Abstract

一种试管振荡器,前后两块立板之间通过弹簧固定连接有试管放置盒,试管放置盒为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒内固定连接有试管定位板,试管定位板上开设有多个试管穿孔;试管放置盒左右两侧的两块立板之间分别固定连接有左右对应设置的挡板,每块挡板上都开设有横向设置的推槽,推槽为波浪形,左右推槽内共同活动插接有推杆,试管放置盒架设在推杆上。试管放置盒下面固定连接有支撑板,支撑板沿其长度方向开设有支撑槽,推杆从支撑槽内穿过。支撑槽内的推杆外传动连接有内轴承。试管放置盒下面固定连接两块支撑板,推杆从左右两个支撑槽内穿过。推槽的下侧壁向下凹陷开设有多个连接设置的凹坑,凹坑内滚动设置有滚珠,推杆与滚珠滚动接触。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种试管振荡器。
背景技术
在医疗实践中,很多情况下都要进行振荡操作,如检验人员对样品进行振荡、护理人员将固体药品与液体药品混合后进行振荡等。目前的振荡操作有些采用的是人手拿试管直接摇晃,这种方式不仅麻烦,而且振荡效果不好。为了取得更好的振荡效果,有的医院购置专用的振荡器,但是结构复杂,造价较高。
发明内容
本发明针对不足,提供一种结构简单、价格低廉、使用效果好的试管振荡器。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种试管振荡器,包括前后对应设置的立板,其特征在于,前后两块立板之间通过弹簧固定连接有试管放置盒,试管放置盒为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒内固定连接有试管定位板,试管定位板上开设有多个试管穿孔;试管放置盒左右两侧的两块立板之间分别固定连接有左右对应设置的挡板,每块挡板上都开设有横向设置的推槽,推槽为波浪形,左右推槽内共同活动插接有推杆,试管放置盒架设在推杆上。
根据所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管放置盒下面固定连接有支撑板,支撑板沿其长度方向开设有支撑槽,所述推杆从支撑槽内穿过。
根据所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述支撑槽内的所述推杆外传动连接有内轴承。
根据所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管放置盒下面固定连接两块所述支撑板,所述推杆从左右两个所述支撑槽内穿过。
根据所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述推槽的下侧壁向下凹陷开设有多个连接设置的凹坑,凹坑内滚动设置有滚珠,所述推杆与滚珠滚动接触。
根据所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,每块所述立板与所述试管放置盒之间至少连接一根所述弹簧。
根据所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述立板与所述试管放置盒之间连接三根所述弹簧,其中两根位于上方、一根位于下方。
根据所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述推杆的两个自由端分别连接有外轴承。
本发明的主要组成构件是试管放置盒和其下方的传动机构,简化了已有振荡器的结构,造价低廉。在前后推动推杆的过程中,推杆始终将试管放置盒顶起,由于推槽为波浪形,因此试管放置盒会上下颠簸产生振荡,此操作简单、使用方便,振荡效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种试管振荡器,包括前后对应设置的立板1,前后两块立板1之间通过弹簧2固定连接有试管放置盒3,每块立板1与试管放置盒3之间至少连接一根弹簧2,在本实施例中,立板1与试管放置盒3之间连接三根弹簧2,其中两根位于上方、一根位于下方。
试管放置盒3为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒3内固定连接有试管定位板4,试管定位板4上开设有多个试管穿孔5;试管放置盒3左右两侧的两块立板1之间分别固定连接有左右对应设置的挡板9,每块挡板9上都开设有横向设置的推槽8,推槽8为波浪形,推槽8的下侧壁向下凹陷开设有多个连接设置的凹坑10,凹坑10内滚动设置有滚珠11,左右推槽8内共同活动插接有推杆6,推杆6的两个自由端分别连接有外轴承7,推杆6与滚珠11滚动接触,试管放置盒3架设在推杆6上。
在本实施例中,试管放置盒3下面固定连接有支撑板14,支撑板14沿其长度方向开设有支撑槽12,推杆6从支撑槽12内穿过。支撑槽12内的推杆6外传动连接有内轴承13。试管放置盒3下面固定连接两块支撑板14,推杆6从左右两个支撑槽12内穿过。

1.一种试管振荡器,包括前后对应设置的立板(1),其特征在于,前后两块立板(1)之间通过弹簧(2)固定连接有试管放置盒(3),试管放置盒(3)为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒(3)内固定连接有试管定位板(4),试管定位板(4)上开设有多个试管穿孔(5);试管放置盒(3)左右两侧的两块立板(1)之间分别固定连接有左右对应设置的挡板(9),每块挡板(9)上都开设有横向设置的推槽(8),推槽(8)为波浪形,左右推槽(8)内共同活动插接有推杆(6),试管放置盒(3)架设在推杆(6)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管放置盒(3)下面固定连接有支撑板(14),支撑板(14)沿其长度方向开设有支撑槽(12),所述推杆(6)从支撑槽(12)内穿过。
3.根据权利要求2所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述支撑槽(12)内的所述推杆(6)外传动连接有内轴承(13)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管放置盒(3)下面固定连接两块所述支撑板(14),所述推杆(6)从左右两个所述支撑槽(12)内穿过。
5.根据权利要求4所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述推槽(8)的下侧壁向下凹陷开设有多个连接设置的凹坑(10),凹坑(10)内滚动设置有滚珠(11),所述推杆(6)与滚珠(11)滚动接触。
6.根据权利要求5所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,每块所述立板(1)与所述试管放置盒(3)之间至少连接一根所述弹簧(2)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述立板(1)与所述试管放置盒(3)之间连接三根所述弹簧(2),其中两根位于上方、一根位于下方。
8.根据权利要求7所述的试管振荡器,其特征在于,所述推杆(6)的两个自由端分别连接有外轴承(7)。
