技术领域
本发明涉及一种电陶瓷介质片的制备方法,尤其涉及一种压电泵压电陶瓷介质片的制备方法。
背景技术
压电泵是一种新型流体驱动器。它不需要附加驱动电机,而是利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应使压电振子产生变形,再由变形产生泵腔的容积变化实现流体输出或者利用压电振子产生波动来传输液体。采用电声陶瓷材料衍生改进制作出高性能压电振子,具有较强的散热稳定性、强度高、韧性好、抗断裂性能好、弹性模量大、抗氧化性强诸多优点,材料的电气参数具有Kp大,机电转换率高,交流电容抗大,介电常数高,径向振动大等特点。
压电泵广泛用于医疗设备、汽车工程、环境工程、舞台设备、IT、水簇行业等。压电泵的压电陶瓷介质片是一个厚度为0.5~0.8毫米的陶瓷介质。目前,通常由原料球磨造粒,然后加入粘合剂干压成型制成生坯片,最后在空气中烧结成型。该方法的不仅成型率低、能耗高,而且生坯厚度的一致性难以保证;另外,由于干压成型的塑性较差,因此生坯的致密度较差且容易分层,从而导致产品致密度较低且容易破碎。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种压电泵压电陶瓷介质片的制备方法,采用本发明制造的压电陶瓷介质片具有致密度高、不易破碎、电性能参数稳定等特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:它由经过煅烧的下列重量份的原料与粘合剂制成:Pb3O456.6~75、ZrO212~26.2、TiO28~23、Sb2O50~7、Nb2O51~8、SrCO312~17、Bi2O30~5、ZnO0~3、La2O30~2;其方法是:
1)将平均粒度为0.5~3毫米的上述各原料混合后湿磨成瓷料,保证瓷料平均粒度达0.5~2微米、最大粒度≤6微米;
2)向上述瓷料中加入粘合剂混合均匀制成瓷料团,然后用轧膜机滚轧1~1.5小时后制成0.5~0.8毫米厚的膜片;所述粘合剂的加入量是所述瓷料重量的11~13%;
3)将上述膜片制成介质体;
4)将上述介质体陈腐12小时后精轧至0.4~0.6毫米厚度,然后模压成环形圆片;
5)将上述环形圆片按30~50片叠合整齐放在纯度为99%的氧化铝承烧板上、并用坩埚罩住,送入1200~1230℃烧结炉中烧制成陶瓷介质片,保温2~2.5小时。
本发明的优选技术方案为:Pb3O460~70、ZrO216~22、TiO213~18、Sb2O52~5、Nb2O53~5、SrCO313~16、Bi2O31~4、ZnO1.5、La2O31。
本发明的进一步的优选技术方案为:Pb3O465、ZrO219、TiO215、Sb2O53.5、Nb2O54、SrCO315、Bi2O32.5、ZnO1.5、La2O31。
在上述技术方案中,所述粘合剂为聚乙烯醇。
与现有技术比较,本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,采用了湿式球磨、陈腐和精轧工序,因此不仅大大细化了瓷料的粒度,有效地提高了生坯的塑性和致密度,彻底克服了采用传统方法制备的压电陶瓷介质片厚度一致性差、致密度低、容易分层和破碎等缺陷,确保了产品电性能参数的稳定;而且具有成型率高、能耗低等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合和具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
1)将平均粒度为0.5~3毫米的下列重量份的原料混合均匀后用超细搅拌球磨机湿式轧磨3~5小时,得平均粒度为0.5~2微米、最大粒度≤6微米的瓷料:Pb3O456.6、ZrO226.2、TiO28、Sb2O57、Nb2O51、SrCO317、ZnO3;
2)向上述瓷料中加入粘合剂混合均匀制成瓷料团,然后用轧膜机滚轧1.5小时后制成0.5~0.8毫米厚的膜片;所述粘合剂的加入量是所述瓷料重量的11%;
3)将上述膜片制成介质体;
4)将上述介质体陈腐12小时后精轧至0.4~0.6毫米厚度,然后模压成环形圆片;
5)将上述环形圆片按30~50片叠合整齐放在纯度为99%的氧化铝承烧板上、并用坩埚罩住,送入1200~1230℃烧结炉中烧制成陶瓷介质片,保温2~2.5小时。

各步骤同实施例1;其中,步骤1)中的原料用量为:Pb3O475、ZrO212、TiO223、Nb2O58、SrCO312、La2O32;步骤2)中的滚轧时间为1小时、粘合剂的加入量是瓷料重量的13%。

各步骤同实施例1;其中,步骤1)中的原料用量为:Pb3O460、ZrO222、TiO213、Sb2O55、Nb2O53、SrCO316、Bi2O31、ZnO1.5、La2O31;步骤2)中的滚轧时间为1.3小时、粘合剂的加入量是瓷料重量的12%。

各步骤同实施例1;其中,步骤1)中的原料用量为:Pb3O470、ZrO216、TiO218、Sb2O52、Nb2O55、SrCO313、Bi2O34、ZnO1.5、La2O31;步骤2)中的滚轧时间为1.3小时、粘合剂的加入量是瓷料重量的12%。

1.一种压电泵压电陶瓷介质片的制备方法,其特征在于由经过煅烧的下列重量份的原料与粘合剂制成:Pb3O456.6~75、ZrO212~26.2、TiO28~23、Sb2O50~7、Nb2O51~8、SrCO312~17、Bi2O30~5、ZnO0~3、La2O30~2;其方法是:
1)将平均粒度为0.5~3毫米的上述各原料混合后湿磨成瓷料,保证瓷料平均粒度达0.5~2微米、最大粒度≤6微米;
2)向上述瓷料中加入粘合剂混合均匀制成瓷料团,然后用轧膜机滚轧1~1.5小时后制成0.5~0.8毫米厚的膜片;所述粘合剂的加入量是所述瓷料重量的11~13%;
3)将上述膜片制成介质体;
