Abstract

本发明公开了一种亮度随车速自动调节的汽车LED远光灯,包括灯壳、反射碗、散热机构、灯珠、调光轴、驱动电路板,所述反射碗的腕部曲面固定在散热机构的曲面内,反射碗的碗底部设有供灯珠的出射光通过的反射镜透光孔,散热机构通过调光轴固定在灯壳内腔的后端。本发明采用LED灯作为远光灯光源,既节能又美观;通过采用远光灯亮度可调技术,使远光灯亮度随车速的变化而变化,满足了不同情况下驾驶员对车灯亮度的要求,也为电动汽车节省了电能。

技术领域
本发明属于机动车的照明灯具,特别是涉及一种亮度随车速自动调节的汽车远光灯。
背景技术
随着电动汽车技术的发展,人们对车灯的要求越来越高,不但要求美观,而且对车灯的节能性、使用寿命、智能化要求也越来越高。传统的汽车车灯多采用卤素灯泡或HID作为光源,采用这些作为车灯发光源功耗大、亮度差、使用一段时间后容易损坏、使用寿命短,且现有发光源发出的光浪费比较严重,即发光源发出的光与投照方向不一致且未经过反射碗反光便直接投射出去。且传统远光灯无论车速快慢都以恒定的光度和功率工作,无法对车灯的亮度进行智能调节,不节能,浪费了较多的资源。
近年来,随着发光二极管技术的不断进步和应用上的普及,LED在车用照明中的应用也越来越普遍。LED光源具有节能、高效及环保等诸多优点,使用LED光源替代传统光源将是汽车远光灯的一个发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,设计出一种亮度随车速自动调节的汽车远光灯及其控制电路。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种亮度随车速自动调节的汽车LED远光灯,包括灯壳、反射碗、散热机构、灯珠、调光轴、根据接收的MCU亮度信号来调节远光灯亮度的驱动电路板,所述反射碗的腕部曲面固定在散热机构的曲面内,反射碗的碗底部设有供灯珠的出射光通过的反射镜透光孔,灯珠固定在散热机构上的位于反射碗反射镜透光孔下端的位置,散热机构通过调光轴固定在灯壳内腔的后端,所述灯珠与驱动电路板的信号输出端电连接,驱动电路板上设置有从CAN网络接收汽车车速信号的CAN信号收发器。
进一步地,所述CAN信号收发器与汽车的MCU控制模块连接,MCU控制模块的信号输出端与驱动电路板的信号输入端连接。
进一步地,所述灯珠采用LED灯珠,LED灯珠至少为一个。
进一步地,所述散热机构为铝散热板。
进一步地,所述反射碗至少为一个。
本发明的积极有益效果:
1、本发明采用LED灯作为远光灯光源,与传统的卤素灯相比既节能又美观。
2、本发明采用远光灯亮度可调技术,使远光灯亮度随车速的变化而变化,车速越快远光灯越亮,满足了不同情况下驾驶员对车灯亮度的要求,也为电动汽车节省了电能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参见图1、图2、图3,本发明的亮度随车速自动调节的汽车LED远光灯,包括灯壳1、反射碗2、散热机构3、灯珠4、调光轴5,根据接收的MCU亮度信号来调节远光灯亮度的驱动电路板6,所述反射碗2的腕部曲面固定在散热机构3的曲面内,反射碗2的碗底部设有供灯珠4的出射光通过的反射镜透光孔7,灯珠4固定在散热机构3上的位于反射碗反射镜透光孔7下端的位置,散热机构3通过调光轴5固定在灯壳1内腔的后端,驱动电路板6上设置有从CAN网络接收汽车车速信号的CAN信号收发器8,CAN信号收发器8与汽车的MCU控制模块连接,MCU控制模块的信号输出端与驱动电路板6的信号输入端连接,驱动电路板6的信号输出端与灯珠4电连接。
所述灯珠4采用LED灯珠,LED灯珠至少为一个,本申请采用LED灯作为远光灯光源,与传统的卤素灯相比既节能又美观。
所述散热机构3为铝散热板,LED在工作过程中产生的热能通过铝散热板传递出去。
所述反射碗2至少为一个,每个反射碗2的碗底部洞口7的下端均设置有LED灯珠4,LED灯珠4的出射光经腕部曲面的内表面反射后照射到车的前方。
本申请远光灯的亮度调节控制电路包括通过CAN网络接收汽车车速信号的CAN信号收发器、用于对车速信号进行处理的MCU控制模块、用于调节远光灯亮度的驱动电路,所述MCU控制模块的信号输出端与驱动电路的信号输入端连接。
远光灯打开时,LED灯珠的出射光经反射碗2腕部曲面的内表面反射后照射到车的前方,当驾驶员驾驶的车辆车速发生变化时,CAN信号收发器8能够从整车的CAN网络上获取车速信号,然后,CAN信号收发器8将车速信号传递给MCU控制模块,MCU控制模块对车速信号进行处理分析,从而控制驱动电路来调节远光灯的亮度,实现远光灯的亮度随车速的变化而变化。本发明采用远光灯亮度可调技术,满足了不同情况下驾驶员对车灯亮度的要求,也为电动汽车节省了电能。

1.一种亮度随车速自动调节的汽车LED远光灯,其特征是:包括灯壳、反射碗、散热机构、灯珠、调光轴、根据接收的MCU亮度信号来调节远光灯亮度的驱动电路板,所述反射碗的腕部曲面固定在散热机构的曲面内,反射碗的碗底部设有供灯珠的出射光通过的反射镜透光孔,灯珠固定在散热机构上的位于反射碗反射镜透光孔下端的位置,散热机构通过调光轴固定在灯壳内腔的后端,所述灯珠与驱动电路板的信号输出端电连接,驱动电路板上设置有从CAN网络接收汽车车速信号的CAN信号收发器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亮度随车速自动调节的汽车LED远光灯,其特征是:所述CAN信号收发器与汽车的MCU控制模块连接,MCU控制模块的信号输出端与驱动电路板的信号输入端连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亮度随车速自动调节的汽车LED远光灯,其特征是:所述灯珠采用LED灯珠,LED灯珠至少为一个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的亮度随车速自动调节的汽车LED远光灯,其特征是:所述散热机构为铝散热板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的亮度随车速自动调节的汽车LED远光灯,其特征是:所述反射碗至少为一个。
