本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其是一种耐热铜塑复合带。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,电缆的市场需求与日俱增,而电缆生产中常用的屏蔽材料的屏蔽性能的好坏直接或间接影响着电缆的使用性能。现有的市场上的铜塑复合带结构单一,在高温的环境中使用容易熔化,影响电缆性能。
发明内容
为了克服现有的铜塑复合带易融化,影响电缆性能的不足,本发明提供了一种耐热铜塑复合带。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐热铜塑复合带,包括铜带层和塑料薄膜层,塑料薄膜层包裹在铜带层的外部,塑料薄膜层的外部设有聚苯并咪唑涂层。
本发明的有益效果是,在塑料薄膜层的外部设置聚苯并咪唑涂层,大大增强耐热性能,起到良好的保护作用,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种耐热铜塑复合带,包括铜带层1和塑料薄膜层2,塑料薄膜层2包裹在铜带层1的外部,塑料薄膜层2的外部设有聚苯并咪唑涂层3。
在塑料薄膜层2的外部设置聚苯并咪唑涂层3,大大增强耐热性能,起到良好的保护作用,延长使用寿命。

1.一种耐热铜塑复合带,包括铜带层(1)和塑料薄膜层(2),塑料薄膜层(2)包裹在铜带层(1)的外部,其特征是:塑料薄膜层(2)的外部设有聚苯并咪唑涂层(3)。
