本发明公开了一种双用汽车尾气净化装置,所述汽车排气管的内腔固定有转轴,所述转轴的外壁通过轴承套接有叶轮组,所述叶轮组的下方通过轴杆插接有挡风板,所述汽车排气管的外壁设置有尾气净化器,所述尾气净化器的顶部固定有蓄电池,所述微型伸缩电机的一端连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的另一端与挡风板的外壁通过轴杆连接,所述尾气净化器的内腔设置有过滤网,且尾气净化器通过过滤网与汽车排气管的内腔联通,所述过滤网的左侧设置有等离子净化器,所述等离子净化器的左侧设置有活性炭过滤装置,所述活性炭过滤装置的左侧设置有弧形过滤板,该双用汽车尾气净化装置,结构简单,能有效的处理汽车高速和怠速过程中产生的尾气。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气净化技术领域,具体为一种双用汽车尾气净化装置。
背景技术
随着社会和经济的快速发张,汽车渐渐成为人们最常使用的交通工具,给人们的出行带来了许多的方便,但随之而来的汽车尾气污染也对人们的生活环境造成了极大的危害,汽车尾气污染是由汽车排放的废气造成的环境污染,主要污染物为碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、含铅化合物、苯并芘及固体颗粒物等,能引起光化学烟雾等,汽车尾气对环境的污染是众所周之的,堵车和长时间低速行驶车辆的发动机由于进气量小,缸内压缩不足、氧气不足使缸内可燃气体不能瞬间全部撤底燃烧,产生了大量有害物质隨废气排入大气中,而此时发动机排出废气中的有害物质是正常行驶车辆排放量的三倍之多,在气缸内暴燃过程中的汽油、机油、各种抗磨添加剂、助燃剂等在燃烧或受热后产生有害气体也会全部排放到我们生活环境中,为此,我们提出一种双用汽车尾气净化装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双用汽车尾气净化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双用汽车尾气净化装置,包括汽车排气管,所述汽车排气管的上下两端开有尾气进口和尾气出口,所述汽车排气管的内腔固定有转轴,所述转轴的外壁通过轴承套接有叶轮组,所述叶轮组的下方通过轴杆插接有挡风板,所述汽车排气管的外壁设置有尾气净化器,所述尾气净化器的顶部固定有蓄电池,所述尾气净化器的底部左右两侧分别设置有排气口和微型伸缩电机,所述微型伸缩电机的一端连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的另一端与挡风板的外壁通过轴杆连接,所述尾气净化器的内腔设置有过滤网,且尾气净化器通过过滤网与汽车排气管的内腔联通,所述过滤网的左侧设置有等离子净化器,所述等离子净化器的左侧设置有活性炭过滤装置,所述活性炭过滤装置的左侧设置有弧形过滤板。
优选的,所述等离子净化器的内腔由上往下均匀排列有正负电极板,且每块正负电极板的输入端电性连接蓄电池的输出端。
优选的,所述活性炭过滤装置包括套筒,所述套筒的上开有出气孔,所述套筒的内腔设置有活性炭板,且活性炭板呈圆形间隔排列在套筒的内腔。
优选的,所述弧形过滤板的弧面设置有氨水石棉板片,且氨水石棉板片最少为相同的六组。
优选的,所述转轴的一端设置有发电机,且发电机通过整流器与蓄电池电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该双用汽车尾气净化装置,结构简单,安装方便,能有效的减低汽车在怠速或高速过程中产生的不同废气对环境的污染。