Abstract

本发明涉及一种干法离型纸的擦焦方法,在离型纸上分别涂覆由擦焦树脂、耐寒耐刮树脂、丁酮组成的第一涂层涂料,涂布量为180~200克,然后采用弱溶剂底料树脂进行第二涂层的涂覆,涂布量为200~250克,再采用底料树脂进行第三涂层的涂覆,涂布量200~250克,将离型纸上的第三涂层与超纤贝斯进行半干式贴合,并进行烘干。本发明制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,制备得到的擦焦革半成品的抛焦感更具真皮感,且材质更耐刮,省去后处理的工艺节约了成本,提高了生产效率,制备得到的擦焦革半成品经做鞋后可抛可不抛,局部抛后,焦感异常明显,能够与真皮抛焦相媲美。

一种干法离型纸的擦焦方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种干法离型纸的擦焦方法,属于超纤制备工艺技术领域。
背景技术
超纤皮革作为一种采用极细纤维制成的新型高档人造革,可用于做鞋、箱包、家具、汽车内饰等的各领域,具有真皮的特性以及比真皮优越的指标。随着超纤皮革的应用越来越广泛,人们对于超纤皮革的表面变化要求也越来越多,尤其是对超纤皮革的表面纹路,但现有的超纤皮革主要采用以离型纸贴面为主,没有传统的聚氨酯合成革的湿法发泡层,所以不能采用压花的方式进行纹路造型。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术制备超纤皮革时表面的纹理不能采用压花的方式制备,因而导致超纤皮革的表面较为单一的问题,提供了一种制备方法简单,步骤易于操作的干法离型纸的擦焦方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种干法离型纸的擦焦方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)第一涂层的涂布:在离型纸上涂覆第一涂层,第一涂层浆料中擦焦树脂、耐寒耐刮树脂、丁酮的质量比为50~70:15~35:20~40,第一涂层的涂布量为180~200克,烘箱依次包括五个加热区,五个加热区的温度分别为70℃、80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃,涂覆完第一涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过五个加热区;
所述擦焦树脂中各组分按重量份数计为:擦焦树脂PU:80~120份,二甲基甲酰胺:35~45份,丙酮:75~85份,乙酸丁酯:75~85份,聚丙烯蜡:10~18份,细二氧化硅:3~7份,甲基有机硅:0.5~1.2份,脂肪醇(C-16):1~4份;
(2)第二涂层的涂布:采用弱溶剂底料树脂进行第二涂层的涂覆,涂布量为200~250克,然后进行烘干,烘箱依次包括五个加热区,五个加热区的温度分别为70℃、80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃,涂覆完第二涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过五个加热区;
(3)第三涂层的涂布:采用底料树脂进行第三涂层的涂覆,涂布量200~250克;
(4)将离型纸上的第三涂层与超纤贝斯进行半干式贴合,贴合车速为5~7米,然后进行烘干,烘箱依次包括六个加热区,六个加热区的温度分别为90℃、100℃、100℃、100℃、100℃、120℃,涂覆完第三涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过六个加热区。
进一步的,所述弱溶剂底料树脂中采用丁酮、丙酮、环己酮为溶剂。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中进行半干式贴合前,离型纸上的第三涂层烘干至5-6成干,烘干温度为60~80℃。
本发明制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,制备得到的擦焦革半成品的抛焦感更具真皮感,且材质更耐刮,省去后处理的工艺节约了成本,提高了生产效率,制备得到的擦焦革半成品经做鞋后可抛可不抛,局部抛后,焦感异常明显。可与真皮抛焦相媲美。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明中的底料树脂外购于上海汇得化工有限公司,耐寒耐刮树脂外购于上海汇得化工有限公司。
实施例一:一种干法离型纸的擦焦方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)第一涂层的涂布:在离型纸上涂覆第一涂层,第一涂层浆料中擦焦树脂、耐寒耐刮树脂、丁酮的质量比为50:15:20,第一涂层的涂布量为180克,烘箱依次包括五个加热区,五个加热区的温度分别为70℃、80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃,涂覆完第一涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过五个加热区;
所述擦焦树脂中各组分按重量份数计为:擦焦树脂PU:80份,二甲基甲酰胺:35份,丙酮:75份,乙酸丁酯:75份,聚丙烯蜡:10份,细二氧化硅:3份,甲基有机硅:0.5份,脂肪醇(C-16):1份;
(2)第二涂层的涂布:采用弱溶剂底料树脂进行第二涂层的涂覆,弱溶剂底料树脂中采用丁酮、丙酮、环己酮为溶剂,涂布量为200克,然后进行烘干,烘箱依次包括五个加热区,五个加热区的温度分别为70℃、80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃,涂覆完第二涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过五个加热区;
(3)第三涂层的涂布:底料树脂,涂布量200克;
(4)将离型纸上的第三涂层与超纤贝斯进行半干式贴合,进行半干式贴合前,离型纸上的第三涂层烘干至5-6成干,烘干温度为60℃,贴合车速为5米,然后进行烘干,烘箱依次包括六个加热区,六个加热区的温度分别为90℃、100℃、100℃、100℃、100℃、120℃,涂覆完第三涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过六个加热区。
实施例二:一种干法离型纸的擦焦方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)第一涂层的涂布:在离型纸上涂覆第一涂层,第一涂层浆料中擦焦树脂、耐寒耐刮树脂、丁酮的质量比为60:20:30,第一涂层的涂布量为190克,烘箱依次包括五个加热区,五个加热区的温度分别为70℃、80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃,涂覆完第一涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过五个加热区;
所述擦焦树脂中各组分按重量份数计为:擦焦树脂PU:100份,二甲基甲酰胺:40份,丙酮:80份,乙酸丁酯:80份,聚丙烯蜡:15份,细二氧化硅:5份,甲基有机硅:1份,脂肪醇(C-16):2份;
(2)第二涂层的涂布:采用弱溶剂底料树脂进行第二涂层的涂覆,弱溶剂底料树脂中采用丁酮、丙酮、环己酮为溶剂,涂布量为200~250克,然后进行烘干,烘箱依次包括五个加热区,五个加热区的温度分别为70℃、80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃,涂覆完第二涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过五个加热区;
(3)第三涂层的涂布:底料树脂,涂布量220克;
(4)将离型纸上的第三涂层与超纤贝斯进行半干式贴合,进行半干式贴合前,离型纸上的第三涂层烘干至5-6成干,烘干温度为70℃,贴合车速为6米,然后进行烘干,烘箱依次包括六个加热区,六个加热区的温度分别为90℃、100℃、100℃、100℃、100℃、120℃,涂覆完第三涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过六个加热区。
实施例三:一种干法离型纸的擦焦方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)第一涂层的涂布:在离型纸上涂覆第一涂层,第一涂层浆料中擦焦树脂、耐寒耐刮树脂、丁酮的质量比为70:35:40,第一涂层的涂布量为200克,烘箱依次包括五个加热区,五个加热区的温度分别为70℃、80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃,涂覆完第一涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过五个加热区;
所述擦焦树脂中各组分按重量份数计为:擦焦树脂PU:120份,二甲基甲酰胺:45份,丙酮:85份,乙酸丁酯:85份,聚丙烯蜡:18份,细二氧化硅:7份,甲基有机硅:1.2份,脂肪醇(C-16):4份;
(2)第二涂层的涂布:采用弱溶剂底料树脂进行第二涂层的涂覆,弱溶剂底料树脂中采用丁酮、丙酮、环己酮为溶剂,涂布量为250克,然后进行烘干,烘箱依次包括五个加热区,五个加热区的温度分别为70℃、80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃,涂覆完第二涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过五个加热区;
(3)第三涂层的涂布:底料树脂,涂布量250克;
(4)将离型纸上的第三涂层与超纤贝斯进行半干式贴合,进行半干式贴合前,离型纸上的第三涂层烘干至5-6成干,烘干温度为60~80℃,贴合车速为7米,然后进行烘干,烘箱依次包括六个加热区,六个加热区的温度分别为90℃、100℃、100℃、100℃、100℃、120℃,涂覆完第三涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过六个加热区。

