一种检验用侧推旋转振荡器,支撑板左右两端分别固定连接有左支架和右支架,左支架或右支架内侧固定连接有横向设置的弹簧,弹簧另一端固定连接有试管放置盒,试管放置盒中空、且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒内固定连接有试管穿板,试管穿板上开设有纵横成排设置的试管穿孔,试管放置盒左右滑动搁置在支撑板上;支撑板下方固定安装有电机,试管放置盒下面的支撑板上开设有通孔,该通孔内相对旋转贯穿有传动轴,传动轴下端传动连接有传动轮,传动轮与电机传动相连,传动轴上端传动连接有驱动板,驱动板为非圆形状,传动轴与驱动板的连接点偏离驱动板的中心,试管放置盒的下表面向上凹陷形成凹槽,驱动板位于凹槽内,驱动板与凹槽处的侧壁传动接触。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种检验用侧推旋转振荡器。
背景技术
在医疗实践中,很多情况下都要进行振荡操作,如各科室对样品进行振荡、将固体药品与液体药品混合后进行振荡等等。目前的振荡操作有些采用的是人手拿试管直接摇晃,这种方式不仅麻烦,而且振荡效果不好。为了取得更好的振荡效果,有的医院购置专用的振荡器,但是结构复杂,造价较高。
发明内容
本发明针对不足,提供一种结构简单、价格低廉、使用效果好的检验用侧推旋转振荡器。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种检验用侧推旋转振荡器,包括支撑板,支撑板左右两端分别固定连接有左支架和右支架,其特征在于,左支架或右支架内侧固定连接有横向设置的弹簧,弹簧另一端固定连接有试管放置盒,试管放置盒中空、且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒内固定连接有试管穿板,试管穿板上开设有纵横成排设置的试管穿孔,试管放置盒左右滑动搁置在支撑板上;支撑板下方固定安装有电机,试管放置盒下面的支撑板上开设有通孔,该通孔内相对旋转贯穿有传动轴,传动轴下端传动连接有传动轮,传动轮与电机传动相连,传动轴上端传动连接有驱动板,驱动板为非圆形状,传动轴与驱动板的连接点偏离驱动板的中心,试管放置盒的下表面向上凹陷形成凹槽,驱动板位于凹槽内,驱动板的侧壁与凹槽处的侧壁传动接触。

根据所述的检验用侧推旋转振荡器,其特征在于,所述驱动板为三角形。
根据所述的检验用侧推旋转振荡器,其特征在于,所述驱动板所在三角形的三条边长度不同。
根据所述的检验用侧推旋转振荡器,其特征在于,所述驱动板所在三角形的顶角倒为圆弧形状。
根据所述的检验用侧推旋转振荡器,其特征在于,所述凹槽为椭圆形状。
本发明的主要组成构件是试管盛放盒和电机,简化了已有振荡器的结构,造价低廉。
本发明中的电机启动后,传动轮带动驱动板旋转,由于驱动板的侧壁与凹槽处的侧壁传动接触,因此驱动板会将试管放置盒向远离弹簧的一侧推动,而后弹簧又将试管放置盒拉回,在此过程中试管放置盒带运试管产生振荡,使用效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种检验用侧推旋转振荡器,包括支撑板5,支撑板5左右两端分别固定连接有左支架1和右支架6,左支架1或右支架6内侧固定连接有横向设置的弹簧2,弹簧2另一端固定连接有试管放置盒7,试管放置盒7中空、且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒7内固定连接有试管穿板9,试管穿板9上开设有纵横成排设置的试管穿孔8,试管放置盒7左右滑动搁置在支撑板5上;支撑板5下方固定安装有电机3,试管放置盒7下面的支撑板5上开设有通孔,该通孔内相对旋转贯穿有传动轴12,传动轴12下端传动连接有传动轮4,传动轮4与电机3传动相连,传动轴12上端传动连接有驱动板11,驱动板11为非圆形状,可为椭圆形或三角形。传动轴12与驱动板11的连接点偏离驱动板11的中心,试管放置盒7的下表面向上凹陷形成椭圆形的凹槽10,驱动板11位于凹槽10内,驱动板11的侧壁与凹槽10处的侧壁传动接触。
在本实施例中,驱动板11为三角形,三角形的三条边长度不同,且顶角倒为圆弧形状。

1.一种检验用侧推旋转振荡器,包括支撑板(5),支撑板(5)左右两端分别固定连接有左支架(1)和右支架(6),其特征在于,左支架(1)或右支架(6)内侧固定连接有横向设置的弹簧(2),弹簧(2)另一端固定连接有试管放置盒(7),试管放置盒(7)中空、且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒(7)内固定连接有试管穿板(9),试管穿板(9)上开设有纵横成排设置的试管穿孔(8),试管放置盒(7)左右滑动搁置在支撑板(5)上;支撑板(5)下方固定安装有电机(3),试管放置盒(7)下面的支撑板(5)上开设有通孔,该通孔内相对旋转贯穿有传动轴(12),传动轴(12)下端传动连接有传动轮(4),传动轮(4)与电机(3)传动相连,传动轴(12)上端传动连接有驱动板(11),驱动板(11)为非圆形状,传动轴(12)与驱动板(11)的连接点偏离驱动板(11)的中心,试管放置盒(7)的下表面向上凹陷形成凹槽(10),驱动板(11)位于凹槽(10)内,驱动板(11)的侧壁与凹槽(10)处的侧壁传动接触;驱动板(11)为三角形;驱动板(11)所在三角形的顶角倒为圆弧形状。
