Abstract
本发明涉及一种夹心板,具体涉及一种一次成型的波纹状泡沫夹心板及其制作的方法,一种一次成型的波纹状泡沫夹心板,其特征在于:包括上下两层的面板复合材料层,所述上下两层的面板复合材料层之间设有缓冲层,所述缓冲层包括波纹状中心复合材料层、PVC泡沫或者聚氨酯泡沫,所述PVC泡沫或者聚氨酯泡沫填充在波纹状中心复合材料层间的空穴部位;采用本发明,不仅使得夹心板本身的重量减小,而且增强抗冲击性能,达到了最佳能量吸收-重量比以及刚度,可以应用于飞机和路面交通及水面交通工具的墙板和地板。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹心板,具体涉及一种一次成型的波纹状泡沫夹心板及其制作的方法。
背景技术
夹心板一般是用来吸收冲击能量的,因而通常用低密度有空隙的材料制成,而表层则用强度较高的材料做成来抗坚硬物体的撞击。夹层结构的性能与夹心的结构形态和材料选择以及与表层材料的搭配,有致关重要的联系,典型的夹层结构有蜂窝和聚氯乙烯泡沫夹层结构,现有夹层结构由于在夹心结构上存在缺陷,其性能远远不能达到用户的要求。如夹层结构太重和太厚才能承受较大的载荷或抵抗潜在的巨大冲击,而且夹心没有适当的加固,这使其在结构上没有什么应用,再者现有的轻型夹心设计无法抵抗可能的巨大冲击。
发明内容
为了减轻夹心板本身的重量,增强抗冲击性能,达到了最佳能量吸收-重量比以及刚度,本发明提供了一种一次成型的波纹状泡沫夹心板,其特征在于:包括上下两层的面板复合材料层,所述上下两层的面板复合材料层之间设有缓冲层,所述缓冲层包括波纹状中心复合材料层、PVC泡沫或者聚氨酯泡沫,所述PVC泡沫或者聚氨酯泡沫填充在波纹状中心复合材料层的空穴部位。
进一步的,所述面板复合材料层和波纹状中心复合材料层为玻璃纤维层或者碳纤维层。
进一步的,所述面板复合材料层的层数为4-20,所述波纹状中心复合材料层的层数为6-10。
进一步的,所述聚氨酯泡沫为热塑性聚氨酯泡沫。
进一步的,所述聚氨酯泡沫为热固性聚氨酯泡沫。
一种上述波纹状泡沫夹心板的制作方法,其特征在于:
将所述波纹状中心复合材料层的两侧填充PVC泡沫或者聚氨酯泡沫,然后用上下两层的面板复合材料层进行压制,压制过程中,加热温度为150-250℃,压力为1.5-2.5MPa,压制时间为2小时。
本发明的有益效果为:采用本发明,不仅使得夹心板本身的重量减小,而且增强抗冲击性能,达到了最佳能量吸收-重量比以及刚度,可以应用于飞机和路面交通及水面交通工具的墙板和地板。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步地说明:第一实施例,一种一次成型的波纹状泡沫夹心板,其特征在于:包括上下两层的面板复合材料层,所述上下两层的面板复合材料层之间设有缓冲层,所述缓冲层包括波纹状中心复合材料层和PVC泡沫,所述PVC泡沫填充在波纹状中心复合材料层间的空穴部位,进一步的,所述面板复合材料层和波纹状中心复合材料层为玻璃纤维层,所述面板复合材料层的层数为4-20,所述波纹状中心复合材料层的层数为6-10,所述聚氨酯泡沫为热塑性聚氨酯泡沫。
第二实施例,与第一实施例不同之处在于,采用的是热固性聚氨酯泡沫,波纹状中心复合材料层为碳纤维层。
一种上述波纹状泡沫夹心板的制作方法,其特征在于:
将所述波纹状中心复合材料层的空穴部位填充PVC泡沫或者聚氨酯泡沫,然后用上下两层的面板复合材料层进行压制,压制过程中,加热温度为150-250℃,压力为1.5-2.5MPa,压制时间为2小时。本实施例的面板复合材料层和波纹状中心复合材料层都为碳纤维层。
实际上,纤维层数可变,面板厚度也可变,夹心泡沫密度可变,波纹模式也可变。
以上的实施例都需要计算机辅助工程(CAE)来对波纹复合材料夹心的形状,厚度,泡沫的密度,以及与面板厚度的搭配进行优化设计,达到最佳的吸能、刚度和自重的组合。
Claims (6)
1.一种一次成型的波纹状泡沫夹心板,其特征在于:包括上下两层的面板复合材料层,所述上下两层的面板复合材料层之间设有缓冲层,所述缓冲层包括波纹状中心复合材料层、PVC泡沫或者聚氨酯泡沫,所述PVC泡沫或者聚氨酯泡沫填充在波纹状中心复合材料的空穴部位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的波纹状泡沫夹心板,其特征在于:所述面板复合材料层和波纹状中心复合材料层为玻璃纤维层或者碳纤维层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的波纹状泡沫夹心板,其特征在于:所述面板复合材料层的层数为4-20,所述波纹状中心复合材料层的层数为6-10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的波纹状泡沫夹心板,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯泡沫为热塑性聚氨酯泡沫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的波纹状泡沫夹心板,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯泡沫为热固性聚氨酯泡沫。
6.一种根据权利要求1所述波纹状泡沫夹心板的制作方法,其特征在于:
将所述波纹状中心复合材料层的空穴部位填充PVC泡沫或者聚氨酯泡沫,然后用上下两层的面板复合材料层进行压制,压制过程中,加热温度为150-250℃,压力为1.5-2.5MPa,压制时间为2小时。
