本发明公开了一种简单高效废气净化处理装置,包括入气口、水溶箱、管道、分流处理器、净化箱、循环管道、自动加药机、喷淋头、凸体、检测装置和出气口,所述入气口一端连接水溶箱,所述水溶箱一侧连接管道的一端,所述管道上方设有分流处理器,所述管道的另一端连接净化箱,所述净化箱一侧连接循环管道,所述循环管道上方设置自动加药机,所述循环管道的另一端连接喷淋头,所述净化箱上方设有凸体,所述凸体一侧连接检测装置,所述净化箱一侧设置出气口。该简单高效废气净化处理装置,结构简单、易于操作,通过多层净化过滤程序对废气进行净化,同时自动化监控废气净化程度,针对加入净化药物,达到可以排放的效果,降低对环境的污染的程度。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及废气处理净化装置技术领域,具体涉及一种简单高效废气净化处理装 置。
背景技术
[0002] 随着我国国民经济的迅速发展,特别是化学工业和制造业的发展,工业废气的排 放量不断增加,目前已经成为我国重点城市(群)和局部区域大气复合污染的主要原因 之一。因此,继除尘、脱硫、脱硝和机动车污染治理以后,工业废气的污染控制问题已经成为 目前我国控制大气污染的最为重要的方向。在喷涂车间的生产过程中,常常会用到有机溶 剂,如二甲苯、甲苯、乙酸乙脂、丁酮等。在有机化学品合成及石油化工生产车间也会排放大 量易挥发性恶臭废气。这些废气中往往含有低沸点、高挥发性的化合物等废气,既有毒又易 燃。这些废气不仅对人体有刺激作用,而且其中不少有毒害作用,有的还是致突变物与致癌 物。废气中的烯烃和某些芳香烃化合物,在大气中,暴露在阳光下,还可以和氮氧化物发生 反应形成洛杉矶型的光化学烟雾或工业型光化学烟雾,造成二次污染。鉴于排放废气的组 分及其浓度的不同,目前我国在生产中常用的工业废气污染治理技术有多种,按照处理原 理及工艺技术的不同,可分为:当废气浓度高时(达到自燃水平),采用火炬燃烧法;当废 气浓度低时,采用富集-燃烧法,如活性炭富集-燃烧、分子筛转轮吸附浓缩燃烧技术、蓄 热催化燃烧技术(RC0)和蓄热焚烧技术(RT0)等;其他还有等离子体技术、水吸收-生物 净化技术、水吸收-光催化技术和水吸收-膜技术等。这些技术各有优缺点,其缺点主要 在于:形成二次污染、成本高等,在使用过程中常常根据废气组分构成、排放强度、排放气废 气浓度及排放环境特点选择工艺。
[0003] 传统的废气处理装置,净化处理的程序比较单一,且净化处理的程序比较机械化, 不能根据废气的净化处理情况进行调整,不利于提高废气的净化率,使得没有得到净化的 物质排入到空气中,跟其他物质进行化学反应,对环境和人体造成损害。

[0005] 为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种简单高效废气净化处理装置,包 括入气口、水溶箱、管道、分流处理器、净化箱、循环管道、自动加药机、喷淋头、凸体、检测装 置和出气口,所述入气口一端连接水溶箱,所述水溶箱一侧连接管道的一端,所述管道上方 设有分流处理器,所述管道的另一端连接净化箱,所述净化箱一侧连接循环管道,所述循环 管道上方设置自动加药机,所述循环管道的另一端连接喷淋头,所述净化箱上方设有凸体, 所述凸体一侧连接检测装置,所述净化箱一侧设置出气口。

[0016] 所述分流处理器4内设有活性炭,用于吸附废气里的有害物质;所述循环管道6上 设有抽水机7,使得净化箱5内的液体通过循环管道6,从喷淋头9落下,更充分的净化废 气;所述出气口 12内设有过滤网13 ;在废气排出前,再进行一次过滤;所述喷淋头9可以旋 转转动,全方位净化,不留死角,提高净化效率。
[0017] 需要说明的是,本发明一种简单高效废气净化处理装置,废气从入气口 1进入水 溶箱2,从水溶箱2进入管道3,在管道3内通过分流处理器4,分流气体,吸附有害物质,之 后进入净化箱5,净化箱5 —侧设置有循环管道6,循环管道6上的抽水机7将净化箱5内 的液体抽到喷淋头9,喷淋头9在净化箱5上方移动旋转进行喷洒,由于气体上浮,净化箱 5上方的凸体1〇内也充满了被净化的废气,废气净化过程中,凸体1〇 一侧设置的检测装置 11,对废气进行实时监测,根据检测装置11的监测情况,循环管道6上方设置的自动加药机 8,将净化物加入循环装置6内,使之融入液体中,送入净化箱5内,对废气进行净化,净化完 毕后,出气口 12内的过滤网13再进行一次过滤净化,然后排入大气。

1.一种简单高效废气净化处理装置,包括入气口(1)、水溶箱(2)、管道(3)、分流处理 器(4)、净化箱(5)、循环管道(6)、自动加药机(8)、喷淋头(9)、凸体(10)、检测装置(U)和 出气口( I2),其特征在于:所述入气口( 1) 一端连接水溶箱(2),所述水溶箱(2) —侧连接 管道(3)的一端,所述管道(3)上方设有分流处理器(4),所述管道(3)的另一端连接净化 箱(5 ),所述净化箱(5 )—侧连接循环管道(6 ),所述循环管道(6 )上方设置自动加药机(8 ), 所述循环管道(6 )的另一端连接喷淋头(9 ),所述净化箱(5 )上方设有凸体(1〇 ),所述凸体 (10 ) —侧连接检测装置(11),所述净化箱(5 ) —侧设置出气口( 12 )。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种简单高效废气净化处理,其特征在于:所述分流处理器 (4)内设有活性炭。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种简单高效废气净化处理,其特征在于:所述循环管道(6) 上设有抽水机(7)。
