背景技术
[0002]近年来,国内电力、有色和钢铁等领域采用通过湿法脱硫的技术越来越普遍,而湿法脱硫会在一定程度上导致雾霾和酸雨现象,S02和PM2.5排放超标,对大气环境造成了恶劣的影响,严重危害国民健康。在此背景下,国家开始实施GB13223-2011《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》,并在东部沿海的部分电厂推行火电厂烟气的超低清洁排放,致使国内现有的采用湿法脱硫的企业均面临着脱硫后终端处理改造的压力。
[0003]现有的石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫装置一般采用两个或类似两个吸收塔串联的方式来达到尚脱硫效率,包括单塔双循环、双塔双循环等技术。这样虽能在一定程度上提尚脱硫效率,但是却增加了投资成本以及增大了设备占地面积,降低了很多不具有足够场地的项目实施的可行性。并且,新环保政策同时对PM2.5污染物的减排也提出了要求,因而在高效脱硫的同时还能够进一步降低粉尘浓度、减轻“石膏雨”已经成为了大气环保行业人士的研究热点。
[0004]因此,本申请人致力于提供一种设有多孔均流器的脱硫除尘吸收塔,其结构简单,占地面积小,且能够有效提高去除烟气中的硫化物以及固体粉尘。

[0006]为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种设有多孔均流器的脱硫除尘吸收塔,包括:塔体,所述塔体具有烟气入口和烟气出口,所述烟气入口位于所述塔体的下部,所述烟气出口位于所述塔体的上部;至少一个喷淋器,设置在所述塔体内,位于所述塔体的烟气入口和烟气出口之间,用于喷淋浆液;以及至少一个多孔均流器,所述多孔均流器设置在所述塔体内,位于所述烟气入口的上方以及所述喷淋器的下方,所述多孔均流器包括一个多孔均流板,所述多孔均流板上设有多个用于烟气及浆液通过的气流孔,在使用时,所述多孔均流板的上表面接收所述喷淋器喷淋的浆液并形成持液层。

[0017] 1、本发明的设有多孔均流器的脱硫除尘吸收塔通过多孔均流器使烟气可以在塔体内均匀分布,另外,喷淋器喷淋浆液,浆液在多孔均流器的多孔均流板上形成具有一定厚度的持液层,烟气先通过多孔均流板,然后又穿过持液层,并且烟气穿过持液层时会产生“鼓泡”效果,这可以有效增加烟气与浆液的接触时间以及接触面积,使浆液可以充分吸收烟气中的SO2以及粉尘颗粒,从而有效提高了脱硫除尘吸收塔的脱硫除尘效率;
[0018] 2、本发明的设有多孔均流器的脱硫除尘吸收塔在处理烟气时,烟气通过多孔均流器上的持液层时发生“鼓泡”现象,这可以有效提高浆液的利用率,降低脱硫除尘吸收塔内的液气比,从而降低供给喷淋浆液的流量及功耗,节约了脱硫除尘的成本;另外,烟气在通过持液层时,持液层的浆液还可以同时吸附烟气中的PM2.5粉尘、NOx以及汞等污染组分,从而使脱硫除尘吸收塔净化烟气的效果更好;另外,当进入塔体内的烟气流量发生变化时,持液层中的浆液与烟气之间的反应及吸附受到的影响较小,反应及吸附的速度变化较为平稳,从而保证脱硫除尘吸收塔的脱硫除尘效率在小范围内波动;
[0019] 3、本发明的设有多孔均流器的脱硫除尘吸收塔通过设置多个喷淋器及多个多孔均流器,且喷淋器与多孔均流器一一对应设置,这样可以使使通过一个喷淋器向一个多孔均流器上喷淋浆液,从而有效保证在每个多孔均流器上都可以形成有效的持液层,从而使烟气在通过塔体的过程中穿过多个持液层,多层持液层中的浆液对烟气进行多次处理,从而更加有效去除烟气中的SO2以及固体粉尘颗粒,进一步提高了脱硫除尘吸收塔的脱硫除尘效率;

