半潜式脚踏舟,主体包括上部的浮体和锁挂在浮体下部的座驾机构,浮体由发泡体、龙骨架和定位紧固托架组成;座驾机构主要由乘员座架、主架管、转向机构、踏乘座板和动力机构组成,乘员座架前后两端分别通过联锁紧固机构和链接轴翻转机构与浮体的定位紧固托架连接,动力机构由主动齿轮箱、螺旋桨叶片、传动装置、联动齿轮箱和脚踏拐臂组成;转向机构由方向舵操作盘、操作联动杆、方向舵联动舵板轴杆和方向舵板组成;踏乘座板底部设置座板升降管,座板升降管上设置升降管限位紧锁顶丝杆。本发明由浮于水面的浮体和位于水面以下的座驾机构组成,使乘员的重心下降构成半潜式结构,大大提高了船体的行驶稳定性,并采用脚踏式动力机构,操作方便。

本发明涉及水上载具技术领域,具体涉及一种半潜式脚踏舟。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对观光游乐的需求和要求与日俱增,特别是水上游乐设施更是倍受人们青睐。现在的游乐场所大多是建在陆地上,而水上娱乐使用的多为游艇等小型水上工具,这些水上工具都是浮于水体表面的船体,即便设置安全围网这种船体在大的水面上的安全性也不尽人意,抗风能力较弱,容易发生倾覆危险,而且桨滑舟船的操作对于大多数游客的操作也具有技术性难题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种半潜式脚踏舟,以解决现有技术存在的安全性差和操作困难的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种半潜式脚踏舟,主体包括上部的浮体和锁挂在浮体下部的座驾机构,浮体由发泡体、龙骨架和定位紧固托架组成,龙骨架内置于发泡体中,发泡体底部固定在定位紧固托架上,定位紧固托架与座驾机构相连;座驾机构主要由乘员座架、主架管、转向机构、踏乘座板和动力机构组成,乘员座架前后两端分别通过联锁紧固机构和链接轴翻转机构与浮体的定位紧固托架连接,主架管固定在乘员座架底部并与动力机构连接,动力机构由主动齿轮箱、螺旋桨叶片、传动装置、联动齿轮箱和脚踏拐臂组成,联动齿轮箱前后两端分别与传动装置和螺旋桨叶片连接,传动装置与主动齿轮箱相连,一对脚踏拐臂设置在主动齿轮箱上;转向机构由方向舵操作盘、操作联动杆、方向舵联动舵板轴杆和方向舵板组成,方向舵操作盘底部与设置在乘员座架上的操作联动杆相连,操作联动杆与设置在乘员座架后部的方向舵联动舵板轴杆连接,方向舵板连接在方向舵联动舵板轴杆底部;踏乘座板设置在乘员座架上,踏乘座板底部设置座板升降管,座板升降管上设置升降管限位紧锁顶丝杆。
上述发泡体为EVA发泡体,发泡体表面包覆保护层,保护层为纤维布,纤维布表面覆丁腈胶膜。
上述乘员座架前部设置停泊托挂环。
上述动力机构的传动装置为传动轴或万向节传动轴或传动链条。
上述脚踏动力齿轮盘底部设置梯形底架。
本发明的半潜式脚踏舟使用时,先通过链接轴翻转机构将浮体前端上扬,以方便乘员进入座驾中,乘员坐在踏乘座板上,通过升降管限位紧锁顶丝杆经座板升降管调节踏乘座板的高度,然后再通过链接轴翻转机构将浮体前端下降,通过联锁紧固机构将浮体与乘员座架锁定,座驾机构在水面以下,乘员大半身也位于水面以下,操作人员通过转向机构的方向舵操作盘调节方向,并通过动力机构的脚踏拐臂驱动主动齿轮箱进而驱动传动装置带动联动齿轮箱,联动齿轮箱使螺旋桨叶片旋转推动船体前进,浮体由乙烯和乙酸乙烯共聚形成的发泡体形成,内置可负载相应重量和抗冲击力的龙骨架,浮体表面设置由纤维布和保护膜做成的保护面层,以防腐蚀和撞击。停泊托挂环可为乘员上下船时套挂于码头的稳定横杆上,还可以作为与其他船只牵引挂接使用,脚踏动力齿轮盘底部的梯形底架可在浅水区中为船体触底时起到限位支撑作用。
本发明的半潜式脚踏舟由浮于水面的浮体和位于水面以下的座驾机构组成,使乘员的重心下降构成半潜式结构,大大提高了船体的行驶稳定性,并采用脚踏式动力机构,操作方便,可广泛用于水上健身设施、浅海或湖泊养殖和捕捞,也可以同于军事单兵作战和单兵水上载体。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种半潜式脚踏舟,主体包括上部的浮体1和锁挂在浮体下部的座驾机构2,浮体由发泡体3、龙骨架22和定位紧固托架4组成,龙骨架22内置于发泡体3中,发泡体3底部固定在定位紧固托架4上,发泡体3为EVA发泡体,发泡体表面包覆保护层21,保护层21为纤维布,纤维布表面覆丁腈胶膜,定位紧固托架4与座驾机构2相连;座驾机构2主要由乘员座架24、主架管23、转向机构、踏乘座板11和动力机构组成,乘员座架24前后两端分别通过联锁紧固机构6和链接轴翻转机构5与浮体1的定位紧固托架4连接,主架管23固定在乘员座架24底部并与动力机构连接,动力机构由主动齿轮箱17、螺旋桨叶片15、传动装置16、联动齿轮箱14和脚踏拐臂18组成,传动装置16为传动轴或万向节传动轴或传动链条,联动齿轮箱14前后两端分别与传动装置16和螺旋桨叶片15连接,传动装置14与主动齿轮箱17相连,一对脚踏拐臂18设置在主动齿轮箱17上;转向机构由方向舵操作盘7、操作联动杆8、方向舵联动舵板轴杆9和方向舵板10组成,方向舵操作盘7底部与设置在乘员座架24上的操作联动杆8相连,操作联动杆8与设置在乘员座架24后部的方向舵联动舵板轴杆9连接,方向舵板10连接在方向舵联动舵板轴杆9底部;踏乘座板11设置在乘员座架24上,踏乘座板11底部设置座板升降管12,座板升降管12上设置升降管限位紧锁顶丝杆13。乘员座架24前部设置停泊托挂环19,脚踏动力齿轮盘17底部设置梯形底架20。
本发明的半潜式脚踏舟使用时,先通过链接轴翻转机构将浮体前端上扬,以方便乘员进入座驾中,乘员坐在踏乘座板上,通过升降管限位紧锁顶丝杆经座板升降管调节踏乘座板的高度,然后再通过链接轴翻转机构将浮体前端下降,通过联锁紧固机构将浮体与乘员座架锁定,座驾机构在水面以下,乘员大半身也位于水面以下,操作人员通过转向机构的方向舵操作盘调节方向,并通过动力机构的脚踏拐臂驱动主动齿轮箱进而驱动传动装置带动联动齿轮箱,联动齿轮箱使螺旋桨叶片旋转推动船体前进,浮体由乙烯和乙酸乙烯共聚形成的发泡体形成,内置可负载相应重量和抗冲击力的龙骨架,浮体表面设置由纤维布和保护膜做成的保护面层,以防腐蚀和撞击。停泊托挂环可为乘员上下船时套挂于码头的稳定横杆上,还可以作为与其他船只牵引挂接使用,脚踏动力齿轮盘底部的梯形底架可在浅水区中为船体触底时起到限位支撑作用。

