本发明公开了一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸及其生产方法,本发明取得的有益效果是:在底涂过程中使用使用带有图文挂网的网纹辊,涂布均匀且带有图文;在底涂层上进行真空镀铝后,镀铝层会根据底涂图文呈现出不同明暗度图文,图文保真度高;面涂涂布一层着色保护涂层,镀铝层带有的亮哑图文就直接显现于面涂上,面涂过程无需使用哑光硅粉及多次涂布印刷,省时省力,没有硅粉使用不会导致网纹辊网穴堵版,维修次数减少,提高了工作效率;此方法生产出来的镀铝纸清晰度高,哑光效果明显。

一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸及其生产方法。
背景技术
带有镀铝金属光泽的预处理纸张具有很强的金属质感,色泽鲜明目,在烟草、日化、电子等印刷包装行业被广泛应用。
传统工艺分为三步法:
底涂:在镀铝原纸表面均匀的涂布一层底涂,起到提高平滑度和增加铝层和纸张结合力的作用。
镀铝:在底涂表面真空镀铝,铝层在底涂上均匀平整分布,呈现镜面金属光泽,此时使用分光光度仪实测明暗度值在98%左右。
面涂:在真空镀铝层表面涂布一层涂层,起到保护铝层和着色的作用,对于非满版颜色有图文要求的则需要连线多次涂布或印刷;对于有局部哑光要求的,需要在面涂中加入0.5%~5%的硅粉(SiO2),而硅粉不被溶剂溶解,分散于涂料中。
传统工艺缺点:底涂时底涂层均匀但单一,没有图文显示;镀铝时真空镀铝层亮度统一,无亮哑图文之分;面涂时对于有局部哑光要求的,需要在面涂涂料中加入0.5%—5%的硅粉(SiO2),而硅粉不被溶剂,分散于涂料中,哑光硅粉在涂料中易沉淀,哑光硅粉易造成网纹辊网穴堵版,对局部图文需多次套印,作业过程中值随硅粉量发生变化,致使涂布量不稳定,图文失真。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸,该镀铝纸哑光明显,图文清晰;本发明还提供一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸的生产方法,在底涂层涂布图文,镀铝层根据底涂层图文显示图案亮哑,面涂过程无需哑光硅粉使用,减少涂布次数,避免网纹辊堵塞,提高工作效率。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供技术方案如下:
一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸,包括镀铝原纸,所述的镀铝原纸上有底涂层,所述的底涂层上有镀铝层,所述的镀铝层上有面涂层,所述的底涂层带有图文,所述的面涂层不含哑光硅粉。
一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸的生产方法,包括以下工序:
A.在镀铝原纸上使用带有图文挂网的网纹辊均匀的涂布一层底涂,所述的底涂层原料配比为:
水性丙烯酸树脂---10~20%,
水性聚氨酯树脂---10~20%,
水 ---------------70%;
B.在底涂层上使用真空镀铝机镀铝;
C.在镀铝层上涂布一层着色保护涂层。
优选的,所述的网纹辊的线数范围是100~300目。
通过上述技术方案,本发明取得的有益效果在于:
在底涂过程中使用使用带有图文挂网的网纹辊,涂布均匀且带有图文;在底涂层上进行真空镀铝后,镀铝层会根据底涂图文呈现出不同明暗度图文,图文保真度高;面涂采用涂布一层着色保护涂层,镀铝层带有的亮哑图文就直接显现于面涂上,面涂过程无需使用哑光硅粉及多次涂布印刷,省时省力,没有硅粉使用不会导致网纹辊网穴堵版,维修次数减少,提高了工作效率;此方法生产出来的镀铝纸清晰度高,哑光效果明显。

参阅图1、图2和图3,一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸,包括镀铝原纸,所述的镀铝原纸上有底涂层,所述的底涂层上有镀铝层,所述的镀铝层上有面涂层,所述的底涂层带有图文,所述的面涂层不含哑光硅粉。
一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸的生产方法,包括以下工序:
A.在镀铝原纸上使用带有图文挂网的网纹辊均匀的涂布一层底涂,所述的底涂层原料配比为:
水性丙烯酸树脂---15%,
水性聚氨酯树脂---15%,
水 -------------70%;
B.在底涂层上使用真空镀铝机镀铝;
C.在镀铝层上涂布一层着色保护涂层。
所述的网纹辊的线数是200目。
本实施例的网纹辊图文为ABCDEFG,100%挂网处是指此处网纹辊墨孔被底涂原料装满,80%挂网处是指该处的网纹辊墨孔深度只有100%挂网处墨孔的80%,其它以此类推。
工作过程如下:
在底涂工作开始前,将底涂原料按上述配比配好,并连接到网纹辊4。工作开始时牵引单元2连接放卷单元1后进行放卷,牵引镀铝原纸送经涂布单元8、固化单元5和从动胶辊6,最后到收卷单元收卷7。
A.底涂过程中涂布单元8的网纹辊4与压辊3压合,镀铝原纸纸张在涂布单元8中间穿过,底涂均匀涂布于镀铝原纸纸张表面,然后固化单元5对底涂进行固化,使得带有图文的底涂充分附着于镀铝原纸上形成底涂层。
B.在底涂表面真空镀铝,镀铝层根据底涂图文呈现出不同明暗度图文,100%挂网处11明暗度值在98%左右,80%挂网处12比100%挂网处明暗度值递减2%左右,60%挂网处13比100%挂网处明暗度值递减4%左右,镀铝面直接显示亮哑不同的图文。
C.面涂是在真空镀铝层表面涂布一层着色保护涂层,镀铝层上带有的亮哑图文直接显现于面涂上。
本实施例的图文效果是100%图文挂网处为空白,60%图文挂网处为字母ABCDEFG。

1.一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸,包括镀铝原纸,其特征在于:所述的镀铝原纸上有底涂层,所述的底涂层上有镀铝层,所述的镀铝层上有面涂层,所述的底涂层带有图文,中部位置处明暗度值为98%,侧边明暗度间隔分布,明暗度值分别为96%和94%;所述底涂原料配比为水性丙烯酸树脂占10~20%,水性聚氨酯树脂占10~20%,水占70%;所述的面涂层不含哑光硅粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下工序:
A.在镀铝原纸上使用带有图文挂网的网纹辊均匀的涂布一层底涂;
B.在底涂层上使用真空镀铝机镀铝;
C.在镀铝层上涂布一层着色保护涂层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种图案亮哑真空镀铝纸的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的网纹辊线数范围是100~300目。
