Abstract

本发明公开了一种改性聚醚胺固化剂及其制备方法,所述改性聚醚胺固化剂的制备原料包括以下按重量份计算的组分:40~60份聚醚胺固化剂、20~30份酚类协同助剂、5~20份苯甲醇、5~20份2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚。所制备的改性聚醚胺固化剂粘度小,凝胶时间长,且制备过程简单。利用所述改性聚醚胺固化剂所制备出的环氧树脂漆膜耐冲击性好、拉伸粘结强度高、耐磨性好,综合性能优异。

Description

一种改性聚醚胺固化剂及其制备方法与应用
技术领域
本发明属于环氧树脂固化剂制备技术领域,具体地,本发明涉及一种改性聚醚胺固化剂及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
要使环氧树脂具有优良的性能,必须将环氧树脂与固化剂进行交联反应形成网状结构的大分子。聚醚胺固化剂具有使用期长、颜色浅、粘度低、流平性好等优点,其固化物比其它胺的固化物在粘结强度、耐水白性、耐冲击性方面更优良。但单纯的聚醚胺D-230或者D-400和环氧树脂反应非常缓慢,表干时间长达12小时之久,往往需要加热才能使用,且其耐低温性和耐潮湿性差,致使其使用受限。因此,使用时需对聚醚胺固化剂先进行改性处理。现有的技术通常是采用环氧树脂或者单环氧基化合物对聚醚胺进行改性,如专利CN103224612A、专利CN103788343A、专利CN104231232A,然而,这类方法制备改性聚醚胺环氧树脂固化剂制备过程较复杂,反应难以控制、容易凝胶,制备的固化剂粘度较高。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种改性聚醚胺固化剂,所述改性聚醚胺固化剂粘度小,凝胶时间长。
本发明的另一目的在于提供所述改性聚醚胺固化剂的制备方法。
本发明的另一目的在于提供所述改性聚醚胺固化剂的应用。
本发明的上述目的通过以下技术方案予以实现。
一种改性聚醚胺固化剂,制备原料包括以下按重量份计算的组分:
聚醚胺固化剂40~60份;
酚类协同助剂20~30份;
苯甲醇5~20份;
2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚5~20份。
聚醚胺固化剂具有使用期长、颜色浅、粘度低、流平性好、毒性小等优点,将其作为固化剂主体,其-NH2可与环氧树脂进行加成开环反应,赋予自流平固化剂的柔性骨架;酚类协同助剂可进一步提高其流平性;苯甲醇则可进一步提高固化剂的韧性,降低其粘度并提高固化剂的反应速度;2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚(DMP-30)作为一种促进剂,则可加快固化剂的反应速度。
优选地,所述聚醚胺固化剂为聚醚胺D-230或聚醚胺D-400。
优选地,所述酚类协同助剂为壬基酚或十二烷基酚或两者的混合物。
优选地,所述改性聚醚胺固化剂的制备原料包括以下按重量份计算的组分:
聚醚胺固化剂50份;
酚类协同助剂25份;
苯甲醇10份;
2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚15份。
所述改性聚醚胺固化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将聚醚胺固化剂倒入反应釜中,室温下以300~500转/分钟的转速搅拌,搅拌过程中加入酚类协同助剂和2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚,反应1~2小时;
S2.加入苯甲醇升温至50±5℃继续反应1~2小时后停止加热,并抽真空至300~400Pa,以抽去挥发物,得到改性聚醚胺固化剂。
本发明还公开了所述改性聚醚胺固化剂在制备环氧树脂漆膜中的应用。将所制备的改性聚醚胺固化剂适用于以E-51为基体树脂的无溶剂地坪面漆。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制备工艺简单、成本较低、易于推广应用;本发明制备的固化剂透明、色泽好、粘度低、流平性好,凝胶时间长;利用本发明所制备的环氧树脂漆膜耐冲击性好、拉伸粘结强度高、耐磨性好,综合性能优异。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明,所使用的原料均为普通市售产品。
实施例1
S1.将50份聚醚胺固化剂D-230倒入反应釜中,室温下以300转/分钟的转速搅拌,搅拌过程中加入25份酚类协同助剂壬基酚和15份2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚,反应2小时;
S2.加入10份苯甲醇升温至50℃继续反应2小时后停止加热,并抽真空至300Pa,以抽去挥发物后得到淡黄色透明液体,即改性聚醚胺固化剂。
实施例2
S1.将45份聚醚胺固化剂D-230倒入反应釜中,室温下以500转/分钟的转速搅拌,搅拌过程中加入30份酚类协同助剂十二烷基酚和10份2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚,反应1.5小时;
S2.加入15份苯甲醇升温至50℃继续反应1小时后停止加热,并抽真空至300Pa,以抽去挥发物后得到淡黄色透明液体,即改性聚醚胺固化剂。
实施例3
S1.将40份聚醚胺固化剂D-400倒入反应釜中,室温下以400转/分钟的转速搅拌,搅拌过程中加入20份酚类协同助剂壬基酚和5份2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚,反应1小时;
S2.加入20份苯甲醇升温至45℃继续反应2小时后停止加热,并抽真空至300Pa,以抽去挥发物后得到淡黄色透明液体,即改性聚醚胺固化剂。
实施例4
S1.将60份聚醚胺固化剂D-230倒入反应釜中,室温下以500转/分钟的转速搅拌,搅拌过程中加入30份酚类协同助剂十二烷基酚和20份2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚,反应1.5小时;
S2.加入5份苯甲醇升温至55℃继续反应1小时后停止加热,并抽真空至400Pa,以抽去挥发物后得到淡黄色透明液体,即改性聚醚胺固化剂。
测试实施例1~4所制得的改性聚醚胺固化剂在25℃的粘度和凝胶时间,其测试结果见表1,将实施例1~4所制得的改性聚醚胺固化剂与环氧树脂E-51按1:5的重量份比配置无溶剂地坪面漆,室温固化,所得漆膜均流平性好,颜色均一、光泽好、耐水白性好,耐冲击性好,面漆的检测结果见表1。
表1实施例检测结果
注:固化剂凝胶时间的测试是取60克南亚产的128环氧树脂与30克固化剂在150毫升的塑料杯中混合均匀,测定其从混合均匀到凝胶固化的时间。

Claims (6)

1.一种改性聚醚胺固化剂,其特征在于,制备原料包括以下按重量份计算的组分:
聚醚胺固化剂40~60份;
酚类协同助剂20~30份;
苯甲醇5~20份;
2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚5~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述改性聚醚胺固化剂,其特征在于,所述改性聚醚胺固化剂为聚醚胺D-230或聚醚胺D-400。
3.根据权利要求1所述改性聚醚胺固化剂,其特征在于,所述酚类协同助剂为壬基酚或十二烷基酚或两者的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述改性聚醚胺固化剂,其特征在于,制备原料包括以下按重量份计算的组分:
聚醚胺固化剂50份;
酚类协同助剂25份;
苯甲醇10份;
2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚15份。
5.如权利要求1至4任意一项权利要求所述改性聚醚胺固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将聚醚胺固化剂倒入反应釜中,室温下以300~500转/分钟的转速搅拌,搅拌过程中加入酚类协同助剂和2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚,反应1~2小时;
S2.加入苯甲醇升温至50±5℃继续反应1~2小时后停止加热,并抽真空至300~400Pa,以抽去挥发物,得到改性聚醚胺固化剂。
6.权利要求1至4任意一项权利要求所述改性聚醚胺固化剂在制备环氧树脂漆膜中的应用。
