Abstract

一种检验用内推式振荡器,包括开口向上的外壳,外壳内通过弹簧分别连接有两个左右对称设置的试管放置盒,试管放置盒为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒内固定连接有试管定位板,试管定位板上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔,试管放置盒的水平投影为直角梯形,此直角梯形的斜边位于试管放置盒的内侧,左右两个试管放置盒之间的外壳侧壁上开设有穿口,穿口内活动穿设有水平设置的推杆,推杆里端固定连接有推板,推板夹设在两个试管放置盒的内侧壁之间,推杆外端固定连接有把手,把手与试管放置盒之间的推杆外套装有复位弹簧。试管放置盒的内侧壁内侧固定连接有多条竖向设置的导向条。导向条的水平截面为弧形。推板为水平设置的圆形或椭圆形。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种检验用内推式振荡器。
背景技术
在医疗实践中,很多情况下都要进行振荡操作,如各科室对样品进行振荡、将固体药品与液体药品混合后进行振荡等等。目前的振荡操作有些采用的是人手拿试管直接摇晃,这种方式不仅麻烦,而且振荡效果不好。为了取得更好的振荡效果,有的医院购置专用的振荡器,但是结构复杂,造价较高。
发明内容
本发明针对不足,提供一种结构简单、价格低廉、使用效果好的检验用内推式振荡器。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种检验用内推式振荡器,包括开口向上的外壳,其特征在于,外壳内通过弹簧分别连接有两个左右对称设置的试管放置盒,试管放置盒为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒内固定连接有试管定位板,试管定位板上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔,试管放置盒的水平投影为直角梯形,此直角梯形的斜边位于试管放置盒的内侧,左右两个试管放置盒之间的外壳侧壁上开设有穿口,穿口内活动穿设有水平设置的推杆,推杆里端固定连接有推板,推板夹设在两个试管放置盒的内侧壁之间,推杆外端固定连接有把手,把手与试管放置盒之间的推杆外套装有复位弹簧。
根据所述的检验用内推式振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管放置盒的内侧壁内侧固定连接有多条竖向设置的挡条。
根据所述的检验用内推式振荡器,其特征在于,所述挡条的水平截面为弧形。
根据所述的检验用内推式振荡器,其特征在于,所述推板为水平设置的圆形或椭圆形。
根据所述的检验用内推式振荡器,其特征在于,所述推板为水平设置的三角形,该三角形的其中一条边与所述推杆固定相连。
根据所述的检验用内推式振荡器,其特征在于,所述推板与所述推杆相连一边的两端分别固定连接有导向条,导向条的自由端向内倾斜设置。
根据所述的检验用内推式振荡器,其特征在于,所述外壳的侧壁与所述试管放置盒的外侧壁之间前后对应固定连接两根所述弹簧。
根据所述的检验用内推式振荡器,其特征在于,所述外壳的底壁与所述试管放置盒的底壁之间固定连接至少一根所述弹簧。
根据所述的检验用内推式振荡器,其特征在于,所述试管穿孔的大小不同。
本发明的主要组成构件是试管放置盒和推拉机构,简化了已有振荡器的结构,造价低廉。在推杆带动推板运动的过程中,推板不断与试管放置盒的内侧壁和挡条碰撞接触,因此能够带动试管放置盒及其内的试管得到振荡,本发明的使用简单、方便,而且效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种检验用内推式振荡器,包括开口向上的外壳1,外壳1内通过弹簧11分别连接有两个左右对称设置的试管放置盒8,试管放置盒8为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒8内固定连接有试管定位板9,试管定位板9上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔10,试管放置盒8的水平投影为直角梯形,此直角梯形的斜边位于试管放置盒8的内侧,试管放置盒8的内侧壁内侧固定连接有多条竖向设置的挡条7,挡条7的水平截面为弧形。左右两个试管放置盒8之间的外壳1侧壁上开设有穿口6,穿口6内活动穿设有水平设置的推杆5,推杆5里端固定连接有推板3,推板3为水平设置的三角形、圆形或椭圆形。推板3夹设在两个试管放置盒8的内侧壁之间,推杆5外端固定连接有把手4,把手4与试管放置盒8之间的推杆5外套装有复位弹簧。
当推板3为三角形时,该三角形的其中一条边与推杆5固定相连,推板3与推杆5相连一边的两端分别固定连接有导向条2,导向条2的自由端向内倾斜设置。
在本实施例中,外壳1的侧壁与试管放置盒8的外侧壁之间前后对应固定连接两根弹簧11。外壳1的底壁与试管放置盒8的底壁之间固定连接至少一根弹簧11。试管穿孔10的大小也不同。

1.一种检验用内推式振荡器,包括开口向上的外壳(1),其特征在于,外壳(1)内通过弹簧(11)分别连接有两个左右对称设置的试管放置盒(8),试管放置盒(8)为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒(8)内固定连接有试管定位板(9),试管定位板(9)上纵横成排开设有多个试管穿孔(10),试管放置盒(8)的水平投影为直角梯形,此直角梯形的斜边位于试管放置盒(8)的内侧,左右两个试管放置盒(8)之间的外壳(1)侧壁上开设有穿口(6),穿口(6)内活动穿设有水平设置的推杆(5),推杆(5)里端固定连接有推板(3),推板(3)夹设在两个试管放置盒(8)的内侧壁之间,推杆(5)外端固定连接有把手(4),把手(4)与试管放置盒(8)之间的推杆(5)外套装有复位弹簧;推板(3)为水平设置的三角形,该三角形的其中一条边与所述推杆(5)固定相连。