Claims (3)

1.一种干法离型纸的擦焦方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)第一涂层的涂布:在离型纸上涂覆第一涂层,第一涂层浆料中擦焦树脂、耐寒耐刮树脂、丁酮的质量比为50~70:15~35:20~40,第一涂层的涂布量为180~200克,烘箱依次包括五个加热区,五个加热区的温度分别为70℃、80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃,涂覆完第一涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过五个加热区;
所述擦焦树脂中各组分按重量份数计为:擦焦树脂PU:80~120份,二甲基甲酰胺:35~45份,丙酮:75~85份,乙酸丁酯:75~85份,聚丙烯蜡:10~18份,细二氧化硅:3~7份,甲基有机硅:0.5~1.2份,脂肪醇(C-16):1~4份;
(2)第二涂层的涂布:采用弱溶剂底料树脂进行第二涂层的涂覆,涂布量为200~250克,然后进行烘干,烘箱依次包括五个加热区,五个加热区的温度分别为70℃、80℃、90℃、90℃、100℃,涂覆完第二涂层的离型纸依次由低到高经过五个加热区;
(3)第三涂层的涂布:采用底料树脂进行第三涂层的涂覆,涂布量200~250克;
(4)将离型纸上的第三涂层与超纤贝斯进行半干式贴合制成擦焦革半成品,贴合车速为5~7m/min,然后在烘箱中进行烘干,烘箱依次包括六个加热区,六个加热区的温度分别为90℃、100℃、100℃、100℃、100℃、120℃,擦焦革半成品依次由低到高经过烘箱的六个加热区。
2.如权利要求1所述的干法离型纸的擦焦方法,其特征在于:所述弱溶剂底料树脂中采用丁酮、丙酮、环己酮为溶剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的干法离型纸的擦焦方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中进行半干式贴合前,离型纸上的第三涂层烘干至5-6成干,烘干温度为60~80℃。
