本发明公开了一种麻醉镇痛消炎中药，属于医药技术领域，包括由下述重量份的原料药：洋金花10-15份、生草乌10-15份、生半夏8-12份、当归10-15份、川穹10-15份、生南星10-15份、透骨草10-15份、红花15-20份、土细辛10-15份、花椒10-15份、川乌10-15份、冰片10-15份、蟾酥12-15份、薄荷10-15份、樟脑3-6份。本方具有副作用小、止痛消炎的特点，适合推广应用。

一种麻醉镇痛消炎中药
技术领域
本发明属于医药技术领域，涉及一种麻醉镇痛消炎中药。
背景技术
麻醉是指用药物或非药物方法使机体或机体局部暂时可逆性失去知觉及痛觉。麻醉镇静药较广应用于手术和疼痛治疗，麻醉药除了解决患者的疼痛，给患者带来一定的舒适度的同时，也往往产生一些副作用，比如呼吸抑制、心动过缓、肺通气不足、便秘、精神错乱、甚至影响认知功能等。这就要求我们研究新一代的麻醉药品，以便于更好地应用于临床，服务于患者。新一代麻醉药品将取代现有麻醉药品，麻醉药品更新频繁，新药品从研制到应用的周期缩短。
目前，临床上大多采用西药麻醉，包括强效镇痛剂芬太尼及其类似物、埃托啡及其类似物、α2受体激动剂美托咪啶、强效镇静剂氟哌利多、依托脒酯、吸入麻醉剂安氟醚及其类似物、肌肉松弛剂维库溴铵及其类似物。在临床麻醉过程中，发现西药麻醉的副作用越来越多，术后出现肺通气不足、恶心、呕吐以及幻觉的病人时有发生，局部麻醉的患者还容易出现心慌、胸闷等症状，严重的还可以出现休克。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术存在的缺陷，提供一种副作用小、效果好的麻醉镇痛消炎中药。
其具体技术方案为：
一种麻醉镇痛消炎中药，包括由下述重量份的原料药：洋金花10-15份、生草乌10-15份、生半夏8-12份、当归10-15份、川穹10-15份、生南星10-15份、透骨草10-15份、红花15-20份、土细辛10-15份、花椒10-15份、川乌10-15份、冰片10-15份、蟾酥12-15份、薄荷10-15份、樟脑3-6份。
优选地，洋金花15份、生草乌15份、生半夏12份、当归10份、川芎10份、生南星15份、透骨草15份、红花20份、土细辛15份、花椒10份、川乌15份、冰片15份、蟾酥12份、薄荷15份、樟脑6份。
其中，洋金花功效主治：止咳平喘，止痛镇静；生草乌具有祛风除湿，温经散寒，消肿止痛之功效，有麻醉止痛的作用；生半夏有散结消肿的功效；当归有补血活血的功效；川芎味辛，性温，归肝、胆、心经，气香升散，具有活血行气，祛风止痛的功效；生南星有解毒消肿定痛的功效；透骨草有祛风胜湿、活血止痛的功效与作用；红花的作用主要表现在活血通径、散瘀止痛；土细辛功效与作用为散寒、止痛；花椒味辛、性热，归脾、胃经，有芳香健胃，温中散寒，除湿止痛，杀虫解毒，止痒解腥之功效，主要治疗呕吐，风寒湿痹，齿痛等症；川乌祛风除湿，温经止痛；冰片具有抑菌、抗炎作用；蟾酥具有解毒，止痛，开窍醒神之功效。
本发明所述麻醉镇痛消炎中药的剂型是汤剂、冲剂、丸剂、散剂、膏剂、注射剂中的任何一种。
一种本发明麻醉镇痛消炎中药的制备方法，按照本发明所述重量份称取各个原料药混合，粉碎成粉，加入适当辅料，按常规工艺制成汤剂、冲剂、丸剂、散剂、膏剂、注射剂等。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：本发明的药物为纯中药，中药麻醉能有效减轻患者在麻醉过程中出现的认知功能障碍、呼吸抑制等痛苦，降低并发症发生率，提高手术的成功率和安全性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
临床实验：
手术患者50例，患者中男32例，女18例，年龄18-79岁，切除脓肿10例，切除囊肿18例，拔牙22例。
经过观察，使用本发明的麻醉镇痛消炎中药，疼痛指数(视觉模拟评分)明显降低，呼吸抑制明显减少，安全性更高、手术效果更好，该中药有消炎的效果，所以患者术后不用再服用过多的抗生素进行消炎，术后无并发症发生。

2.根据权利要求1所述的麻醉镇痛消炎中药，其特征在于，包括由下述重量份的原料药：洋金花15份、生草乌15份、生半夏12份、当归10份、川芎10份、生南星15份、透骨草15份、红花20份、土细辛15份、花椒10份、川乌15份、冰片15份、蟾酥12份、薄荷15份、樟脑6份。
