Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于生物质锅炉的吸附脱硫剂,其中,所述吸附脱硫剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:石灰石22-28份;氧化铁13-18份;丝光沸石8-15份;氯化铝16-23份;DMF溶液35-48份;以及氨水22-28份。本发明提供了一种用于生物质锅炉的吸附脱硫剂,不仅脱硫效果高,所述吸附脱硫剂利用氯化铝的DMF溶液来处理含硫油品时可使有机硫化物与氯化铝之间的电子对相互作用,生成水溶性的络合物而加以除去,废水及时处理排放,绿色环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉脱硫技术,特别地,涉及一种用于生物质锅炉的吸附脱硫剂。
背景技术
目前锅炉脱硫除尘器用氨法脱硫,是控制二氧化硫排放的技术,除尘器不仅能脱除烟气中的二氧化硫,并能生产出高附加值的硫酸氨化肥产品。该锅炉除尘设备利用一定浓度(此处以28%为例)的氨水作为脱硫剂,生成的硫酸氨浆液,输送到化肥厂处理系统。
上述的脱硫方式脱硫效果比较低,废水无法及时处理排放,不环保。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种用于生物质锅炉的吸附脱硫剂,以解决现有技术中脱硫效果低,不环保的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于生物质锅炉的吸附脱硫剂,其中,所述吸附脱硫剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:
石灰石22-28份;
氧化铁13-18份;
丝光沸石8-15份;
氯化铝16-23份;
DMF溶液35-48份;以及
氨水22-28份。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种用于生物质锅炉的吸附脱硫剂,其中,所述吸附脱硫剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:
石灰石23份;氧化铁15份;丝光沸石8份;氯化铝16份;DMF溶液38份;以及氨水23份。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种用于生物质锅炉的吸附脱硫剂,其中,所述吸附脱硫剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:
石灰石28份;氧化铁18份;丝光沸石15份;氯化铝23份;DMF溶液43份;以及氨水28份。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供了一种用于生物质锅炉的吸附脱硫剂,不仅脱硫效果高,吸附能力强,废水中含硫低,所述吸附脱硫剂利用氯化铝的DMF溶液来处理含硫油品时可使有机硫化物与氯化铝之间的电子对相互作用,生成水溶性的络合物而加以除去,废水及时处理排放,绿色环保。

本发明提供了一种用于生物质锅炉的吸附脱硫剂,不仅脱硫效果高,吸附能力强,废水中含硫低,而且及时处理排放,绿色环保。

氧化铁13-18份;
丝光沸石8-15份;
氯化铝16-23份;
DMF溶液35-48份;以及
氨水22-28份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生物质锅炉的吸附脱硫剂,其特征在于:所述吸附脱硫剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:
石灰石23份;氧化铁15份;丝光沸石8份;氯化铝16份;DMF溶液38份;以及氨水23份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生物质锅炉的吸附脱硫剂,其特征在于:所述吸附脱硫剂以重量份计由下列组份组成:
