一种聚酰亚胺膜断片机,由主机架(1)、气涨轴组件(2)、张紧轮组件(3)、水平输送轮组件(4)、多用滚筒组件(5)、切片组件(6)、PI膜组件(7)组成,气涨轴组件(2)安装固定在主机架(1)的最右下方,张紧轮组件(3)安装固定在主机架(1)右下方且处于气涨轴组件(2)的左侧,其特征在于:所述的气涨轴(2‑2)与电动机(2‑1)连接在一起并固定在两个气涨轴立柱(2‑3)上,气涨轴立柱(2‑3)侧向开了一个圆弧切口,气涨轴(2‑2)通过锁紧旋钮(2‑4)固定在圆弧切口内。本发明,由于多用滚筒组件和切片组件形成联动,保证在切片过程中产品尺寸符合设计需求,节约了人力和物力。

一种聚酰亚胺膜断片机
技术领域
本发明涉及石墨膜加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种聚酰亚胺膜(PI)断片机。
背景技术
聚酰亚胺薄膜是一种新型的耐高温有机聚合物薄膜,是由均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和二氨基二苯醚(ODA)在极强性溶剂二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)中经缩聚并流涎成膜,再经亚胺化而成,它是目前世界上性能最好的薄膜类绝缘材料,具有优良的力学性能、电性能、化学稳定性以及很高的抗辐射性能、耐高温和耐低温性能(-269℃至+ 400℃)。另外力学性能、耐疲劳性能、难燃性、尺寸稳定性、电性能都好,成型收缩率小,耐油、电子电器方面均有应用,电子工业上做印刷线路板、绝缘材料、耐热性电缆、接线柱、插座等领域。智能手机的广泛使用,特别是随着应用软件不断升级,手机对软件的要求越来越高,这就导致了手机的CPU性能的提升,而散热成了制约手机整体性能的一个重要因素,PI膜作为手机散热石墨膜的重要组成部分,其切割加工直接影响生产效率,目前一般采用半自动切割的方式,效率较低。
发明内容
根据上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种聚酰亚胺膜断片机,通过张紧轮对PI膜进行张紧,多用滚筒进行固定和去静电的作用。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种聚酰亚胺膜断片机,由主机架、气涨轴组件、张紧轮组件、水平输送轮组件、多用滚筒组件、切片组件、PI膜组件组成,气涨轴组件安装固定在主机架的最右下方,张紧轮组件安装固定在主机架右下方且处于气涨轴组件的左侧,水平输送轮组件安装固定在主机架的右上侧位置,多用滚筒组件安装固定在主机架的左上方,切片组件与多用滚筒组件安装固定在一起且处于多用滚筒组件的左侧,PI膜组件固定在气涨轴组件上,其特征在于:所述的气涨轴组件由电动机、气涨轴、气涨轴立柱、锁紧旋钮组成,气涨轴与电动机连接在一起并固定在两个气涨轴立柱上,气涨轴立柱侧向开了一个圆弧切口,气涨轴通过锁紧旋钮固定在圆弧切口内。
所述的张紧轮组件由张紧轮、横向固定板、张紧立柱组成,张紧轮固定在左右两侧的横向固定板上,横向固定板可以固定在张紧立柱上的滑轨槽内任意位置。
所述的多用滚筒组件由滚筒支架、滚筒支撑板、多用滚筒、手柄、丝杠、限位螺母组成,滚筒支撑板安装在滚筒支架两侧,多用滚筒固定在滚筒支撑板下方,手柄安装在滚筒支撑板的上方,丝杠穿过滚筒支架上方与滚筒支撑板上方连接在一起,限位螺母穿过丝杠,固定在滚筒支架外上方。
所述的主支架下方四角安装有调整脚垫,方便断片机矫正水平。
