一种侧拉式振荡器,包括支撑板,支撑板一侧固定连接有立板、另一侧固定连接有支架,立板内侧固定连接有横向设置的拉簧,拉簧另一端固定连接有试管盛放盒,试管盛放盒左右滑动搁置在支撑板上,试管盛放盒中空且带有向上的开口,试管盛放盒内固定连接有搁板,搁板上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔;支架外侧固定连接有支撑架,支撑架上相对旋转连接有转轴,转轴的一端传动连接有摇杆、另一端传动连接有转盘,转盘上相对旋转连接有牵绳销,牵绳销上连接有软绳,软绳的另一端与试管盛放盒固定相连,软绳和拉簧分别位于试管盛放盒的相对侧。支撑板上面固定连接有突条,试管盛放盒的底壁下表面向上凹陷形成与突条相对应的、弧形的凹槽。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种侧拉式振荡器。
背景技术
在医疗实践中,很多情况下都要进行振荡操作,如检验人员对样品进行振荡、护理人员将固体药品与液体药品混合后进行振荡等。目前的振荡操作有些采用的是人手拿试管直接摇晃,这种方式不仅麻烦,而且振荡效果不好。为了取得更好的振荡效果,有的医院购置专用的振荡器,但是结构复杂,造价较高。
发明内容
本发明针对不足,提供一种结构简单、价格低廉、使用效果好的侧拉式振荡器。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种侧拉式振荡器,包括支撑板,支撑板一侧固定连接有立板、另一侧固定连接有支架,其特征在于,立板内侧固定连接有横向设置的拉簧,拉簧另一端固定连接有试管盛放盒,试管盛放盒左右滑动搁置在支撑板上,试管盛放盒中空且带有向上的开口,试管盛放盒内固定连接有搁板,搁板上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔;支架外侧固定连接有支撑架,支撑架上相对旋转连接有转轴,转轴的一端传动连接有摇杆、另一端传动连接有转盘,转盘上相对旋转连接有牵绳销,牵绳销上连接有软绳,软绳的另一端与试管盛放盒固定相连,软绳和拉簧分别位于试管盛放盒的相对侧。
根据所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述支撑板上面固定连接有突条,突条与所述试管盛放盒的运动轨迹互相垂直,试管盛放盒的底壁下表面向上凹陷形成与突条相对应的、弧形的凹槽。
根据所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述突条的正面投影为弓形。
根据所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述支架为“H”型、“U”型或倒置的“U”型。
根据所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述转轴与所述支架所在的平面互相平行。
根据所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述转轴水平或竖直设置。
根据所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管穿孔的孔径大小不同。
根据所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述摇杆为“L”型、“一”字型或“[”型。
本发明的主要组成构件是试管盛放盒和牵引试管盛放盒运动的传动机构,简化了已有振荡器的结构,造价低廉。转动摇杆后,试管盛放盒在软绳的牵引下运动,当牵绳销到达最前限的位置后,试管盛放盒又在拉簧的作用力下向反方向运动,如此便实现了试管盛放盒的左右运动,由于拉簧在短时间内突然发力,因此试管盛放盒内的试管便得到振动,达到了本发明的使用目的,整个过程操作简单、使用方便,且振荡效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种侧拉式振荡器,包括支撑板5,支撑板5一侧固定连接有立板1、另一侧固定连接有支架6,支架6为“H”型、“U”型或倒置的“U”型。立板1内侧固定连接有横向设置的拉簧2,拉簧2另一端固定连接有试管盛放盒4,试管盛放盒4左右滑动搁置在支撑板5上,试管盛放盒4中空且带有向上的开口,试管盛放盒4内固定连接有搁板12,搁板12上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔11,试管穿孔11的孔径大小不同。
支架6外侧固定连接有支撑架14,支撑架14上相对旋转连接有转轴7,转轴7与支架6所在的平面互相平行,转轴7水平或竖直设置,也可倾斜设置。转轴7的一端传动连接有摇杆15,摇杆15为“L”型、“一”字型或“[”型,转轴7的另一端传动连接有转盘8,转盘8上相对旋转连接有牵绳销9,牵绳销9上连接有软绳10,软绳10的另一端与试管盛放盒4固定相连,软绳10和拉簧2分别位于试管盛放盒4的相对侧。
在本实施例中,支撑板5上面固定连接有突条3,突条3的正面投影为弓形,突条3与试管盛放盒4的运动轨迹互相垂直,试管盛放盒4的底壁下表面向上凹陷形成与突条3相对应的、弧形的凹槽13。在试管盛放盒4左右运动的过程中,突条3能够阻挡试管盛放盒4,使其在上下方向上发生跳动,增加振荡效果。另外,还可以根据转轴的转速来控制试管盛放盒振动的幅度。

Claims (8)

1.一种侧拉式振荡器,包括支撑板(5),支撑板(5)一侧固定连接有立板(1)、另一侧固定连接有支架(6),其特征在于,立板(1)内侧固定连接有横向设置的拉簧(2),拉簧(2)另一端固定连接有试管盛放盒(4),试管盛放盒(4)左右滑动搁置在支撑板(5)上,试管盛放盒(4)中空且带有向上的开口,试管盛放盒(4)内固定连接有搁板(12),搁板(12)上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔(11);支架(6)外侧固定连接有支撑架(14),支撑架(14)上相对旋转连接有转轴(7),转轴(7)的一端传动连接有摇杆(15)、另一端传动连接有转盘(8),转盘(8)上相对旋转连接有牵绳销(9),牵绳销(9)上连接有软绳(10),软绳(10)的另一端与试管盛放盒(4)固定相连,软绳(10)和拉簧(2)分别位于试管盛放盒(4)的相对侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述支撑板(5)上面固定连接有突条(3),突条(3)与所述试管盛放盒(4)的运动轨迹互相垂直,试管盛放盒(4)的底壁下表面向上凹陷形成与突条(3)相对应的、弧形的凹槽(13)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述突条(3)的正面投影为弓形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述支架(6)为“H”型、“U”型或倒置的“U”型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述转轴(7)与所述支架(6)所在的平面互相平行。
6.根据权利要求5所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述转轴(7)水平或竖直设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管穿孔(11)的孔径大小不同。
8.根据权利要求1所述的侧拉式振荡器,其特征在于,所述摇杆(15)为“L”型、“一”字型或“[”型。
