Abstract
一种污水处理设备的颗粒过滤处理装置，包括过滤箱，过滤箱的上端面上固定连接有进水管、下端面上固定连接有出水管，过滤箱内设有若干道竖向分布的倒置的‘八’字形的过滤槽板，若干道过滤槽板下端的槽口呈向下逐渐缩小，过滤槽板的两端固定在过滤箱的内壁上并呈斜置分布在过滤箱内，过滤槽板两侧的过滤箱成型倾斜的箱壁，箱壁至过滤槽板顶端的水平距离等于过滤槽板下端的槽口的宽度，过滤槽板的上方设有斜置的导杆，导杆的两端成型有螺杆，导杆一端的螺杆上插套有刮板并螺接在过滤箱的内侧壁上，螺杆穿过过滤箱插套有连杆，连杆固定在密封堵头上，密封堵头插接在过滤箱的排料口内。它能去除污水内的杂质，从而能减少清理污水处理池的频率。
Description
技术领域：
本发明涉及污水处理设备的技术领域，更具体地说涉及一种污水处理设备的颗粒过滤处理装置。
背景技术：
污水处理设备，顾名思义是处理区域内各种污水的相关设备，如理城区的生活污水，工业废水等，其能避免污水及污染物直接流入水域，对改善生态环境、提升城市品位和促进经济发展具有重要意义。而污水处理方法是通过污水处理池内的污水进行化学反应处理或者生物处理，而一些污水中含带有颗粒状的杂质，无法通过化学反应处理或者生物处理，从而堆积在污水处理池，从而污水处理池需要经常进行清理，清理又较为麻烦。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供了一种污水处理设备的颗粒过滤处理装置，其能去除进入污水处理池内的污水内的杂质，从而减少杂质在污水处理池内堆积，可减少清理污水处理池的频率。
一种污水处理设备的颗粒过滤处理装置，包括过滤箱，过滤箱的上端面上固定连接有进水管、下端面上固定连接有出水管，过滤箱内设有若干道竖向分布的倒置的‘八’字形的过滤槽板，若干道过滤槽板下端的槽口呈向下逐渐缩小，过滤槽板的两端固定在过滤箱的内壁上并呈斜置分布在过滤箱内，过滤槽板两侧的过滤箱成型倾斜的箱壁，箱壁至过滤槽板顶端的水平距离等于过滤槽板下端的槽口的宽度，过滤槽板的上方设有斜置的导杆，导杆的两端成型有螺杆，导杆一端的螺杆上插套有刮板并螺接在过滤箱的内侧壁上，刮板插接在过滤槽板高端的一端并抵靠有螺套，螺套螺接在螺杆上，导杆另一端的螺杆穿过过滤箱插套有连杆，连杆固定在密封堵头上，过滤槽板低端的过滤箱内壁上成型有排料口，密封堵头插接在过滤箱的排料口内，所述的连杆上抵靠有螺母，螺母螺接在螺杆上。
所述插套有连杆的螺杆的顶部固定连接有把手。
所述密封堵头呈斜置设置在过滤箱上，密封堵头的倾斜角度于导杆的倾斜角度相等，导杆的倾斜角度和过滤槽板的倾斜角度相等。
所述的进水管位于过滤槽板高端的上方，出水管位于过滤槽板低端的下方。
本发明的有益效果在于：
1、它能去除进入污水处理池内的污水内的杂质，从而减少杂质在污水处理池内堆积，可减少清理污水处理池的频率。
2、它采用的过滤装置逐级进行过滤，能避免堵塞，而且方便清理过滤装置内的过滤的杂质。

具体实施方式：
