Abstract

本发明公开了一种包装箱纸板分切装置，包括：机架、驱动轴、电机、切割轴、刀盘、限位圆盘，机架的下部通过轴承水平安装一个驱动轴，机架的右侧面上固设一个电机，电机的输出轴与驱动轴的右端固接，机架的上部通过轴承水平安装一个切割轴，切割轴上从左到右均匀固设多个刀盘，刀盘的刀刃与驱动轴的圆周面相接触，驱动轴的左右两部分别固设一个限位圆盘，且所有的刀盘的位置均在左右限位圆盘之间。本发明具有使用方便、省工省时等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装箱纸板分切装置，应用于包装箱的生产加工领域。
背景技术
在包装箱的生产加工过程中，有的时候需要将用于加工包装箱的纸板均匀分切为多块，目前，加工人员主要采用的方法是采用切刀手工对纸板进行裁切，虽然这样也能够实现对纸板的分切，但是比较耗费体力，而且速度较慢，效率低，费工费时。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷，本发明公开了一种使用方便、省工省时的包装箱纸板分切装置。
本发明公开了一种包装箱纸板分切装置，包括：机架、驱动轴、电机、切割轴、刀盘、限位圆盘，所述的机架的下部通过轴承水平安装一个驱动轴，所述的机架的右侧面上固设一个电机，所述的电机的输出轴与驱动轴的右端固接，所述的机架的上部通过轴承水平安装一个切割轴，所述的切割轴上从左到右均匀固设多个刀盘，所述的刀盘的刀刃与驱动轴的圆周面相接触，所述的驱动轴的左右两部分别固设一个限位圆盘，且所有的刀盘的位置均在左右限位圆盘之间。
进一步的，所述的切割轴在驱动轴的正上方。
由于采用上述技术方案，本发明具有以下有益优点：
1、使用方便；
2、节省体力；
3、省工省时。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明公开了一种包装箱纸板分切装置，包括：机架1、驱动轴2、电机3、切割轴4、刀盘5、限位圆盘6，所述的机架1的下部通过轴承水平安装一个驱动轴2，所述的机架1的右侧面上固设一个电机3，所述的电机3的输出轴与驱动轴2的右端固接，所述的机架1的上部通过轴承水平安装一个切割轴4，所述的切割轴4上从左到右均匀固设多个刀盘5，所述的刀盘5的刀刃与驱动轴2的圆周面相接触，所述的驱动轴2的左右两部分别固设一个限位圆盘6，且所有的刀盘5的位置均在左右限位圆盘6之间。
进一步的，所述的切割轴4在驱动轴2的正上方。
本发明是这样实施的：启动电机3，电机3通过输出轴带动驱动轴2转动，驱动轴2的转动带动刀盘5转动，加工人员只需将纸板从驱动轴2与切割轴4之间由前往后输送，刀盘5的转动则对纸板进行裁切，这样纸板在从前往后输送的过程中，多个刀盘5的配合则实现了对纸板的分切，因此比较方便，节省体力，而且速度快，省工省时，另外由于纸板在由前往后输送的过程中，纸板会与左右限位圆盘6相接触，左右限位圆盘6可以防止纸板输送的过程中跑偏，有效的提高了分切的效果。

1.一种包装箱纸板分切装置，包括：机架、驱动轴、电机、切割轴、刀盘、限位圆盘，其特征在于：所述的机架的下部通过轴承水平安装一个驱动轴，所述的机架的右侧面上固设一个电机，所述的电机的输出轴与驱动轴的右端固接，所述的机架的上部通过轴承水平安装一个切割轴，所述的切割轴上从左到右均匀固设多个刀盘，所述的刀盘的刀刃与驱动轴的圆周面相接触，所述的驱动轴的左右两部分别固设一个限位圆盘，且所有的刀盘的位置均在左右限位圆盘之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装箱纸板分切装置，其特征在于：所述的切割轴在驱动轴的正上方。
