Description

Functional clean daily ration for improving health of pregnant sows and improving reproductive performance of pregnant sows
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of animal feed, relates to a clean daily ration for pregnant sows, and particularly relates to a functional clean daily ration for improving the health of the pregnant sows and improving the reproductive performance of the pregnant sows.
Background
In modern pig scale breeding, sows are positioned at the top of the pyramid of the whole pig production, so the health condition of the sow herd is the key point of the health condition of the whole herd. However, at present, the feeding management of sows in actual production has more problems, and the most important is the common occurrence of constipation. The large intestine and rectum contents of sows with severe constipation are hard, which causes great physical resistance to the birth channel of the sows, thereby causing difficulty in causing the pregnant sows and prolonging the delivery time. Discomfort and pain caused by constipation can increase the release of endogenous opioid peptides, which leads to the decrease of oxytocin in pregnant sows, thereby causing the uterine contraction to be powerless, and the intestinal tract of constipation can lead endotoxin to pass through damaged intestinal barriers to enter blood circulation, influence endocrine regulation during delivery, further influence the delivery process, and are directly related to the health degree and survival rate of the delivered piglets.
The problem of constipation in sows is mainly caused by the first, physiological cause. The growing fetus continuously squeezes the gastrointestinal tract, causing the peristaltic space to continuously decrease, causing constipation. Second, the source and level of cellulose. The corn-soybean meal type daily ration is commonly used in the daily ration of the sows, the level of crude fiber is low, and the reason is also one of important reasons for constipation. Meanwhile, most pig farms blindly add fiber sources with higher lignin content, such as rice bran, distiller's grains, wheat straws and the like, which not only affects palatability and reduces feed intake, but also aggravates constipation; third, improper use of high protein rations. At present, most pig farms in China all carry out a feed changing procedure in the later stage of pregnancy of sows, namely, when low-protein ration in the early stage of pregnancy is fed to high-protein ration in the later stage of pregnancy, the capability of absorption and secretion of liquid by large intestines is relatively changed, the high-protein ration causes that redundant nitrogen cannot be absorbed, and the excretion of urine nitrogen takes away a large amount of water, so that constipation is easily caused; fourthly, breeding in a limiting fence. The pregnant sow has a weight of about 200kg for more than 100 days of pregnancy and is always captivated to be less than 2m2In the positioning fence, the pregnant sow has serious insufficient activity, the digestion function is continuously reduced, gastrointestinal peristalsis is caused, the defecation time is prolonged, and constipation is further aggravated. In addition, constipation of pregnant sows is a ubiquitous but always ineffectively-solved problem due to a series of reasons such as intestinal microecological system imbalance, diseases (including colitis and chronic febrile diseases), insufficient drinking water, limited feeding management and electrolyte imbalance.
Among the above-mentioned causes of constipation in sows, the source and level of cellulose in the sow's ration are one of the important causes of constipation in sows. The current sow daily ration is a conventional corn-soybean meal type daily ration, and the source of the conventional cellulose adopted by the sow daily ration cannot get rid of the trouble of mycotoxin. Mycotoxins can be transmitted and accumulated in the food chain by fungal infestation of crops, or ingested directly by humans, or as animal feed. Mycotoxins are difficult to decompose or digest, so that accumulation in meat and dairy products, and mycotoxins cannot be destroyed by different temperature treatments in feed processing links and the like. More than 100 kinds of moulds are found in the feed and raw materials thereof, more than 300 kinds of mycotoxins are separated from the feed, wherein the mycotoxins influencing the reproduction of pigs mainly comprise zearalenone, ochratoxin A and the like. All mycotoxins continuously attack the immune system of pigs at non-lethal doses, resulting in a reduction in immunosuppression and resistance in pigs. During the whole pig raising production process, the pregnant period of the sow is as long as 16 weeks, and health accumulated in the pregnant period is transferred to the piglet through lactation. If this process is affected, disease or unhealthy factors may be transmitted to the piglets, causing poor growth performance and low immunity in the piglets and adversely affecting the reproductive performance of the pregnant sows in the next episode. Therefore, the daily ration of the pregnant sow is very critical and is related to the body condition of the piglet and the economic benefit of the whole pig breeding industry.
