本发明提供一种尾气处理装置,包括与汽车排气管道相接的过滤管,所述过滤管内设有一个与过滤管同轴的汽轮;所述汽轮的前方、所述过滤管的下方设有一个盛有水体的液体容器,所述液体容器与所述过滤管导热接触;所述液体容器通过一个泄压阀连接至所述过滤管的内部;所述汽轮的后方固定一根沿汽轮的轴线延伸的尾杆,所述尾杆随汽轮旋转,且尾杆伸出所述过滤管外,所述尾杆的尾端固定连接与尾杆平行的尾叶。该尾气处理器不仅对尾气中的颗粒杂质具有良好的滤除效果,并且对于尾气的排放阻力较小。

尾气处理装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件领域,特别地,是一种尾气处理装置。
背景技术
由于汽车汽油燃烧后,产生大量有害气体,主要包括一氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化物;为此,一般都需要采用三元催化器对该种混合有害气体进行处理,使其生成二氧化碳和水,再排放入大气。尽管如此,原始尾气流经三元催化器后,还包含较多的颗粒杂质,尾气中的PM2.5值较高,为此,为了降低尾气的危害,还应当对尾气中的颗粒杂质进行处理。
而目前对于尾气中杂质颗粒的处理,主要通过活性炭装置进行吸附,为了形成良好的除杂效果,通常需要让尾气流过孔隙状的活性炭实体块,这将对尾气的排放造成巨大的阻力,从而影响发动机性能。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种尾气处理装置,该尾气处理器不仅对尾气中的颗粒杂质具有良好的滤除效果,并且对于尾气的排放阻力较小。
本发明实现技术目的所采用的技术方案是:该尾气处理装置包括与汽车排气管道相接的过滤管,所述过滤管内设有一个与过滤管同轴的汽轮;所述汽轮的前方、所述过滤管的下方设有一个盛有水体的液体容器,所述液体容器与所述过滤管导热接触;所述液体容器通过一个泄压阀连接至所述过滤管的内部;所述汽轮的后方固定一根沿汽轮的轴线延伸的尾杆,所述尾杆随汽轮旋转,且尾杆伸出所述过滤管外,所述尾杆的尾端固定连接与尾杆平行的尾叶。
作为优选,所述汽轮通过设于汽轮外周的环形轴承与所述过滤管的内壁配合,从而省去了轴承支架。
作为优选,所述过滤管处于所述汽轮之前的半段由金属管构成,处于所述汽轮之后的半段由非导热管构成;从而抑制前半段的热量通过热传导方式流至后半段,以使汽轮前后部分的空间内冷热分明。
作为优选,所述汽轮的后方还设有一个金属网,所述尾杆穿过该金属网;以利于包含水蒸气的尾气在流过金属网的过程中,在金属网上大量凝结。进一步地,所述金属网与所述尾杆固定,并跟随尾杆旋转,在金属网的旋转过程中,金属网表面的金属丝扫掠尾气的流通截面,尾气流通截面内的水蒸气总有可附着的金属丝,并且促进金属网的散热,以进一步促进水蒸气的液化。
作为优选,所述液体容器内还添加有洗涤剂,以使在金属网上容易形成水膜,促进对颗粒杂质的捕获。
本发明的有益效果在于:该尾气处理装置在工作时,高热尾气进入过滤管后,使过滤管的前半段保持较高温度,一般在400℃以上,从而使所述液体容器内形成较高的蒸汽压,使水蒸气推开泄压阀进入过滤管,并与高温尾气相混合;此后,饱含水蒸气的高温尾气推动所述汽轮旋转做功,从而将热能大量转化为动能,使从汽轮后方流出的尾气温度骤减,此时,由于尾气中具有较多的颗粒杂质,尾气中的水蒸气以颗粒杂质为凝结核,大量液化,使颗粒杂质随水滴下沉,并从过滤管尾部随凝结水流至地面,从而减少颗粒杂质的排放;该装置由于没有对尾气形成固定屏障,因此阻力较小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例一:
在图1所示的实施例一中,该尾气处理装置包括与汽车排气管道相接的过滤管1,所述过滤管1内设有一个与过滤管同轴的汽轮2,该汽轮2的结构可与汽轮机汽轮一致,能被高温气流推动即可;所述汽轮2的前方、所述过滤管1的下方设有一个盛有水体的液体容器3,所述液体容器3插接在过滤管1下方,并与所述过滤管1导热接触;所述液体容器3通过一个泄压阀30连接至所述过滤管1的内部;所述汽轮2的后方固定一根沿汽轮2的轴线延伸的尾杆4,所述尾杆4随汽轮旋转,且尾杆伸出所述过滤管1外,所述尾杆4的尾端固定连接与尾杆平行的尾叶41。
