背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,电缆的市场需求与日俱增,而电缆生产中常用的屏蔽材料的屏蔽性能的好坏直接或间接影响着电缆的使用性能。现有的市场上的铜塑复合带结构单一,塑料薄膜层简单的包裹在铜带层的外部,两者直接没有紧密的连接关系,长期使用后易松动。
发明内容
为了克服现有的铜塑复合带连接不紧密,易松动的不足,本发明提供了一种防松铜塑复合带。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防松铜塑复合带,包括铜带层和塑料薄膜层,塑料薄膜层包裹在铜带层的外部,铜带层上设有插槽,塑料薄膜层穿在插槽内缠绕在铜带层上。
本发明的有益效果是,在铜带层上设置插槽,并将塑料薄膜层先穿入插槽内,然后再缠绕在铜带层的外部,形成紧密的连接关系,有效防止松动。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种防松铜塑复合带,包括铜带层1和塑料薄膜层2,塑料薄膜层2包裹在铜带层1的外部,铜带层1上设有插槽3,塑料薄膜层2穿在插槽3内缠绕在铜带层1上。
在铜带层1上设置插槽3,并将塑料薄膜层2先穿入插槽3内,然后再缠绕在铜带层1的外部,形成紧密的连接关系,有效防止松动。
