背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,电缆的市场需求与日俱增,而电缆生产中常用的屏蔽材料的屏蔽性能的好坏直接或间接影响着电缆的使用性能。现有的市场上的铜塑复合带结构单一,塑料薄膜层易滑脱,结构稳定性差。
发明内容
为了克服现有的铜塑复合带易滑脱,结构稳定性差的不足,本发明提供了一种防脱铜塑复合带。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防脱铜塑复合带,包括铜带层和塑料薄膜层,塑料薄膜层包裹在铜带层的外部,铜带层的表面均匀分布有凸块,凸块嵌在塑料薄膜层内。
本发明的有益效果是,在铜带层的表面均匀分设置凸块,并使凸块嵌在塑料薄膜层内,使得塑料薄膜层与铜带层的结合更紧密,防止滑脱,提高结构的稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种防脱铜塑复合带,包括铜带层1和塑料薄膜层2,塑料薄膜层2包裹在铜带层1的外部,铜带层1的表面均匀分布有凸块3,凸块3嵌在塑料薄膜层2内。
在铜带层1的表面均匀分设置凸块3,并使凸块3嵌在塑料薄膜层2内,使得塑料薄膜层2与铜带层1的结合更紧密,防止滑脱,提高结构的稳定性。
