Abstract
本发明涉及一种内燃机或压缩机的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,其为了支承两个相对移动的构件包括一系列由保持架(1)保持的滚动体,其中保持架(1)具有大量用于滚动体的兜孔(2)。为了实现简易装配的可能性,本发明如下规定,即保持架(1)由至少两个分别在保持架(1)的圆周段上延伸的保持架部段(1’、1”)构成,其中至少两个保持架部段(1’、1”)在它们的沿圆周方向的接合位置(3、4)处互相形状配合地连接。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内燃机或一种压缩机的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,其为了支承两个相对移动的构件包括一系列由保持架支撑的滚动体,其中保持架具有大量用于滚动体的兜孔。
背景技术
在内燃机或压缩机中的曲柄的轴主轴颈以及在曲柄轴上的连杆典型地通过滑动轴承支承;但是在所述支承位置上也可以使用滚动轴承。在这种情况下需要保持架用于引导滚动体。
此外在单缸发动机或单缸压缩机中关于保持架并不要求分离式解决方案。在此轴承能够装配滚针圈组。对于不可轴向装配的情况考虑具有分离式轴承的解决方案。
在双缸和多缸发动机或压缩机中大多数情况安装滑动轴承。特别是对于特殊的应用(尤其是赛车)也已知在轴承位置上使用分离式保持架。在该情况下其缺点是装配难度级别高。此外其相比一体式保持架更难的是,保证产生较少的噪音以及控制滚动体运动。此外当标准滚针圈组被分离时,会造成保持架减弱。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,这样改进所述类型的内燃机或压缩机的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,使得形成一种简单的装配可行性,其中为了尽可能准确的引导滚动体,力求保持架达到尽可能高的稳定性。
通过本发明所述技术问题的特征如下,即保持架由至少两个分别在保持架的圆周区段上延伸的保持架部段构成,其中至少两个保持架部段在沿圆周方向的接合位置处互相形状配合地连接。
此外该保持架优选恰好通过两个保持架部段构成。
形状配合连接优选按照卡夹连接(Clipverbindung)方式实现。在每一个接合位置上的形状配合连接优选通过至少一个保持架部段上的钩状凸起实现,其嵌合到在另一个保持架部段上的适配的凹槽中。沿圆周方向可以在每个保持架部段上相继地设置各个至少一个钩状凸起和至少一个适配的凹槽。
在每一个保持架部段的末端区域上分别设置两个钩状凸起,它们沿径向反向安置,其中一个钩状凸起安置在第一轴向区域中,另一个钩状凸起安置在与第一轴向区域相邻的第二轴向区域中。此外两个轴向区域优选分别在保持架部段的轴向延伸的一半上延伸。
在保持架部段已装配的情形中在接合位置的形状配合连接优选形成不间断的空心圆柱形状。
所有的保持架部段优选形状相同地构成。此外通过注塑工艺制造的保持架部段有特别大的优势。
位于保持架内的滚动体优选是圆柱滚子或滚针。
通过建议采用的结构极大简化在活塞销或曲柄轴连杆上的连杆轴承滚子圈组或滚针圈组的装配。在建议采用的解决方案中保持架部段通过锁扣结构以简单方式装配,其中保持架部段互相啮合,因此形成了相对稳固的连接。相应地拆卸也可以简单方式进行。
非常有利的是,在该结构中作为注塑成型部件只需要一个用于保持架部段或保持架半环的注塑模具。相互拼接的保持架部段或保持架半环优选形状相同。
配备了符合发明要求的保持架的滚动轴承的轴承外环可通过连杆或连杆孔或是通过曲柄轴壳体自身实现。在轴承外环处无论如何都不会涉及到分离的部件。在该情况下连杆或曲柄轴壳体的内径为或组成了滚动体的滚动面。
特别地在内燃机的曲柄轴处应用建议采用的轴承,其中可相应完成曲柄轴的主轴颈自己和/或用于连杆的主轴颈。同样地也有如下可能性,即支承内燃机的凸轮轴。在最后提到的情形中尤其在气缸盖中相应实施凸轮轴的轴承位置。
通过建议采用的解决方案可实现高等级的保持架稳定性和由此在轴承位置的滚动体的引导,这使得其具有优势的产生相对较少的轴承摩擦。
此外以具有优势的方式通过建议采用的解决方案可实现简易装配。其次在运行中产生的噪声较少。再者通过建议采用的设计方案完成可通过不同材料实现的廉价的解决方案。

具体实施方式
图1中展示了由组成保持架1的两个保持架部段1’和1”构成的保持架1。此外一对保持架部段1’、1”同形,即其源于相同注塑模具。
