Abstract

背景技术
在高压燃料泵中,入口阀控制对压缩室的填充。在填充泵的压缩室之前,贮存器中的被泵送的燃料在数巴的低压下流动通过开口在低压室中的入口通道。入口阀打开或关闭两个室之间的流体连通。
发明内容

替代地,所述泵单元还可包括固定在所述泵头部上的凸缘,所述凸缘设有通孔,所述通孔形成了所述低压室的侧壁,所述孔被所述弹性构件封闭。该孔设有内螺纹,以紧靠内台肩面地接收螺纹帽。所述弹性构件是在所述台肩和所述帽之间伸展的弹性膜。
所述盖的内部面的表面设有凹部,所述凹部限定所述凹面和所述膜之间的互补室。
所述泵单元还设置有把所述互补室联接到外面的通气孔。

现在参照图1描述本发明的第一实施例,其中高压燃料泵10的头部12被图示。泵头部12设有孔14,其中,活塞沿主轴线A往复滑动。孔14的上部部分限定了压缩室16,压缩室16的最顶部靠拢以形成提升阀20的座18,提升阀20控制流体路径22。阀20通常是关闭的,因为通过弹簧它被迫紧靠座18。

现在描述泵10的操作。在第一阶段中,所述阀是关闭的,所述燃料通过电动泵被泵入贮存器中,然后其在入口通道42中流动直至到达低压室40。所述燃料,在数巴(bar)的压力下,填充低压室40并且使柔性膜38变形,以便最大化所占有的容积。在凹部34中的空气经由通气孔36排出。
在第二阶段中,随着所述活塞向下移位并且使室16减压,阀20打开。容纳在低压室40中的燃料流到压缩室16中,这是因为燃料一方面被低压吸入,并且另一方面被膜38推动,膜38趋于回复至如图1上所表示的最小伸展位置。由于这种双重作用,所以压缩室16的填充被优化。
现在参照图2描述本发明的第二实施例。与所述第一实施例的主要区别是,在泵头部12上,凸缘24被移除并且被替换为顶帽44,顶帽44具有高顶礼帽的大体形状。顶帽44由冲压金属板制成,并且它设置有横向的顶壁46,圆柱形外围壁48从横向的顶壁46的边缘向下延伸直到形成横向盘状的外围脚部50。脚部50被布置成抵靠泵头部12的互补平面52,从而限定在顶帽44下的低压室40。设置有向内延伸的部分的大螺母54被互补地布置在泵头部12上,并且以密封连接将脚部50保持成抵靠平面52。顶帽44在有弹性特性的薄金属板中被冲压成形,因此当阀20关闭时顶帽44变形,并且燃料在几巴的压力下流入低压室40。变形的顶帽在图2中以虚线表示。

Claims (8)
1.一种具有泵头部(12)的高压燃料泵单元(10),其中,入口通道(42)通到低压室(40),所述低压室(40)本身与压缩室(16)流体连通,所述流体连通由阀(20)控制,所述阀(20)被布置成使得:当其关闭时,所述燃料填充所述低压室(40),并且当所述阀打开时,所述燃料从所述低压室(40)流到所述压缩室(16)中,其特征在于,所述泵头部(12)还包括弹性构件,所述弹性构件被布置成使得:当所述阀(20)关闭时,所述弹性构件变形从而增大所述低压室(40)的容积,并且当所述阀(20)打开时,所述燃料在所述弹性构件推动下流到所述压缩室(16)中,所述弹性构件回复到其原来的形状,其中,所述弹性构件在一侧接触所述低压室内的燃料,并且在相反侧接触外面的空气。

3.根据权利要求2所述的泵单元(10),其中,所述低压室(40)被限定在固定至所述泵头部(12)的壳体的顶帽(44)内,所述顶帽(44)具有从所述泵壳体延伸出来的圆柱形壁(48),所述弹性构件是横向的顶壁。
4.根据权利要求3所述的泵单元(10),其中,所述顶帽(44)由薄金属板制成,所以所述横向的顶壁是柔性的,并且形成所述弹性构件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的泵单元(10),进一步包括固定在泵头部(12)上的凸缘(24),所述凸缘(24)设置有通孔,所述通孔形成了所述低压室(40)的侧壁,所述孔被所述弹性构件封闭。
6.根据权利要求5所述的泵单元(10),其中,所述孔设有内螺纹,以紧靠内台肩面(30)接收螺纹帽(32),所述弹性构件是在所述台肩面(30)和所述螺纹帽(32)之间伸展的弹性膜。
