轴承中,只要保持架上形成有用以规制滚动体运行的兜孔,都可以在兜孔的内壁上设置凹槽或者孔穴来储存润滑脂,以此解决轴承在运转启动阶段脂润滑不充分的问题。
另外,从生产材质的角度而言,依工况条件和负载特性的不同,保持架1可以采用碳钢(carbonsteel)、合金钢(steelalloys)、铜合金(copperalloys)、铝合金(aluminumalloys)、烧结材料(sinteredmaterials)、复合材料(compositematerials)、工程塑料(engineeringplastics)等作为其制造材料。
本领域的技术人员应当理解,关于上述保持架以及其应用的任何变更和改进,只要符合随附权利要求书的限定,均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种轴承保持架(1),具有与滚动体(20)的数量相对应的兜孔(10),用以规制在内、外圈之间滚动运行的预定数量的滚动体(20),其特征在于:每一处兜孔(10)在其与滚动体(20)接触的内表面上都形成有用于储存润滑脂的凹槽或孔穴(13)。
2.如权利要求1中所述的保持架(1),其特征在于:所述凹槽或孔穴(13)形成为圆形或者正多边形,呈点状分布;或者形成为直线型,彼此平行分布。
3.如权利要求1中所述的保持架(1),其特征在于:所述保持架(1)采用碳钢、合金钢、铜合金、铝合金、烧结材料、复合材料和工程塑料中的至少一种作为其生产材质。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的保持架(1),其特征在于:所述保持架(1)为圆柱滚子轴承的保持架。
5.如权利要求4所述的保持架(1),其特征在于:所述凹槽或孔穴(13)形成在保持架梁(11)的内表面上。
6.如权利要求4所述的保持架(1),其特征在于:所述凹槽或孔穴(13)形成在保持架边框(12)的内表面上。
7.一种圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:该援助滚子轴承采用权利要求4至6中任一项所述的保持架(1)。
8.一种常规类型的滚动轴承,具有内、外圈包夹滚动体的常规滚动结构,其特征在于:该常规类型的滚动轴承采用权利要求1至3中任一项所述的保持架(1)。
9.如权利要求8中所述的常规类型的滚动轴承,其特征在于:该常规类型的滚动轴承为圆锥滚子轴承、角接触球轴承、深沟球轴承、自调心球轴承、球面滚子轴承或者CARB圆环滚子轴承。
