Abstract
本发明公开了一种FSAE赛车进气腔,包括进气管、稳压腔、进气歧管和歧管安装面,进气管一端与稳压腔连接,四根相互平行设置的进气歧管顶部与稳压腔底部连接,底部与歧管安装面连接,歧管安装面用于与发动机装配,进气管包括节气门安装面、压缩管、限流阀和扩散管,压缩管一端设有节气门安装面,另一端与限流阀的一端连接,扩散管一端与限流阀的另一端连接,扩散管另一端与稳压腔连接,节气门安装面用于与节气门装配。本发明通过增大外侧的两根进气歧管的开口使得进气量更均匀,弥补了位于外侧两根进气歧管进气量的不足;减少了限流阀和转角处的低压区及涡流的产生,减少了连接处的诱导阻力;抑制了各缸窜气现象的发生,同时也增长了进气歧管长度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于发动机领域,具体涉及一种FSAE赛车进气腔。
背景技术
华南理工大学的贺彤阳,何山,黎杰,肖国权,雷雄提出了一种大学生FSAE赛车发动机进气系统设计。本文借助AVL-BOOST建立发动机模型来分析,确定合适的进气歧管长度和谐振腔容积。但稳压腔容积定在3.8L,使得油门响应稍微有迟滞。进气管长度为310mm,有些过长,较难满足现有的FSAE大赛规则。
长安大学的郑英杰,蹇小平提出了一种FSAE赛车进气系统CAE仿真及优化设计,运用GT-Power进行建模分析,加入了风杯。但稳压腔容积定在2.2L,未能很好的起到稳压的作用,影响出气量。稳压腔和歧管连接处为平面,阻力很大。没有解决和发动机连接处的密封问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种FSAE赛车进气腔,使四根进气歧管的进气量更均匀,减少限流阀和转角处的低压区及涡流的产生,减少连接处的诱导阻力,抑制各缸窜气现象的发生。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:一种FSAE赛车进气腔,包括进气管、稳压腔、进气歧管和歧管安装面,进气管一端与稳压腔连接,四根相互平行设置的进气歧管顶部与稳压腔底部连接,底部与歧管安装面连接,歧管安装面用于与发动机装配,进气管包括节气门安装面、压缩管、限流阀和扩散管,压缩管一端设有节气门安装面,另一端与限流阀的一端连接,扩散管一端与限流阀的另一端连接,扩散管另一端与稳压腔连接,节气门安装面用于与节气门装配。
所述进气歧管包括依次连接的喇叭形管和直管,喇叭形管大口径端与稳压腔连接,位于外侧的两根进气歧管顶部直径比位于中间的两根进气歧管顶部直径大8mm。
所述稳压腔容积为3.4L,两端端面为向外突出的圆弧面。
所述压缩管的压缩角为20°,所述压缩角为压缩管的外壁面与其中轴线的夹角。
所述扩散管的扩散角为7°,所述扩散角为扩散管的外壁面与其中轴线的夹角。
所述限流阀长度为10mm。
所述进气歧管喇叭形管大口径端伸入稳压腔,伸入稳压腔的部分形成风杯。
所有部件的连接处内壁,均做了圆倒角处理,半径为8mm。
一种FSAE赛车进气腔,还包括密封环,密封环设置在进气歧管底部,且位于歧管安装面底面,以增强FSAE赛车进气腔和发动机密封硅胶之间的密封效果。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点在于:
(1)稳压腔两端不再是平面,而是向外突出的圆弧面,以便补充两端歧管的进气量,使四根歧管进气量更加均匀。
(2)所述进气歧管包括依次连接的喇叭形管和直管,喇叭形管大口径端与稳压腔连接,位于外侧的两根进气歧管进口直径比位于中间的两根进气歧管进口直径大8mm,以此来弥补位于外侧的两根进气歧管的进气量不足。
(3)优化了压缩管的压缩角和扩散管的扩散角,压缩角为20°,扩散角为7°。同时延长了限流阀长度至10mm,减少了限流阀后部的低压区及涡流的产生。
(4)所有部件的连接处内壁,均做了圆倒角处理,最大程度地减少了连接处的诱导阻力。
(5)所述进气歧管喇叭形管大口径端伸入稳压腔,伸入稳压腔的部分形成风杯,抑制各缸窜气现象的发生,同时也增长了进气歧管长度。
(6)稳压腔容积为3.4L,既保证了出气量又不影响油门响应。
(7)设置了密封环,增强进气腔和发动机密封硅胶之间的密封效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
