技术领域
本发明涉及金属材料技术领域,尤其是一种具有隔热功能的金属材料。
背景技术
隔热金属材料是指金属元素或以金属元素为主构成的具有金属特牲的材料,包括纯金属、合金、金属材料金属间化合物和特种金属材料等;目前,隔热材料按材质可分为有机隔热材料、无机隔热材料和金属隔热材料三大类,现有的金属隔热材料通常是在金属基层中加入一些可以产生绝热效果的金属元素使其具有一定的隔热功能,这种隔热金属材料存在制作成本高、无法满足特殊环境要求隔热性能的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种隔热金属材料,它可以解决目前隔热金属材料存在制作成本高、无法满足特殊环境要求隔热性能的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种隔热金属材料,包括金属层,所述金属层设有若干圆孔,所述金属层的一侧面设有第一隔热层,其另一侧面设有第二隔热层;所述第一隔热层和所述第二隔热层通过粘合剂粘结在所述金属层上。
以上技术方案中,进一步的方案可以是:所述第一隔热层为镀铝聚酯膜,其厚度为0.3~0.5mm。
进一步的:所述第二隔热层为玻璃纤维材料,其厚度为0.2~0.3mm。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明在金属层的两个表面均设置有隔热层,能够对较高的温度实现隔热,具有较好的隔热性能;
2、本发明具有较好的强度和韧性,制造成本低。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详述:
如图1所示的这种隔热金属材料,包括金属层2,金属层2设有若干圆孔3,金属层2的一侧面设有第一隔热层1,第一隔热层1为镀铝聚酯膜,其厚度为0.3~0.5mm;其另一侧面设有第二隔热层4,第二隔热层4为玻璃纤维材料,其厚度为0.2~0.3mm;第一隔热层1和第二隔热层4通过粘合剂粘结在金属层1上。

1.一种隔热金属材料,其特征在于:包括金属层,所述金属层设有若干圆孔,所述金属层的一侧面设有第一隔热层,其另一侧面设有第二隔热层;所述第一隔热层和所述第二隔热层通过粘合剂粘结在所述金属层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热金属材料,其特征在于:所述第一隔热层为镀铝聚酯膜,其厚度为0.3~0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的隔热金属材料,其特征在于:所述第二隔热层为玻璃纤维材料,其厚度为0.2~0.3mm。