Claims (5)

1.一种半潜式脚踏舟,其特征是主体包括上部的浮体和锁挂在浮体下部的座驾机构,浮体由发泡体、龙骨架和定位紧固托架组成,龙骨架内置于发泡体中,发泡体底部固定在定位紧固托架上,定位紧固托架与座驾机构相连;座驾机构主要由乘员座架、主架管、转向机构、踏乘座板和动力机构组成,乘员座架前后两端分别通过联锁紧固机构和链接轴翻转机构与浮体的定位紧固托架连接,主架管固定在乘员座架底部并与动力机构连接,动力机构由主动齿轮箱、螺旋桨叶片、传动装置、联动齿轮箱和脚踏拐臂组成,联动齿轮箱前后两端分别与传动装置和螺旋桨叶片连接,传动装置与主动齿轮箱相连,一对脚踏拐臂设置在主动齿轮箱上;转向机构由方向舵操作盘、操作联动杆、方向舵联动舵板轴杆和方向舵板组成,方向舵操作盘底部与设置在乘员座架上的操作联动杆相连,操作联动杆与设置在乘员座架后部的方向舵联动舵板轴杆连接,方向舵板连接在方向舵联动舵板轴杆底部;踏乘座板设置在乘员座架上,踏乘座板底部设置座板升降管,座板升降管上设置升降管限位紧锁顶丝杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半潜式脚踏舟,其特征是泡体为EVA发泡体,发泡体表面包覆保护层,保护层为纤维布,纤维布表面覆丁腈胶膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的半潜式脚踏舟,其特征是乘员座架前部设置停泊托挂环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的半潜式脚踏舟,其特征是动力机构的传动装置为传动轴或万向节传动轴或传动链条。
5.根据权利要求1所述的半潜式脚踏舟,其特征是脚踏动力齿轮盘底部设置梯形底架。
