一种水平推拉振荡装置,包括开口向上的外壳,外壳内分别通过弹簧左右对应固定连接有左右两个试管放置盒,试管放置盒为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒内固定连接有试管定位板,试管定位板上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔,两个试管放置盒之间的外壳侧壁上前后对应开设有穿口,穿口内活动穿设有推拉杆,外壳内的推拉杆上固定连接有顶球,顶球夹在两个试管放置盒中间。试管放置盒内侧的侧壁内侧固定连接有横向设置的顶板,顶板内侧为波浪形或锯齿形,顶球活动夹设在左右两个顶板中间。外壳的侧壁与试管放置盒的外侧壁之间前后对应固定连接两根弹簧。左右两个试管放置盒大小不同,试管定位板上的试管穿孔也大小不同。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种水平推拉振荡装置。
背景技术
在医疗实践中,很多情况下都要进行振荡操作,如各科室对样品进行振荡、将固体药品与液体药品混合后进行振荡等等。目前的振荡操作有些采用的是人手拿试管直接摇晃,这种方式不仅麻烦,而且振荡效果不好。为了取得更好的振荡效果,有的医院购置专用的振荡器,但是结构复杂,造价较高。
发明内容
本发明针对不足,提供一种结构简单、价格低廉、使用效果好的水平推拉振荡装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种水平推拉振荡装置,包括开口向上的外壳,其特征在于,外壳内分别通过弹簧左右对应固定连接有左右两个试管放置盒,试管放置盒为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒内固定连接有试管定位板,试管定位板上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔,两个试管放置盒之间的外壳侧壁上前后对应开设有穿口,穿口内活动穿设有推拉杆,外壳内的推拉杆上固定连接有顶球,顶球夹在两个试管放置盒中间。
根据所述的水平推拉振荡装置,其特征在于,所述试管放置盒内侧的侧壁内侧固定连接有横向设置的顶板,顶板内侧为波浪形或锯齿形,所述顶球活动夹设在左右两个顶板中间。
根据所述的水平推拉振荡装置,其特征在于,所述外壳的侧壁与所述试管放置盒的外侧壁之间前后对应固定连接两根所述弹簧。
根据所述的水平推拉振荡装置,其特征在于,左右两个所述试管放置盒大小不同,所述试管定位板上的所述试管穿孔也大小不同。
根据所述的水平推拉振荡装置,其特征在于,所述推拉杆的两个自由端分别固定连接有推拉把手。
根据所述的水平推拉振荡装置,其特征在于,所述外壳的底壁与所述试管放置盒的底壁之间固定连接至少一根所述弹簧。
本发明的主要组成构件是试管放置盒和推拉机构,简化了已有振荡器的结构,造价低廉。在推拉杆带动顶球前后运动的过程中,顶球不断与顶板的内侧边缘碰撞接触,因此能够带动试管放置盒及其内的试管得到振荡,本发明的使用简单、方便,而且效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种水平推拉振荡装置,包括开口向上的外壳3,外壳3内分别通过弹簧7左右对应固定连接有左右两个试管放置盒4,外壳3的侧壁与试管放置盒4的外侧壁之间前后对应固定连接两根弹簧7,外壳3的底壁与试管放置盒4的底壁之间固定连接至少一根弹簧7。试管放置盒4为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒4内固定连接有试管定位板5,试管定位板5上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔6,左右两个试管放置盒4大小不同,试管定位板5上的试管穿孔6也大小不同。两个试管放置盒4之间的外壳3侧壁上前后对应开设有穿口,穿口内活动穿设有推拉杆9,推拉杆9的两个自由端分别固定连接有推拉把手1,外壳3内的推拉杆9上固定连接有顶球8,顶球8夹在两个试管放置盒4中间。
在本实施例中,试管放置盒4内侧的侧壁内侧固定连接有横向设置的顶板2,顶板2内侧为波浪形或锯齿形,顶球8活动夹设在左右两个顶板2中间。

1.一种水平推拉振荡装置,包括开口向上的外壳(3),其特征在于,外壳(3)内分别通过弹簧(7)左右对应固定连接有左右两个试管放置盒(4),试管放置盒(4)为中空且带有向上的开口,试管放置盒(4)内固定连接有试管定位板(5),试管定位板(5)上纵横成排开设有试管穿孔(6),两个试管放置盒(4)之间的外壳(3)侧壁上前后对应开设有穿口,穿口内活动穿设有推拉杆(9),外壳(3)内的推拉杆(9)上固定连接有顶球(8),顶球(8)夹在两个试管放置盒(4)中间;所述试管放置盒(4)内侧的侧壁内侧固定连接有横向设置的顶板(2),顶板(2)内侧为波浪形或锯齿形,所述顶球(8)活动夹设在左右两个顶板(2)中间;所述外壳(3)的侧壁与所述试管放置盒(4)的外侧壁之间前后对应固定连接两根所述弹簧(7);左右两个所述试管放置盒(4)大小不同,所述试管定位板(5)上的所述试管穿孔(6)也大小不同;所述外壳(3)的底壁与所述试管放置盒(4)的底壁之间固定连接至少一根所述弹簧(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水平推拉振荡装置,其特征在于,所述推拉杆(9)的两个自由端分别固定连接有推拉把手(1)。