实施例：见图1至5所示，一种污水处理设备的颗粒过滤处理装置，包括过滤箱1，过滤箱1的上端面上固定连接有进水管2、下端面上固定连接有出水管3，过滤箱1内设有若干道竖向分布的倒置的‘八’字形的过滤槽板4，若干道过滤槽板4下端的槽口呈向下逐渐缩小，过滤槽板4的两端固定在过滤箱1的内壁上并呈斜置分布在过滤箱1内，过滤槽板4两侧的过滤箱1成型倾斜的箱壁1a，箱壁1a至过滤槽板4顶端的水平距离等于过滤槽板4下端的槽口的宽度，过滤槽板4的上方设有斜置的导杆5，导杆5的两端成型有螺杆5a，导杆5一端的螺杆5a上插套有刮板6并螺接在过滤箱1的内侧壁上，刮板6插接在过滤槽板4高端的一端并抵靠有螺套7，螺套7螺接在螺杆5a上，导杆5另一端的螺杆5a穿过过滤箱1插套有连杆9，连杆9固定在密封堵头8上，过滤槽板4低端的过滤箱1内壁上成型有排料口，密封堵头8插接在过滤箱1的排料口内，所述的连杆9上抵靠有螺母10，螺母10螺接在螺杆5a上。
所述插套有连杆9的螺杆5a的顶部固定连接有把手11。
所述密封堵头8呈斜置设置在过滤箱1上，密封堵头8的倾斜角度于导杆5的倾斜角度相等，导杆5的倾斜角度和过滤槽板4的倾斜角度相等。
所述的进水管2位于过滤槽板4高端的上方，出水管3位于过滤槽板4低端的下方。
工作原理：本发明为污水处理设备的过滤处理装置，其安装于污水处理池前的进污管上，其呈正立安置，污水从进水管2进入过滤箱1，为过滤槽板4所阻挡，通过过滤槽板4下端的槽口和过滤槽板4两侧与过滤箱1的箱壁1a之间的间隙过滤，然后从出水管3排出，其过滤槽板4设有多个，且其槽口和与箱壁1a之间间隙各不相同，实现逐级过滤，避免堵塞；
同时装置方便清理，使用时通过转动导杆5，将导杆5从而过滤箱1的内壁上旋下，然后拉出导杆5并同时其密封堵头也随之依靠，而且其刮板6随导杆5移动将落在过滤槽板4上的颗粒从过滤箱1的排料口排出。

1.一种污水处理设备的颗粒过滤处理装置，包括过滤箱(1)，过滤箱(1)的上端面上固定连接有进水管(2)、下端面上固定连接有出水管(3)，其特征在于：过滤箱(1)内设有若干道竖向分布的倒置的‘八’字形的过滤槽板(4)，若干道过滤槽板(4)下端的槽口呈向下逐渐缩小，过滤槽板(4)的两端固定在过滤箱(1)的内壁上并呈斜置分布在过滤箱(1)内，过滤槽板(4)两侧的过滤箱(1)成型倾斜的箱壁(1a)，箱壁(1a)至过滤槽板(4)顶端的水平距离等于过滤槽板(4)下端的槽口的宽度，过滤槽板(4)的上方设有斜置的导杆(5)，导杆(5)的两端成型有螺杆(5a)，导杆(5)一端的螺杆(5a)上插套有刮板(6)并螺接在过滤箱(1)的内侧壁上，刮板(6)插接在过滤槽板(4)高端的一端并抵靠有螺套(7)，螺套(7)螺接在螺杆(5a)上，导杆(5)另一端的螺杆(5a)穿过过滤箱(1)插套有连杆(9)，连杆(9)固定在密封堵头(8)上，过滤槽板(4)低端的过滤箱(1)内壁上成型有排料口，密封堵头(8)插接在过滤箱(1)的排料口内，所述的连杆(9)上抵靠有螺母(10)，螺母(10)螺接在螺杆(5a)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水处理设备的颗粒过滤处理装置，其特征在于：所述插套有连杆(9)的螺杆(5a)的顶部固定连接有把手(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水处理设备的颗粒过滤处理装置，其特征在于：所述密封堵头(8)呈斜置设置在过滤箱(1)上，密封堵头(8)的倾斜角度于导杆(5)的倾斜角度相等，导杆(5)的倾斜角度和过滤槽板(4)的倾斜角度相等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水处理设备的颗粒过滤处理装置，其特征在于：所述的进水管(2)位于过滤槽板(4)高端的上方，出水管(3)位于过滤槽板(4)低端的下方。
