Abstract

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及烟气净化领域,特别是脱除烟气中酸性气体和粉尘的烟气脱硫增效装置。
背景技术
[0002] 石灰石/石灰-石膏法脱硫技术是目前脱硫方法中技术最成熟、实际应用最多、运行状况最稳定的脱硫工艺。脱硫过程是气液反应,其脱硫反应速率快,脱硫效率高,钙利用率高,在钙硫比等于I时,可达到90%以上的脱硫效率,适合于大型燃煤电站锅炉的烟气脱硫。
[0003] 现有技术中,石灰石/石灰-石膏法脱硫技术是用石灰或石灰石浆液在吸收塔内吸收烟气的SO2等酸性气体、粉尘等,分为吸收和氧化两个阶段。先吸收生成亚硫酸钙,然后将亚硫酸钙氧化成硫酸钙即石膏。吸收塔是湿法脱硫技术中的核心设备,碱性浆液通过循环泵送至吸收塔中不同高度布置的喷淋层的喷嘴,浆液通过喷嘴喷出后形成大量的小液滴并向下降落,同时含酸性污染气体、粉尘的烟气逆流向上流动,在此期间,气液两相充分接触并对烟气中含有的酸性气体、粉尘等进行反应、洗涤。
[0004]目前国家大气污染物排放标准日益严格,需要进一步提高传统的石灰石石膏法烟气脱硫技术的脱硫除尘效率。但目前石灰石石膏法烟气脱硫技术主要存在以下的问题:
[0005] 1.为脱硫效率满足现行放小于35mg/Nm3的要求,传统石灰石石膏法烟气脱硫技术主要通过增加喷淋层的层数实现,喷淋层层数的增加造成脱硫系统电耗增加较多。
[0006] 2.吸收塔内烟气偏流严重。一方面,由于我国燃煤电厂污染物治理起步较晚,在燃煤电厂建设中未给污染治理设备预留充足的空间,导致新建或改造的湿法脱硫设备烟道布置不合理,烟道布置难以满足流场设计基本要求,烟气经过烟道进入吸收塔前偏流严重。另一方面,湿法脱硫装置普遍采用单塔单入口进气方式,该方式会造成烟气沿塔截面的流场不均,在入口对侧形成高速烟气流场,致使烟气到达首层喷淋层入口处流场分布偏流严重,使远离吸收塔入口区域的液气比较低,而靠近吸收塔入口区域的液气比较高,烟气偏流会造成脱硫装置脱硫和除尘效率下降、电耗高等问题。
[0007] 传统脱硫装置对细小的粉尘,液滴捕集效果差,脱硫后烟尘浓度很难满足小于10mg/Nm3的要求,同时烟尘排放的烟气中夹带大量的含有石膏的小液滴,从而在烟囱周围会降落大量的“石膏雨”,对电厂周围环境造成二次污染。
发明内容
[0008] 针对上述现有技术中的不足和缺陷,本实用新型的目是提供一种烟气脱硫增效装置(FGD PLUS) ο它通过增加酸性气体和粉尘相接触的强度,提高脱硫除尘效率,同时优化吸收塔内的流场分布情况,降低电耗。
[0009] 为了达到上述发明目的,本实用新型的技术方案以如下方式实现:
[0010] 烟气脱硫增效装置,它包括吸收塔,吸收塔上设有烟气入口。吸收塔内、烟气入口上方从下至上依次设有吸附室和多层水平布置的喷浆母管,喷浆母管的底部设有数多均匀排列的喷嘴,吸收塔的顶部设有烟气出口。吸收塔内、烟气入口下方设有浆池,浆池中置有搅拌器和水平放置的氧化风管。浆池的下部设有多个循环浆液泵分别通过循环浆液管与各喷浆母管相连通。其结构特点是,它还包括置于烟气入口与吸附室之间的脱硫增效单元。所述脱硫增效单元由多个水平放置的矩形脱硫增效模块拼装排列组成,脱硫增效单元的外轮廓经切割以适应吸收塔内腔的形状需求。各脱硫增效模块包括矩形外壳,外壳内均布多根平行的支撑杆,各支撑杆中间垂直穿过多根圆柱体元件,每根圆柱体元件外均匀套有多个圆环形的翅片,圆柱体元件分为上下两排错列布置。
[0011] 在上述烟气脱硫装置中,所述脱硫增效单元中的所有材料均采用PP材质、一体成型。
[0012] 本实用新型由于采用了上述结构,与现有技术比较具有以下优点和有益的效果:
[0013] 1.塔内增加了脱硫增效单元,即优化了吸收塔内的流场分布情况。消除了烟气偏流现象,使吸收塔流场达到理想状态以实现设计值。
[0014] 2.自喷淋层喷出的浆液会在脱硫增效单元上形成液膜及气泡层,含污染物成分的气体自下而上穿过脱硫增效单元后,气液两相的传质在脱硫增效单元上会得到强化,从而提尚硫氧化物的脱除效率。
[0015] 3.可有效提高吸收塔内细小粉尘的脱除效率。含污染物的气体穿过脱硫增效单元上的液膜及气泡层后,气体中夹带的粉尘会增强与液相接触的几率,提高粉尘被捕集的几率,粉尘的脱除效率可由常规的60%提高到80%以上。
[0016] 4.各脱硫增效模块中的板材、管材均采用PP材质,PP材质表面良好的光滑度、憎水性可避免浆液颗粒在脱硫增效单元表面的沉积。具有使用寿命长、重量轻、耐腐蚀、耐磨损的特点,尤其适合应用于含酸性气体、粉尘颗粒的污染气体的净化。
[0017] 5.由于气液两相在脱硫增效单元上的接触会得到加强,可有效降低吸收塔的液气比。在达到相同的脱除效率,电耗比常规的空塔喷淋可降低15~20%。