结合图1、图2和图3,一种FSAE赛车进气腔,包括进气管、稳压腔2、进气歧管3和歧管安装面5,进气管一端与稳压腔2连接,四根相互平行设置的进气歧管3顶部与稳压腔2底部连接,底部与歧管安装面5连接,歧管安装面5用于与发动机装配,进气管包括节气门安装面6、压缩管7、限流阀8和扩散管4,压缩管7一端设有节气门安装面6,另一端与限流阀8的一端连接,扩散管4一端与限流阀8的另一端连接,扩散管4另一端与稳压腔2连接,节气门安装面6用于与节气门装配。
进一步地,所述进气歧管3包括依次连接的喇叭形管和直管,喇叭形管的大口径端与稳压腔2连接,位于外侧的两根进气歧管3顶部端面直径比位于中间的两根进气歧管3顶部端面直径大8mm,以此来弥补位于外侧的两根进气歧管3的进气量不足。
进一步地,所述稳压腔2两端端面不再是平面,而是向外突出的圆弧面,以便补充位于外侧的两根进气歧管3的进气量,使四根进气歧管3进气量更加均匀。
进一步地,压缩管7的压缩角为20°,所述压缩角为压缩管7的外壁面与其中轴线的夹角。
进一步地,扩散管4的扩散角为7°,所述扩散角为扩散管4的外壁面与其中轴线的夹角。
进一步地,限流阀8长度为10mm,减少了限流阀8后部的低压区及涡流的产生。
进一步地,所有部件的连接处内壁,均做了圆倒角处理,半径为8mm,最大程度地减少了连接处的诱导阻力。

一种FSAE赛车进气腔,还包括密封环9,密封环9设置在进气歧管3底部,且位于歧管安装面5底面(即为与发动机连接面),以增强FSAE赛车进气腔和发动机密封硅胶之间的密封效果。
本发明所述的FSAE赛车进气腔的材料为ABS塑料、光敏树脂或玻璃微珠,可通过3D打印制作。
工作流程:外界的空气从节气门安装面6上安装的节气门体进入进气腔的进气口1,经压缩管7减压加速,在限流阀8处流速达到最快,然后进入扩散管4减速增压,之后进入稳压腔2稳压;稳压后的气体通过进气歧管3被吸进发动机。

1.一种FSAE赛车进气腔,包括进气管、稳压腔(2)、进气歧管(3)和歧管安装面(5),进气管一端与稳压腔(2)连接,四根相互平行设置的进气歧管(3)顶部与稳压腔(2)底部连接,底部与歧管安装面(5)连接,歧管安装面(5)用于与发动机装配,其特征在于:进气管包括节气门安装面(6)、压缩管(7)、限流阀(8)和扩散管(4),压缩管(7)一端设有节气门安装面(6),另一端与限流阀(8)的一端连接,扩散管(4)一端与限流阀(8)的另一端连接,扩散管(4)另一端与稳压腔(2)连接,节气门安装面(6)用于与节气门装配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的FSAE赛车进气腔,其特征在于:所述进气歧管(3)包括依次连接的喇叭形管和直管,喇叭形管大口径端与稳压腔(2)连接,位于外侧的两根进气歧管(3)顶部直径比位于中间的两根进气歧管(3)顶部直径大8mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的FSAE赛车进气腔,其特征在于:所述稳压腔(2)容积为3.4L,两端端面为向外突出的圆弧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的FSAE赛车进气腔,其特征在于:所述压缩管(7)的压缩角为20°,所述压缩角为压缩管(7)的外壁面与其中轴线的夹角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的FSAE赛车进气腔,其特征在于:所述扩散管(4)的扩散角为7°,所述扩散角为扩散管(4)的外壁面与其中轴线的夹角。
6.根据权利要求1所述的FSAE赛车进气腔,其特征在于:所述限流阀(8)长度为10mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的FSAE赛车进气腔,其特征在于:所述进气歧管(3)喇叭形管大口径端伸入稳压腔(2),伸入稳压腔(2)的部分形成风杯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的FSAE赛车进气腔,其特征在于:所有部件的连接处内壁,均做了圆倒角处理,圆倒角半径为8mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的FSAE赛车进气腔,其特征在于:还包括密封环(9),密封环(9)设置在进气歧管(3)底部,且位于歧管安装面(5)底面,以增强FSAE赛车进气腔和发动机密封硅胶之间的密封效果。
