一种医用振荡器,包括前后立板,两块立板之间左右对应分别固定连接有互相平行的支撑导向杆,支撑导向杆上沿其长度方向开设有导引槽,导引槽的下侧壁带有轮齿,左右导引槽内共同活动插接有转杆,转杆外表面沿其长度方向设置有通长的轮齿,转杆与导引槽的下侧壁互相啮合,左右支撑导向杆之间的转杆上固定连接有转辊;转辊上方的左右立板之间通过弹簧连接有试管放置盒,试管放置盒为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒内固定连接有试管定位板,试管定位板上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔,试管放置盒直接活动架设在转辊上面。试管放置盒包括放置盒底壁,放置盒底壁沿转杆方向向上隆起成为拱形。放置盒底壁下表面带有沿其宽度方向设置的轮齿或波浪形突起。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种医用振荡器。
背景技术
在医疗实践中,很多情况下都要进行振荡操作,如检验人员对样品进行振荡、护理人员将固体药品与液体药品混合后进行振荡等。目前的振荡操作有些采用的是人手拿试管直接摇晃,这种方式不仅麻烦,而且振荡效果不好。为了取得更好的振荡效果,有的医院购置专用的振荡器,但是结构复杂,造价较高。
发明内容
本发明针对不足,提供一种结构简单、价格低廉、使用效果好的医用振荡器。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种医用振荡器,包括前后对应设置的立板,其特征在于,两块立板之间左右对应分别固定连接有互相平行的支撑导向杆,支撑导向杆上沿其长度方向开设有导引槽,导引槽的下侧壁带有轮齿,左右导引槽内共同活动插接有转杆,转杆外表面沿其长度方向设置有通长的轮齿,转杆与导引槽的下侧壁互相啮合,左右支撑导向杆之间的转杆上固定连接有转辊;转辊上方的左右立板之间通过弹簧连接有试管放置盒,试管放置盒为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒内固定连接有试管定位板,试管定位板上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔,试管放置盒直接活动架设在转辊上面。
根据所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管放置盒包括放置盒底壁,放置盒底壁沿所述转杆方向向上隆起成为拱形。
根据所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述放置盒底壁下表面带有沿其宽度方向设置的轮齿或波浪形突起。
根据所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述转辊的侧面投影为椭圆形。
根据所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述转辊与所述转杆的连接点偏离转辊侧面投影的中心。
根据所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述转辊的外表面沿其长度方向设置有通长的轮齿或波浪形突起。
根据所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管放置盒左右两侧的所述立板之间分别固定连接有挡板。
根据所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述转杆的两个自由端分别传动连接有轴承。
本发明的主要组成构件是试管放置盒和其下方的传动机构,简化了已有振荡器的结构,造价低廉。在前后推动转杆的过程中,轴辊不停地在放置盒底壁下面来回运动,试管放置盒便会不断倾斜产生振荡,因此本发明的操作使用简单、方便。
由于转辊与转杆的连接点偏离转辊侧面投影的中心,加上转辊的外表面沿其长度方向设置有通长的轮齿或波浪形突起、放置盒底壁下表面带有沿其宽度方向设置的轮齿或波浪形突起,因此会大大增加试管放置盒的振荡幅度,提升使用效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种医用振荡器,包括前后对应设置的立板1,两块立板1之间左右对应分别固定连接有互相平行的支撑导向杆8,支撑导向杆8上沿其长度方向开设有导引槽9,导引槽9的下侧壁带有轮齿,左右导引槽9内共同活动插接有转杆10,转杆10外表面沿其长度方向设置有通长的轮齿,转杆10与导引槽9的下侧壁互相啮合,左右支撑导向杆8之间的转杆10上固定连接有转辊12;转辊12上方的左右立板1之间通过弹簧2连接有试管放置盒6,试管放置盒6为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒6内固定连接有试管定位板5,试管定位板5上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔4,试管放置盒6直接活动架设在转辊12上面。试管放置盒6包括放置盒底壁7,放置盒底壁7沿转杆10方向向上隆起成为拱形。放置盒底壁7下表面带有沿其宽度方向设置的轮齿或波浪形突起。
在本实施例中,转辊12的侧面投影为椭圆形,转辊12与转杆10的连接点偏离转辊12侧面投影的中心,转辊12的外表面沿其长度方向设置有通长的轮齿或波浪形突起。试管放置盒6左右两侧的立板1之间分别固定连接有挡板3。转杆10的两个自由端分别传动连接有轴承(11)。

1.一种医用振荡器,包括前后对应设置的立板(1),其特征在于,两块立板(1)之间左右对应分别固定连接有互相平行的支撑导向杆(8),支撑导向杆(8)上沿其长度方向开设有导引槽(9),导引槽(9)的下侧壁带有轮齿,左右导引槽(9)内共同活动插接有转杆(10),转杆(10)外表面沿其长度方向设置有通长的轮齿,转杆(10)与导引槽(9)的下侧壁互相啮合,左右支撑导向杆(8)之间的转杆(10)上固定连接有转辊(12);转辊(12)上方的左右立板(1)之间通过弹簧(2)连接有试管放置盒(6),试管放置盒(6)为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒(6)内固定连接有试管定位板(5),试管定位板(5)上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔(4),试管放置盒(6)直接活动架设在转辊(12)上面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管放置盒(6)包括放置盒底壁(7),放置盒底壁(7)沿所述转杆(10)方向向上隆起成为拱形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述放置盒底壁(7)下表面带有沿其宽度方向设置的轮齿或波浪形突起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述转辊(12)的侧面投影为椭圆形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述转辊(12)与所述转杆(10)的连接点偏离转辊(12)侧面投影的中心。
6.根据权利要求5所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述转辊(12)的外表面沿其长度方向设置有通长的轮齿或波浪形突起。
7.根据权利要求6所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管放置盒(6)左右两侧的所述立板(1)之间分别固定连接有挡板(3)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的医用振荡器,其特征在于,所述转杆(10)的两个自由端分别传动连接有轴承(11)。