[0026] 10、本发明的设有多孔均流器的脱硫除尘吸收塔通过设置多个多孔均流器以及多个喷淋器,且每个喷淋器下均设有一个多孔均流器,这样设置时工作人员不需要将塔体内底部的浆液全部排出就可以站在多孔均流器上对其上方的喷淋器进行维修和更换,从而方便了喷淋器的维修和更换。

[0035]实施例一公开了一种设有多孔均流器的脱硫除尘吸收塔,包括:塔体,塔体具有烟气入口和烟气出口,烟气入口位于塔体的下部,烟气出口位于塔体的上部;至少一个喷淋器,设置在塔体内,位于塔体的烟气入口和烟气出口之间,用于喷淋浆液;以及至少一个多孔均流器,多孔均流器设置在塔体内,位于烟气入口的上方以及喷淋器的下方,多孔均流器包括一个多孔均流板,多孔均流板上设有多个用于烟气及浆液通过的气流孔,在使用时,多孔均流板的上表面接收喷淋器喷淋的浆液并形成持液层,烟气通过持液层时,发生“鼓泡”现象,从而有效增强了烟气与持液层中浆液的接触面积和接触时间,使浆液可以充分吸收烟气中的硫化物以及烟尘,进一步有效增大了脱硫除尘吸收塔的脱硫除尘效率。

[0051]在本实施例中,除雾器优选高效机械除雾器,其采用大倾角布置方式,具体的,除雾器为二级平板式机械式除雾器,第一级除雾器中的折流板间距采用27〜30mm进行布置,主要除去烟气中50μπι以上的雾滴;第二级除雾器折流板间距采用22〜25mm进行布置,主要除去烟气中13μπι以上的雾滴。这样设置可以有效去除出口烟气中的液滴,从而避免了出口烟气中携带有与烟气发生过脱硫反应以及吸附有粉尘颗粒的液滴,进一步避免了出口烟气对大气的污染。

[0053]实施例七是本发明的一种设有多孔均流器的脱硫除尘吸收塔一种较为优选的实施例,包括:塔体10,塔体10具有烟气入口 11和烟气出口 12,烟气入口 11位于塔体10的下部,烟气出口 12位于塔体10的上部;至少一个喷淋器20,设置在塔体10内,位于塔体10的烟气入口 11和烟气出口 12之间,用于喷淋浆液;以及至少一个多孔均流器,多孔均流器设置在塔体内,位于烟气入口的上方以及喷淋器的下方,多孔均流器包括一个多孔均流板,多孔均流板上设有多个用于烟气及浆液通过的气流孔,在使用时,多孔均流板的上表面接收喷淋器喷淋的浆液并形成持液层。

[0063]多个喷淋器20向下喷淋浆液,分别在第一多孔均流器30的第一多孔均流板31上形成第一持液层,以及在多个第二多孔均流器40的第二多孔均流板41上形成第二持液层,烟气从倾斜向下设置的进气管道50进入塔体10,并在同样倾斜向下设置的第一多孔均流器30的作用下在塔体10中均匀分布,烟气经过第一多孔均流器30上的第一持液层时,烟气在第一持液层处产生“鼓泡”现象,第一持液层中的浆液对烟气进行初步的脱硫除尘,均匀分布在塔体10内的烟气继续上升通过多个第二多孔均流器40,并在多个第二多孔均流板41上的第二持液层处再次产生“鼓泡”现象,多个第二持液层中的浆液对烟气多次进行脱硫除尘,最后,再通过除雾器60对完成脱硫除尘的烟气进行除雾处理,清除液滴后的烟气从烟气出口 12排出塔体10。
[0064]本发明的设有多孔均流器的脱硫除尘吸收塔结构简单,占地面积小,并且可以在多孔均流器的多孔均流板上生成持液层,烟气通过持液层时发生“鼓泡”现象,从而有效增大浆液与烟气的接触面积以及接触时间,进一步有效提高了脱硫除尘吸收塔的脱硫除尘效率。
