Abstract

一种医用振荡仪,包括支撑板,支撑板周围固定连接有立柱,支撑板上面设有试管盛放盒,试管盛放盒周围固定连接有套筒,套筒与立柱上下滑动连接,试管盛放盒内固定连接有试管隔板,试管隔板上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔;支撑板上开设有侧压口,侧压口内铰接有压板,压板斜穿过侧压口,压板上端位于支撑板上侧,压板下端位于支撑板下侧,试管盛放盒位于压板上面。压板上铰接有顶杆,顶杆为“U”型,顶杆两端与压板相连,顶杆中间固定连接有拉绳,拉绳另一端缠过压板的上端固定连接在支撑板上。压板上端中间开设有凹槽,拉绳从凹槽内穿过。凹槽为“U”型。凹槽开口端的宽度小于其内部的宽度。套筒包括上下对应设置的上套筒和下套筒。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种医用振荡仪。
背景技术
在医疗实践中,很多情况下都要进行振荡操作,如各科室对样品进行振荡、将固体药品与液体药品混合后进行振荡等等。目前的振荡操作有些采用的是人手拿试管直接摇晃,这种方式不仅麻烦,而且振荡效果不好。为了取得更好的振荡效果,有的医院购置专用的振荡器,但是结构复杂,造价较高。
发明内容
本发明针对不足,提供一种结构简单、价格低廉、使用效果好的医用振荡仪。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种医用振荡仪,包括支撑板,支撑板周围固定连接有立柱,其特征在于,支撑板上面设有试管盛放盒,试管盛放盒周围固定连接有套筒,套筒与立柱上下滑动连接,试管盛放盒内固定连接有试管隔板,试管隔板上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔;支撑板上开设有侧压口,侧压口内铰接有压板,压板斜穿过侧压口,压板上端位于支撑板上侧,压板下端位于支撑板下侧,试管盛放盒位于压板上面。
根据所述的医用振荡仪,其特征在于,所述压板上铰接有顶杆,顶杆为“U”型,顶杆两端与压板相连,顶杆中间固定连接有拉绳,拉绳另一端缠过压板的上端固定连接在所述支撑板上。
根据所述的医用振荡仪,其特征在于,所述压板上端中间开设有凹槽,所述拉绳从凹槽内穿过。
根据所述的医用振荡仪,其特征在于,所述凹槽为“U”型。
根据所述的医用振荡仪,其特征在于,所述凹槽开口端的宽度小于其内部的宽度。
根据所述的医用振荡仪,其特征在于,所述套筒包括上下对应设置的上套筒和下套筒。
根据所述的医用振荡仪,其特征在于,所述上套筒的下端口内径大于其上端口的内径。
根据所述的医用振荡仪,其特征在于,所述压板与所述支撑板通过主连接轴相铰接。
根据所述的医用振荡仪,其特征在于,所述压板与所述顶杆通过副连接轴相铰接。
根据所述的医用振荡仪,其特征在于,所述侧压口带有朝向所述压板下端所在侧的开口。
本发明的主要组成构件是试管盛放盒和按压升降机构,简化了已有振荡器的结构,造价低廉。向下按压压板后,试管盛放盒被压板和顶杆顶起,而后又下降,如此往复做上下升降运动,其内的试管便得到摇晃振动,可以根据按压压板的速度来控制试管盛放盒振动的幅度,如此操作简单、方便,使用效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种医用振荡仪,包括支撑板7,支撑板7周围固定连接有立柱10,支撑板7上面设有试管盛放盒3,试管盛放盒3周围固定连接有套筒,套筒包括上下对应设置的上套筒4和下套筒5,上套筒4的下端口内径大于其上端口的内径,套筒与立柱10上下滑动连接。试管盛放盒3内固定连接有试管隔板2,试管隔板2上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔1;支撑板7上开设有侧压口9,侧压口9带有朝向压板11下端所在侧的开口,侧压口9内铰接有压板11,压板11与支撑板7通过主连接轴14相铰接,压板11斜穿过侧压口9,压板11上端位于支撑板7上侧,压板11下端位于支撑板7下侧,试管盛放盒3位于压板11上面。
压板11上铰接有顶杆8,压板11与顶杆8通过副连接轴13相铰接,顶杆8为“U”型,顶杆8两端与压板11相连,顶杆8中间固定连接有拉绳6,拉绳6另一端缠过压板11的上端固定连接在支撑板7上。
在本实施例中,压板11上端中间开设有凹槽12,凹槽12为“U”型,凹槽12开口端的宽度小于其内部的宽度,拉绳6从凹槽12内穿过。

1.一种医用振荡仪,包括支撑板(7),支撑板(7)周围固定连接有立柱(10),其特征在于,支撑板(7)上面设有试管盛放盒(3),试管盛放盒(3)周围固定连接有套筒,套筒与立柱(10)上下滑动连接,试管盛放盒(3)内固定连接有试管隔板(2),试管隔板(2)上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔(1);支撑板(7)上开设有侧压口(9),侧压口(9)内铰接有压板(11),压板(11)斜穿过侧压口(9),压板(11)上端位于支撑板(7)上侧,压板(11)下端位于支撑板(7)下侧,试管盛放盒(3)位于压板(11)上面;所述压板(11)上铰接有顶杆(8),顶杆(8)为“U”型,顶杆(8)两端与压板(11)相连,顶杆(8)中间固定连接有拉绳(6),拉绳(6)另一端缠过压板(11)的上端固定连接在所述支撑板(7)上;所述压板(11)上端中间开设有凹槽(12),所述拉绳(6)从凹槽(12)内穿过;所述凹槽(12)为“U”型;所述侧压口(9)带有朝向所述压板(11)下端所在侧的开口;所述压板(11)与所述支撑板(7)通过主连接轴(14)相铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用振荡仪,其特征在于,所述套筒包括上下对应设置的上套筒(4)和下套筒(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医用振荡仪,其特征在于,所述上套筒(4)的下端口内径大于其上端口的内径。