The main method for removing mycotoxin in the feed industry at present is to mix mildew removing agent (mainly aluminosilicate) in the feed to realize effective adsorption of mycotoxin in the gastrointestinal tract of animals; secondly activated carbon and special polymers (such as yeast cell wall polysaccharides, polyvinylpyrrolidone, etc.). However, the effectiveness of the adsorbent is limited by a number of factors. First, it depends on the chemical structure of the adsorbent and toxin. Mycotoxin adsorbents are generally effective at adsorbing mycotoxins having a polarity, such as aflatoxins; but the binding efficiency to trichothecene toxins is usually very low, even not binding; second, in vitro efficacy does not guarantee in vivo efficacy. Since in vivo tests are carried out under specific, very simple conditions, in vitro tests do not represent conditions in the digestive tract. For example, in vitro tests do not take into account changes in digestion parameters (e.g., pH), interactions with feed or digestive enzyme secretion, and thus may lead to erroneous conclusions. When the mycotoxins are bound to the adsorbent with weaker non-covalent bonds, changes in environmental conditions may result in the mycotoxins being re-released; third, some mycotoxin adsorbents are not selective. Some mycotoxin adsorbents, such as activated carbon, may also be combined with vitamins, mineral elements, or drugs in the ration. So on the one hand, the efficiency of adsorbing mycotoxin is limited, and on the other hand, the balance of nutrient components in the feed is influenced, so that the production performance of the pigs is influenced. In order to ensure the nutrition balance of the feed, the amount of vitamins and minerals is additionally added, thus the feed cost is increased invisibly; fourthly, mycotoxin adsorbents in the current market have different quality, and the fishes and the dragons are mixed, so that the adsorption effect and the adsorption effect are difficult to ensure.
In view of the constant attack of mycotoxins on the pig immune system and the cumulative transmission in meat based food products, long term medicinal health care is often required in pig production to maintain the healthy condition of pregnant sows. However, the introduction of gram-negative bacteria is mainly used for medicine health care, and endotoxin (lipopolysaccharide) in the outer membrane of the cell wall of the gram-negative bacteria can cause the temperature rise of pigs so as to regulate the central system and cause fever.
In conclusion, the problems of constipation and mycotoxin and endotoxin caused by cellulose sources commonly existing in the practical production of pregnant sows cannot be effectively solved due to mutual restriction, and the problem becomes the bottleneck restricting the improvement of the economic benefit of the breeding industry.

3 results and analysis
Table 1 shows the mycotoxin contents of the feeds for pregnant sows of the control groups 1 to 7 and the clean ration group.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0000892859220000151
As can be seen from table 1, the content of mycotoxin in the clean ration of the present invention is much lower than that of the common pregnant sow feed in the market, and when the wood fiber is manioc waste, the content of vomitoxin is the highest, and then the manioc waste and the apple waste, and then the apple waste; when the wood fiber is the cassava residue, the content of the zearalenone is the highest, and then the cassava residue and the beet pulp are used, and then the beet pulp is used. Because the formula of the clean daily feed uses the wood fibers such as the cassava residue, the beet pulp, the apple pomace and the like, and uses the barley and the alfalfa meal to replace wheat bran in the pregnant sow feed, the content of the zearalenone and the vomitoxin in the feed is greatly reduced.
Table 2 shows the stool and hair color appearance of the pregnant sows in the control groups 1-7 and the clean ration group.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0000892859220000161
As can be seen from Table 2, the feces of the pregnant sows in the control group are hard spherical particles, and constipation is severe; the excrement of the pregnant sows in the clean daily ration group is soft and has no constipation. Clinical observation shows that the cleaning daily ration has exact efficacy of improving constipation of pregnant sows. Because 1-2% of the wood fiber is used in the clean daily ration, and the content proportion of other components in the clean daily ration is adjusted, the level of crude fiber in the clean daily ration reaches 12-13%, compared with the proportion of 8-10% in the conventional pregnant sow feed, the level of the crude fiber is greatly improved, the amplitude of intestinal peristalsis of pregnant sows is increased, the peristalsis time is prolonged, the absorption of nutrient components of the feed and the excretion of excrement dreg are facilitated, and the retention time of the feed in the intestinal tract is shortened, so that constipation is caused.
As can be seen from Table 2, the control group pregnant sows had slightly disordered fur, dry and astringent skin and dark-white skin ratio; the clean daily ration group pregnant sow fur is brighter and pink, and the inflammation of the external genitalia of the pregnant sow is obviously reduced after the pregnant sow is used for 4 weeks. The clean daily ration can improve the hair color and appearance of the pregnant sows and reduce inflammation. Because 1-2% of the wood fiber is added in the formula of the clean daily ration, the wood fiber contains more than 10% of soluble fiber, beneficial microorganisms in intestinal tracts of pregnant sows can breed in a large amount by taking the soluble fiber as a carbon source, compete with harmful microorganisms for growth and occupy favorable ecological niches, and digestion and absorption of nutrient substances are promoted, so that the health condition of the pregnant sows is improved, and the skin is smooth, bright and pink.
Table 3 shows the comparison of the fecal microbiology tests of control groups 1-7 and clean ration groups A-C pregnant sows.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0000892859220000171
Figure BDA0000892859220000181
The microbial detection result shows that compared with the feces of the control group of pregnant sows, the feces of the clean daily ration group of pregnant sows have reduced pH value and colibacillus quantity, and the ratio of the lactobacillus quantity to the colibacillus is increased. The experimental results show that the intestinal microbial structure of the pregnant sows can be optimized and the intestinal health is promoted by feeding the clean daily ration, so that the problem of constipation of the pregnant sows is effectively solved to a certain extent.