具体实施方式
[0023] 参看图1至图4,本实用新型烟气脱硫增效装置(FGD PLUS)包括吸收塔2,吸收塔2上设有烟气入口 I。吸收塔2内、烟气入口 I上方从下至上依次设有脱硫增效单元3、吸附室5和多层水平布置的喷浆母管6。喷浆母管6的底部设有数多均匀排列的喷嘴7。吸收塔2的顶部设有烟气出口 8。吸收塔2内、烟气入口 I下方设有浆池9,浆池9中置有搅拌器11和水平放置的氧化风管10。浆池9的下部设有多个循环浆液泵12分别通过循环浆液管13与各喷浆母管6相连通。脱硫增效单元3由多个水平放置的矩形脱硫增效模块14排列拼装组成,脱硫增效单元3的外轮廓经切割以适应吸收塔2内腔的形状需求。各脱硫增效模块14包括矩形外壳15,外壳15内均布多根平行的支撑杆16,各支撑杆16中间垂直穿过多根圆柱体元件18。每根圆柱体元件18外均匀套有多个圆环形的翅片17,圆柱体元件18分为上下两排错列布置。脱硫增效模块14中的所有材料均采用PP材质、一体成型。
[0024] 本实用新型系统中,吸收的过程发生在吸收塔2中。用于吸收的吸收液贮存在吸收塔2下部的浆池9中。空气通过氧化风管10进入浆池9,促进吸收了 SO2的吸收液氧化成硫酸钙,搅拌器11用来防止固体颗粒沉淀。浆池9的吸收溶液通过各循环泵12经循环浆液管13进入安装在吸收塔2上部的喷浆母管6,并通过安装在浆液母管6上的喷嘴7喷出。喷出液经过吸附室5落入脱硫增效单元3,脱硫增效单元3上部会形成液膜及气泡层4,形成的液膜能有效的增大烟气与浆液的传质表面积。未净化烟气从烟气入口 I进入吸收塔2,向上流动进入脱硫增效单元3,含酸性气体及粉尘的烟气通过脱硫增效单元3后得以部分脱除,同时烟气通过脱硫增效单元3后会得到整流,粉尘在惯性、扩散作用的同时又不断地受到液泡的扰动,使粉尘不断改变方向,增加了酸性气体、粉尘与液体的接触机会,使烟气均匀分布,进入吸附室5,与吸收液再次接触,发生脱硫反应,净化后的烟气经烟气出口8排入大气。

1.烟气脱硫增效装置,它包括吸收塔(2),吸收塔(2)上设有烟气入口(1),吸收塔(2)内、烟气入口(I)上方从下至上依次设有吸附室(5)和多层水平布置的喷浆母管(6),喷浆母管(6)的底部设有数多均匀排列的喷嘴(7),吸收塔(2)的顶部设有烟气出口(8),吸收塔(2)内、烟气入口(I)下方设有浆池(9),浆池(9)中置有搅拌器(11)和水平放置的氧化风管(10),浆池(9)的下部设有多个循环浆液泵(12)分别通过循环浆液管(13)与各喷浆母管(6)相连通,其特征在于:它还包括置于烟气入口(I)与吸附室(5)之间的脱硫增效单元(3),所述脱硫增效单元(3)由多个水平放置的矩形脱硫增效模块(14)排列拼装组成,脱硫增效单元(3)的外轮廓经切割以适应吸收塔(2)内腔的形状需求,各脱硫增效模块(14)包括矩形外壳(15),外壳(15)内均布多根平行的支撑杆(16),各支撑杆(16)中间垂直穿过多根圆柱体元件(18),每根圆柱体元件(18)外均匀套有多个圆环形的翅片(17),圆柱体元件(18)分为上下两排错列布置。