保持架1以已知的方式具有用于(无描述)滚动体的兜孔2。
如图所示,一对保持架部段1’、1”在两接合位置3和4处对接在一起,其沿圆周方向U错位180°安装。在接合位置3,4的连接通过形状配合按照卡夹连接5、6的方式实现,细节将在接下来的图示中说明。
保持架部段的末端区域在保持架1或保持架部段1’、1”(图3所示)的轴向延伸a上分成两半,即分成第一轴向区域a1和第二轴向区域a2。
钩状凸起5’、5”、5”’或5””设置在一对轴向区域a1或a2中;其与各个凹槽6’、6”、6”’或6””相邻放置。从图中可得出,沿圆周方向放置的保持架部段1’、1”末端区域能够相向推移,这使得同时
-钩状凸起5’与凹槽6”,
-钩状凸起5”与凹槽6’,
-钩状凸起5”’与凹槽6””和
-钩状凸起5””与凹槽6”’
啮合。因此在接合位置3、4区域中形成了无间断的环形圆柱部段和保持架部段1’、1”稳定的连接。在此凸起5和凹槽6在轴向区域a1或a2中沿着径向方向r的指向是不同的。
因此如图所示,每一个保持架部段在圆周末段有两个咬合凸肩(凸起)。借助一对保持架部段的简单接合,保持架在径向装配在任一轴上。此外锁扣结构能够阻止所有移动可能性。在装配到壳体中或连杆装配时不需要特殊的设备去固定这对保持架半环。
一方面已说明的轴承位置优选为位于内燃机壳体内的曲柄轴轴承。同样轴承能够应用于将具有连杆孔的连杆支承在作为曲柄轴组成部分的轴颈上。

Claims (10)
1.一种内燃机或压缩机的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,所述轴承为了支承两个相对移动的构件包括一系列由保持架(1)保持的滚动体,其中保持架(1)具有大量用于滚动体的兜孔(2),其特征在于,保持架(1)由至少两个分别在保持架(1)的圆周区段上延伸的保持架部段(1’、1”)构成,其中至少两个保持架部段(1’、1”)在它们位于圆周方向上的接合位置(3、4)处互相形状配合地连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,其特征在于,该保持架(1)恰好通过两个保持架部段(1’、1”)构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,其特征在于,形状配合连接按照卡夹连接(5、6)方式构成。
4.根据权利要求1至3其中之一所述的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,其特征在于,在每一个接合位置(3、4)上的形状配合连接通过至少一个保持架部段(1’、1”)上的钩状凸起(5’、5”、5”’、5””)实现,所述钩状凸起嵌合到在另一个保持架部段(1’、1”)上的适配的凹槽(6’、6”、6”’、6””)中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,其特征在于,在每个保持架部段(1’、1”)上沿圆周方向分别设置至少一个钩状凸起(5’、5”、5”’、5””)和至少一个适配的凹槽(6’、6”、6”’、6””)。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,其特征在于,在每一个保持架部段(1’、1”)的末端区域上分别设置两个钩状凸起(5’、5”、5”’、5””),它们沿径向反向安置,其中一个钩状凸起(5’、5”)安置在第一轴向区域(a1)上,另一个钩状凸起(5”’、5””)安置在与第一轴向区域(a1)相邻的第二轴向区域(a2)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,其特征在于,两个轴向区域(a1、a2)分别在保持架部段(1’、1”)的轴向延伸(a)的一半上延伸。
8.根据权利要求1至7其中之一所述的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,其特征在于,在接合位置(3、4)上的形状配合连接在保持架部段(1’、1”)已装配的情形中形成无间断的空心圆柱形状。
9.根据权利要求1至8其中之一所述的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,其特征在于,所有的保持架部段(1’、1”)形状相同地构成,其中优选通过注塑工艺制造保持架部段(1’、1”)。
10.根据权利要求1至9其中之一所述的曲柄轴轴承或连杆轴承,其特征在于,位于保持架(1)内的滚动体圆柱滚子或滚针。
