技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗痱子的中药组合物。
背景技术
痱子又称“热痱”、“红色粟粒疹”，是由于在高温闷热环境下，出汗过多，汗液蒸发不畅，导致汗管堵塞、汗管破裂，汗液外渗入周围组织而引起的浅表性炎症反应。痱子初起时皮肤发红，然后出现针头大小的红色丘疹或丘疱疹，密集成片，其中有些丘疹呈脓性。生了痱子后剧痒、疼痛，有时还会出现一阵阵热辣的灼痛等临床表现。目前，临床上一般采用外用痱子粉或炉甘石洗剂，有继发感染者酌加抗生素药膏外用或口服抗生素进行治疗，其虽有一定的疗效，但存在治标不治本及副作用大的不足。
祖国医学认为，热痱子是由于暑热硖湿蕴结肌肤，毛窍郁塞所致。
根据中医理论，针对痱子的发病机理，采用清热利湿、凉血解毒的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中治疗痱子存在治标不治本及副作用大的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗痱子的中药组合物。

一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例50例，男29例，女21例，年龄5～45岁。
二、制备及使用方法：按组成原料的重量称取各原料，研磨粉碎，过筛，加入适量的食醋混合均匀，外涂敷于患处，每日一次。
三、疗效标准：
1、治愈：止痒，皮肤恢复正常；
2、显效：基本止痒，皮肤得到一定恢复；
3、无效：皮肤瘙痒等症状无改善。
四、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，涂敷5-10天，痊愈38例，随访未见复发；有效11例，无效1例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
五、典型病例：
病例1：崔某，男，2岁。背部及胸前出现痱子，哭闹不止。涂敷本发明中药组合物制备的药物3天，瘙痒消失，皮肤恢复正常，痊愈。
病例2：韩某，女，5岁。胸前及颈部出现痱子，发痒明显，不能控制，导致患部有明显抓痕。涂敷本发明中药组合物制备的药物2天，瘙痒现象明显减轻；继续涂敷3天，瘙痒消失，皮肤恢复正常，痊愈。
