本发明涉及电缆技术领域，尤其是一种防潮铜塑复合带。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展，电缆的市场需求与日俱增，而电缆生产中常用的屏蔽材料的屏蔽性能的好坏直接或间接影响着电缆的使用性能。现有的市场上的铜塑复合带包裹效果差，在一般环境下，易受潮，大大减少了使用寿命，在无形中增加了生产成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有的铜塑复合带易受潮，使用寿命短，结构稳定性差的不足，本发明提供了一种防潮铜塑复合带。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种防潮铜塑复合带，包括铜带层和塑料薄膜层，塑料薄膜层包裹在铜带层的外部，塑料薄膜层的外部设有油脂层，油脂层的外部设有聚乙烯丙纶层。
本发明的有益效果是，在塑料薄膜层的外部设置油脂层，再在油脂层的外部设置聚乙烯丙纶层，聚乙烯丙纶层可起到防水作用，防止潮湿，油脂层可进一步隔离湿气，增强防潮效果，延长使用寿命。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图，一种防潮铜塑复合带，包括铜带层1和塑料薄膜层2，塑料薄膜层2包裹在铜带层1的外部，塑料薄膜层2的外部设有油脂层3，油脂层3的外部设有聚乙烯丙纶层4。
在塑料薄膜层2的外部设置油脂层3，再在油脂层3的外部设置聚乙烯丙纶层4，聚乙烯丙纶层4可起到防水作用，防止潮湿，油脂层3可进一步隔离湿气，增强防潮效果，延长使用寿命。

1.一种防潮铜塑复合带，包括铜带层（1）和塑料薄膜层（2），塑料薄膜层（2）包裹在铜带层（1）的外部，其特征是：塑料薄膜层（2）的外部设有油脂层（3），油脂层（3）的外部设有聚乙烯丙纶层（4）。
