本发明涉及一种耐油橡胶,由下列重量份的原料制成:硅橡胶50-100份、偶联剂1-10份、增塑剂1-10份、硫化促进剂10-20份、防老剂1-10份、氧化锌1-5份、补强剂10-20份和耐油助剂10-20份。本发明的耐油橡胶具有耐油性能好、耐高温、耐腐蚀等优点,能够有效满足生产生活中的需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种耐油橡胶。
背景技术
在油田的管道运输中,所运输的介质为油和矿砂的混合物,故其管道衬套所用的橡胶通常是含有胎面胶的天然橡胶,虽然上述橡胶具有耐磨性能,但其耐油性很差,其耐油性能只能达到15%以上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐油橡胶。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种耐油橡胶,由下列重量份的原料制成:硅橡胶50-100份、偶联剂1-10份、增塑剂1-10份、硫化促进剂10-20份、防老剂1-10份、氧化锌1-5份、补强剂10-20份和耐油助剂10-20份。
优选地,本发明所述的耐油橡胶由下列重量份的原料制成:硅橡胶80份、偶联剂5份、增塑剂5份、硫化促进剂15份、防老剂5份、氧化锌3份、补强剂15份和耐油助剂10份。
更优选地,所述耐油助剂为2-[4-(4’-苯并噁唑-2-基-二苯乙烯-4-基)-5-氰基-1,2,3-三唑-N-基]乙酸甲酯。
更优选地,所述偶联剂为γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
更优选地,所述增塑剂为磷酸三苯酯。
更优选地,所述硫化促进剂为2-硫醇基苯并噻唑。
更优选地,所述防老剂为N,N’-二甲苯基对苯二胺。
更优选地,所述补强剂为炭黑。
本发明的耐油橡胶具有耐油性能好、耐高温、耐腐蚀等优点,能够有效满足生产生活中的需要。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取硅橡胶800克、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷50克、磷酸三苯酯50克、2-硫醇基苯并噻唑150克、N,N’-二甲苯基对苯二胺50克、氧化锌30克、炭黑150克和2-[4-(4’-苯并噁唑-2-基-二苯乙烯-4-基)-5-氰基-1,2,3-三唑-N-基]乙酸甲酯100克,
采用GB-10型高速混合机,将高速混合机预热至95℃,将上述材料倒入高速混合机中,在400rpm下搅拌1.5分钟,然后在950rpm下搅拌30分钟,出料到SK-160型双辊筒炼塑机中,加入两辊开炼机上进行混炼,开炼机前辊165℃,后辊155℃,塑炼20分钟,然后下片;将拉出的片放入QLB-D400X400X2型平板硫化机中压制片材,平板硫化机模板温度为165℃,模压力为1Mpa,模压时间20分钟。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备耐油橡胶,不同之处在于不使用2-[4-(4’-苯并噁唑-2-基-二苯乙烯-4-基)-5-氰基-1,2,3-三唑-N-基]乙酸甲酯。
实验例
性能测试
(1)力学性能:拉伸强度、撕裂强度、邵尔A型硬度测试分别按相应国家标准(GB/T528-1998、GB/T529-1999、GB/T531-1999)测定。
(2)耐油性能按照ASTMD471-2006标准进行检测,单位为%。
结果
实施例1的样品:硬度(邵A)为118,拉伸强度为13.6Mpa,撕裂强度为55.6Mpa,耐油性能(油浸泡后的膨胀率)为5.1%。
实施例2的样品:硬度(邵A)为106,拉伸强度为11.8Mpa,撕裂强度为48.7Mpa,耐油性能(油浸泡后的膨胀率)为8.9%。
由上述结果可见,在加入耐油助剂之后,油浸泡后的膨胀率更低,说明耐油性更好。实施例1的样品和实施例2的样品的耐油性能结果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。

Claims (8)

1.一种耐油橡胶,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:硅橡胶50-100份、偶联剂1-10份、增塑剂1-10份、硫化促进剂10-20份、防老剂1-10份、氧化锌1-5份、补强剂10-20份和耐油助剂10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐油橡胶,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:硅橡胶80份、偶联剂5份、增塑剂5份、硫化促进剂15份、防老剂5份、氧化锌3份、补强剂15份和耐油助剂10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐油橡胶,其特征在于,所述耐油助剂为2-[4-(4’-苯并噁唑-2-基-二苯乙烯-4-基)-5-氰基-1,2,3-三唑-N-基]乙酸甲酯。
4.根据权利要求2所述的耐油橡胶,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
5.根据权利要求2所述的耐油橡胶,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为磷酸三苯酯。
6.根据权利要求2所述的耐油橡胶,其特征在于,所述硫化促进剂为2-硫醇基苯并噻唑。
7.根据权利要求2所述的耐油橡胶,其特征在于,所述防老剂为N,N’-二甲苯基对苯二胺。
8.根据权利要求2所述的耐油橡胶,其特征在于,所述补强剂为炭黑。