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种双用汽车尾气净化装置,包括汽车排气管1,汽车排气管1的上下两端开有尾气进口2和尾气出口3,汽车排气管1的内腔固定有转轴4,转轴4的外壁通过轴承套接有叶轮组5,叶轮组5的下方通过轴杆插接有挡风板9,汽车排气管1的外壁设置有尾气净化器14,尾气净化器14的顶部固定有蓄电池13,尾气净化器14的底部左右两侧分别设置有排气口15和微型伸缩电机11,微型伸缩电机11的一端连接有伸缩杆10,伸缩杆10的另一端与挡风板9的外壁通过轴杆连接,微型伸缩电机11控制伸缩杆10来带动挡风板9的闭合,方便处理汽车在高速或是怠速中所产生的不同废气,尾气净化器14的内腔设置有过滤网12,且尾气净化器14通过过滤网12与汽车排气管1的内腔联通,过滤汽车尾气中含有的较大固体悬浮颗粒,过滤网12的左侧设置有等离子净化器6,等离子净化器6的内腔由上往下均匀排列有正负电极板61,且每块正负电极板61的输入端电性连接蓄电池13的输出端,通过正负电极板61所产生的电场对尾气污染因为进行氧化分解,等离子净化器6的左侧设置有活性炭过滤装置7,活性炭过滤装置7包括套筒71,套筒71的上开有出气孔72,套筒71的内腔设置有活性炭板73,且活性炭板73呈圆形间隔排列在套筒73的内腔,活性炭过滤装置7的左侧设置有弧形过滤板8,弧形过滤板8的弧面设置有氨水石棉板片81,且氨水石棉板片81最少为相同的六组,对尾气中含有的酸性成分进行中和作用,转轴4的一端设置有发电机,且发电机通过整流器与蓄电池13电性连接。
叶轮组随着废气的排放转动,当汽车处于高速运转时,叶轮组和发电机的配合产生的电能,通过整流器储存到蓄电池中,蓄电池带动微型伸缩电机工作,伸缩杆将挡风板推至水平状态,此时高速运转的汽车所产生的废气被排到空气中,当汽车处于低速运转或是怠速过程中时,伸缩电机不运转,挡风板处于闭合状态,此时的废气就进入到尾气净化器中,通过过滤网先过滤掉较大的固体悬浮颗粒,在进入到等离子净化器的内腔,连接蓄电池的正负电极板产生高压电场,对尾气中的污染因子进行氧化分解,再经由活性炭过滤装置的吸附对尾气净化,弧形过滤板上的氨水石棉板片中所含有的碱性成分,与尾气中含有的酸性成分中和,最后由排气口排除。

1.一种双用汽车尾气净化装置,包括汽车排气管(1),所述汽车排气管(1)的上下两端开有尾气进口(2)和尾气出口(3),其特征在于:所述汽车排气管(1)的内腔固定有转轴(4),所述转轴(4)的外壁通过轴承套接有叶轮组(5),所述叶轮组(5)的下方通过轴杆插接有挡风板(9),所述汽车排气管(1)的外壁设置有尾气净化器(14),所述尾气净化器(14)的顶部固定有蓄电池(13),所述尾气净化器(14)的底部左右两侧分别设置有排气口(15)和微型伸缩电机(11),所述微型伸缩电机(11)的一端连接有伸缩杆(10),所述伸缩杆(10)的另一端与挡风板(9)的外壁通过轴杆连接,所述尾气净化器(14)的内腔设置有过滤网(12),且尾气净化器(14)通过过滤网(12)与汽车排气管(1)的内腔联通,所述过滤网(12)的左侧设置有等离子净化器(6),所述等离子净化器(6)的左侧设置有活性炭过滤装置(7),所述活性炭过滤装置(7)的左侧设置有弧形过滤板(8),所述弧形过滤板(8)的弧面设置有氨水石棉板片(81),且氨水石棉板片(81)最少为相同的六组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双用汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述等离子净化器(6)的内腔由上往下均匀排列有正负电极板(61),且每块正负电极板(61)的输入端电性连接蓄电池(13)的输出端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双用汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述活性炭过滤装置(7)包括套筒(71),所述套筒(71)的上开有出气孔(72),所述套筒(71)的内腔设置有活性炭板(73),且活性炭板(73)呈圆形间隔排列在套筒(73)的内腔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双用汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述转轴(4)的一端设置有发电机,且发电机通过整流器与蓄电池(13)电性连接。