上述的尾气处理装置,所述尾叶41与尾杆4平行的作用在于,使尾叶41与其自身的旋转切速度垂直,使尾叶41在旋转过程中受到连续的空气阻力,从而产生连续的功耗,使汽轮2可以连续对外做功,从而连续消耗尾气的热能。
上述的尾气处理装置,所述汽轮2通过设于汽轮外周的环形轴承6与所述过滤管1的内壁配合,从而省去了轴承支架。
另外,所述过滤管1处于所述汽轮2之前的半段由金属管构成,处于所述汽轮2之后的半段由非导热管构成;从而抑制前半段的热量通过热传导方式流至后半段,以使汽轮2前后部分的空间内冷热分明。
上述尾气处理装置在工作时,高热尾气进入过滤管1后,使过滤管1的前半段保持较高温度,一般在400℃以上,从而使所述液体容器3内形成较高的蒸汽压,使水蒸气推开泄压阀30进入过滤管1,并与高温尾气相混合;此后,饱含水蒸气的高温尾气推动所述汽轮2旋转做功,从而将热能大量转化为动能,使从汽轮2后方流出的尾气温度骤减,此时,由于尾气中具有较多的颗粒杂质,尾气中的水蒸气以颗粒杂质为凝结核,大量液化,使颗粒杂质随水滴下沉,并从过滤管1尾部随凝结水流至地面,从而减少颗粒杂质的排放;该装置由于没有对尾气形成固定屏障,因此阻力较小。
为了进一步促进汽轮2后方的水蒸气的液化,实施例一种,还在汽轮2的后方还设置一个与过滤管1相固定的金属网5,所述尾杆4穿过该金属网5;以利于包含水蒸气的尾气在流过金属网5的过程中,在金属网5上大量凝结。
实施例二:
对于图2所示的实施例二,与实施例一的不同之处在于:所述金属网5与所述尾杆4固定,并跟随尾杆4旋转,在金属网5的旋转过程中,金属网5表面的金属丝扫掠尾气的流通截面,尾气流通截面内的水蒸气总有可附着的金属丝,并且促进金属网的散热,以进一步促进水蒸气的液化。
在实施例二的基础上,可进一步在所述液体容器3内还添加洗涤剂,以使在金属网5上容易形成水膜,促进对颗粒杂质的捕获。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种尾气处理装置,其特征在于:包括与汽车排气管道相接的过滤管(1),所述过滤管(1)内设有一个与过滤管(1)同轴的汽轮(2);所述汽轮(2)的前方、所述过滤管(1)的下方设有一个盛有水体的液体容器(3),所述液体容器(3)与所述过滤管(1)导热接触;所述液体容器(3)通过一个泄压阀(30)连接至所述过滤管(1)的内部;所述汽轮(2)的后方固定一根沿汽轮的轴线延伸的尾杆(4),所述尾杆(4)随汽轮旋转,且尾杆(4)伸出所述过滤管(1)外,所述尾杆(4)的尾端固定连接与尾杆(4)平行的尾叶(41)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述汽轮(2)通过设于汽轮外周的环形轴承(6)与所述过滤管(1)的内壁配合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述过滤管(1)处于所述汽轮(2)之前的半段由金属管构成,处于所述汽轮(2)之后的半段由非导热管构成;从而抑制前半段的热量通过热传导方式流至后半段。
4.根据权利要求1所述的尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述汽轮(2)的后方还设有一个金属网(5),所述尾杆(4)穿过该金属网(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述金属网(5)与所述尾杆(4)固定,并跟随尾杆(4)旋转。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述液体容器(3)内还添加有洗涤剂。
