Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽油气化装置,包括气化器壳体,其特征在于:气化器壳体上安装有电控进油喷嘴,电控进油喷嘴的一端接汽油进管,电控进油喷嘴的另一端与气化器壳体的内腔连通,内腔安装有电加热元件,内腔上设置有气化物出口。内腔安装的电加热元件接可控电源。本发明的优点是利用了汽油的遇热气化的原理,将喷射进入的汽油滴升华成气状,由于气化了的汽油是汽油分子团的最小形式,所以能达到汽油分子与氧气接触的最大化,此时在其他相同的条件,发动机缸内汽油的燃烧可以达到最大化,即最充分燃烧与最小污染排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽油内燃机的汽油气化装置。
背景技术
目前汽油内燃机的热效率只有30%左右,热效率低的原因之一是部分汽油未能燃烧做功,没做功的那部分汽油呈气态碳氢化合物排出内燃机。现有技术是汽油通过喷嘴雾化后进入气缸,无论喷嘴雾化效果如何,其进入气缸内的汽油都是小颗粒状态,而颗粒状是无法与空气充分接触,从而带来了燃烧不彻底结果。因此亟待开发出能够将汽油在气缸内能充分燃烧的装置,以达到提高机械热效率并降低内燃机污染气体排放。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中汽油雾化技术下汽油不充分燃烧的弊端而提供一种汽油气化装置。本发明设计一种汽油气化装置,包括气化器壳体,其特征在于:气化器壳体上安装有电控进油喷嘴,电控进油喷嘴的一端接汽油进管,电控进油喷嘴的另一端与气化器壳体的内腔连通,内腔安装有电加热元件,内腔上设置有气化物出口。内腔安装的电加热元件接可控电源。本发明的优点是利用了汽油的遇热气化的原理,将喷射进入的汽油滴升华成气状,由于气化了的汽油是汽油分子团的最小形式,所以能达到汽油分子与氧气接触的最大化,此时在其他相同的条件,发动机缸内汽油的燃烧可以达到最大化,即最充分燃烧与最小污染排放。

具体实施方式
图中一种汽油气化装置,包括气化器壳体1,其特征在于:气化器壳体上安装有电控进油喷嘴2,电控进油喷嘴的一端接汽油进管7,电控进油喷嘴的另一端与气化器壳体的内腔3连通,内腔安装有电加热元件4,内腔上设置有气化物出口5。内腔安装的电加热元件接可控电源6。
使用时,汽油经油泵从油箱抽出,经油道管路从汽油进管7进入电控进油喷嘴,然后汽油被喷射到气化器壳体的内腔内,在内腔中被加热气化,汽油呈气态从气化物出口送出,并进入内燃机与空气混合,再一起被吸入气缸,随后压缩点火爆炸排气,完成四冲程工作。可控电源6提供加热部件电能。
本发明的是从提汽油燃烧效果出发,提高碳氢化合物的氧化反应率着手。汽油发动机工作原理是汽油通过电控进油喷嘴,电控进油喷嘴把汽油喷入气化器壳体内腔经气化后喷入发动机的气缸内燃烧,气缸内气体化的汽油与空气以大约1:14的比例进行混合,随后压缩爆炸(氧化反应),完成了汽油机的工作,其化学反应方程为:2C8H18+25O2---------16Co2+18H2O
该化学方程式说明汽油机做功的程度高低取决于汽油化学氧化反应率。
Claims (2)
1.一种汽油气化装置,包括气化器壳体,其特征在于:气化器壳体上安装有电控进油喷嘴,电控进油喷嘴的一端接汽油进管,电控进油喷嘴的另一端与气化器壳体的内腔连通,内腔安装有电加热元件,内腔上设置有气化物出口。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种汽油气化装置,其特征在于:内腔安装的电加热元件接可控电源。