本发明,由于多用滚筒组件和切片组件形成联动,通过设定多用滚筒的转速可以达到控制切片长度的目的,保证在切片过程中产品尺寸符合设计需求,节约了人力和物力。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2知,本发明一种聚酰亚胺膜(PI)断片机,由主机架1、气涨轴组件2、张紧轮组件3、水平输送轮组件4、多用滚筒组件5、切片组件6、PI膜组件7组成,气涨轴组件2安装固定在主机架1的最右下方,张紧轮组件3安装固定在主机架1右下方且处于气涨轴组件2的左侧,水平输送轮组件4安装固定在主机架1的右上侧位置,多用滚筒组件5安装固定在主机架1的左上方,切片组件6与多用滚筒组件5安装固定在一起且处于多用滚筒组5件的左侧,PI膜组件7固定在气涨轴组件2上,所述的气涨轴组件2由电动机2-1、气涨轴2-2、气涨轴立柱2-3、锁紧旋钮2-4组成,气涨轴2-2与电动机2-1连接在一起并固定在两个气涨轴立柱2-3上,气涨轴立柱2-3侧向开了一个圆弧切口,气涨轴2-2通过锁紧旋钮2-4固定在圆弧切口内,所述的张紧轮组件3由张紧轮3-1、横向固定板3-2、张紧立柱3-3组成,张紧轮3-1固定在左右两侧的横向固定板3-2上,横向固定板3-2可以固定在张紧立柱3-3上的滑轨槽3-3-1内任意位置,所述的多用滚筒组件5由滚筒支架5-1、滚筒支撑板5-2、多用滚筒5-3、手柄5-4、丝杠5-5、限位螺母5-6组成,滚筒支撑板5-2安装在滚筒支架5-1两侧,多用滚筒5-3固定在滚筒支撑板5-2下方,手柄5-4安装在滚筒支撑板5-2的上方,丝杠5-5穿过滚筒支架5-1上方与滚筒支撑板5-2上方连接在一起,限位螺母5-6穿过丝杠5-5固定在滚筒支架5-1外上方,所述的主支架1下方四角安装有调整脚垫1-1,方便断片机矫正水平,工作时,先将PI膜拉伸出来先放置在张紧轮3-1上,再通过水平输送轮组件4,最后穿过多用滚筒5-3下方,通过限位螺母5-6调整多用滚筒5-3的上下位置,直到压紧PI膜为止,扳动手柄5-4,锁紧固定好多用滚筒5-3的位置,在调整横向固定板3-2在滑轨槽3-3-1上的位置,直到张紧轮3-1对PI膜有一定的张紧力,启动断片机,在多用滚筒5-3的推动作用下,PI膜被送到切片组件6下方,不断的被切片组件6进行切断作业。

1.一种聚酰亚胺膜断片机,由主机架(1)、气涨轴组件(2)、张紧轮组件(3)、水平输送轮组件(4)、多用滚筒组件(5)、切片组件(6)、PI膜组件(7)组成,气涨轴组件(2)安装固定在主机架(1)的最右下方,张紧轮组件(3)安装固定在主机架(1)右下方且处于气涨轴组件(2)的左侧,水平输送轮组件(4)安装固定在主机架(1)的右上侧位置,多用滚筒组件(5)安装固定在主机架(1)的左上方,切片组件(6)与多用滚筒组件(5)安装固定在一起且处于多用滚筒组件(5)的左侧,PI膜组件(7)固定在气涨轴组件(2)上,所述的气涨轴组件(2)由电动机(2-1)、气涨轴(2-2)、气涨轴立柱(2-3)、锁紧旋钮(2-4)组成,其特征在于:所述的气涨轴(2-2)与电动机(2-1)连接在一起并固定在两个气涨轴立柱(2-3)上,气涨轴立柱(2-3)侧向开了一个圆弧切口,气涨轴(2-2)通过锁紧旋钮(2-4)固定在圆弧切口内;所述张紧轮组件(3)由张紧轮(3-1)、横向固定板(3-2)、张紧立柱(3-3)组成,张紧轮(3-1)固定在左右两侧的横向固定板(3-2)上,横向固定板(3-2)可以固定在张紧立柱(3-3)上的滑轨槽(3-3-1)内任意位置;所述多用滚筒组件(5)由滚筒支架(5-1)、滚筒支撑板(5-2)、多用滚筒(5-3)、手柄(5-4)、丝杠(5-5)、限位螺母(5-6)组成,滚筒支撑板(5-2)安装在滚筒支架(5-1)两侧,多用滚筒(5-3)固定在滚筒支撑板(5-2)下方,手柄(5-4)安装在滚筒支撑板(5-2)的上方,丝杠(5-5)穿过滚筒支架(5-1)上方与滚筒支撑板(5-2)上方连接在一起,限位螺母(5-6)穿过丝杠(5-5)固定在滚筒支架(5-1)外上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酰亚胺膜断片机,其特征在于:所述的主机架(1)下方四角安装有调整脚垫(1-1),方便断片机矫正水平。
